Triad real producers
It's not really worth going into detail other than they sell you a product that gives you no return in value whatsoever. you do not generate any type of income, it is useless there are thousands upon thousands of dissatisfied clients who have been stuck in a contract where they will threaten to sue you if you want to opt out. They pretend that they want to help you but they do not. I am very dissatisfied. I've tried two different Publications one for two year contract and the other is a three-year contract that I cannot wait to end! People such as myself are wasting their time on the complaints because this company all they want is money and they are charging a button of money I mean I can make a mortgage payment with the amount I'm paying on a single little ad. Also on my original contract it says triangle real producers but the Publications are in the Triad real producers which I think they're breaching their own contract but I'm sure they're going to change something and fight me on it but I do have a copy of the original [protected]@hometekinspections.com
Desired outcome: I want out of my contract.

Scam
I was sold from the beginning I wish that I would've read the fine print. They trapped me in a contract and refused to cancel after requested they would because I couldn't pay the deposit in the beginning. Then after a few months they charge me over 700$ then send me to a collection agency that is threatening to sue me for well over 3k. I got no calls no leads no business but because they failed to tell me the truth it's crazy I really wish I saw these complaints before I had that meeting I wouldn't have gone
Desired outcome: Make other small businesses aware

Advertising failure
I run a painting company in Central Arkansas. I joined n2 / stoll in January 2022. It's now the end of Sept 2022. I've paid $4,700 to them. I have not received 1 phone call lead from this. We track every lead that comes in. I'm very diligent about that. We track everything very well. I typically pay 5% to 10% of my income on marketing. So this $4,700 would typically bring in $95,000. I'm furious. They are telling me the only way out is to pay them $2,100! Or basically they will take me to court for somewhere around 14k! If they was truly a good company that got people results they would have a reasonable way to get out at any time. Instead they have salesman that sale you on a beautiful dream and then lock you into a contract and get you no results. I would highly recommend no one join this company for advertising your business. If they got half the results they promised me I would be ok. But I'm not receiving anything from this and it's dragging my small business down. They don't care though.
Desired outcome: Full refund

N2 Publishing is a scam. We have tried to get them to be reasonable about letting us out of their one sided agreement after not having any results at all. We have invested already approximately $18,000 without a single web visit, inquiry or lead (which we track extensively through our analytics and CRM). All of our other marketing channels or other campaigns have had moderate to significant success driving traffic and leads. I did not want to be locked in to something that possibly would not bring results. Any good company would put the satisfaction of the client ahead of their own financial interests. Stay clear of N2 Publishing.
Desired outcome: Cancel agreement and stop charging their monthly fees

N2 Publishing - Sponsorship and The Red Flags that contribute to small businesses being taken advantage of.
Beware! This company preys on small business within local communities. If you are approached by a franchise owner, run the other way, ignore their messages and protect your small business. This company does not have your best interest as a small business owner. They are in the business of filling ad spaces but that is it. You will not benefit from sponsoring a local magazine with this publishing company.
Please read the red flags I have listed below. You will be glad that you took the time to do so.
I am writing this review as I am a current sponsor seeking to terminate my sponsorship with N2 Publishing. I don't want anyone to make the mistake like myself and other small business in my community where we have invested thousands of dollars as sponsors to this publication with no leads.
I was approached by a franchise owner via Instagram about an opportunity to sponsor a local magazine published through N2 Publishing. I met with the franchise owner in person over lunch to hear what was being offered. Of course the sales pitch was saying how wonderful the magazine is and that it will put you and your business in front of a target audience of residents who support local small businesses. What sold me was that other small businesses that I work with or heard of were also sponsors of this magazine, and getting social media exposure, so I signed a contract to become a sponsor. After 7+ months I have not received any leads after paying $325 a month for a sponsorship.
First Red Flag: It takes on average 18+ months to generate leads. The Franchise Owners response to not receiving leads is that it takes on average 18+ months for leads to generate. In this day and age it should not 18 + months and thousands of dollars to get a lead.
Second Red Flag: You will not get any monthly, quarterly or yearly reports that will show how your sponsorship and ad is performing. You will not have any metrics that show how many viewers have seen your ad, based on the amount of magazines published. You will not receive any data on what the ad placement, lead generation or booking rates your ad receives. You will not receive any communication on ways to improve your ad to help generate leads.
Third Red Flag: The contract you will sign is very binding and hard to get out of. The magazine will want at least a 3 year commitment. You will have to pay at least $500 which is a fee to cover you Ad management and Design Fee. You will not be able to terminate your sponsorship until you have at least been in contract for 12 months. At that point you will then have to pay 50 percent of the remaining contract even after requesting to terminate the agreement and pulling your ad. This is a tactic for them to generate revenue and take advantage of small businesses financially.
Forth Red Flag: In their contract, when you are in dispute with them, you can't stop or withhold your monthly payment with them. If you choose this route, you will be charged a monthly late fee of at least 1.5%.
Fifth Red Flag: The Franchise Owner you meet with, may not have the capacity to manage all the sponsors of their magazines, so they will use language to get you to opt out of social media ad services. (Initial your name on the first page of the agreement). Something that got me was, the franchise owner I met with, has social media accounts on both Facebook and Instagram for his franchises magazine publications. He will post about sponsors on these platforms. But only does it for a select few. So if you are looking to have exposure on a social media level, beware of what you see the franchise owner doing. They are not contractually obligated to do this and it is misleading for someone considering a sponsorship.
Sixth Red Flag: In the contract it states that the magazine can't promise that reader or sponsor events will be available to you for additional exposure. Don't let the franchise owner use this as a tactic to get you to sign a contract for sponsorship.
Please take these red flags and choose not to give N2 Publishing or their Franchise Owners any of your money.
Desired outcome: I would like to terminate my sponsorship and to bring transparency to other small businesses and what they are signing up for if they choose to sponsor one of your franchises magazines.

Clint: Platinum Cabinetry and Stone, LLC.
Chris Libbey, point of contact.
Chris seems to be a smart business women, but her magazine does not work for all business concepts. She verbally told me I could cancel if it didn't work, but assured me that most of her clients get upwards of 20 or more leads a month. In over 2 years I have not even received one that I know about. Chris said she sent me one, but I couldn't figure out who. I have politely requested a cancellation and I feel its best to warn other potential business owners that this is a waste of time and money. Something small businesses have little of.
I have been requesting a cancellation for over a year, since they won't give me one I requested to change my ad to reflect the failures of the magazine, they then sent me a note back telling me that would not run that ad.
Desired outcome: Cancellation immediately please

N2 publishing is a scam
They get you to sign a payment authorization form and on the back side it's really a contract. They do nothing to help your business and even after you close your business, they still take out $279 a month. I never got 1 referral, not 1 website hit, not even 1 single phone call from the neighborhood. Over 400 houses and not one of them called my business in over 2 years. Nobody needed a new TV, some WiFi equipment, maybe some Sonos? There's 5 houses built in that neighborhood every 6 months. Nobody needed technology? I dumped $5K on these guys and I got nothing in return. And they want to keep taking money from my account.

unethical advertising practices, lies and aggressive selling methods
I just learned that this group supposedly is a "Christian" outfit which made me even more outraged about how this business operates. This company worships not at the altar of God and or Christ, but at the altar of greed.
They prey on small businesses with the idea that they will provide leads into targeted wealthy communities to grow your business. They will also lure you in with the so-called networking events, which are all sham, window dressing as they people in these groups only networking with each other and shut out anyone not within their already established and connected companies, groups, associations, boards, etc.
I think the thing I most disliked beyond the financial loss is the high-minded, hypocritical and condescending area director's tones and responses to conversations. These people are so arrogant and confident in their crooked intent that they think that others can't see right through them. They will say that they are so concerned with coming to an agreeable solution for your dissatisfaction as their customer. However, their idea of a solution is that you swallow their pious, lousy explanations as to why they are not going to do a single thing for your business other than keep taking your money for what amounts to no return whatsoever from them.

Bait and switch
Stay Away From this Company! So we had a lady call us one day saying they had clients that needed our a assistance and would it be OK to come into the office and check us out. Well Kim Dunbar came in but it was more a set up then anything. She had stated that she had clients in certain neighborhoods that needed my help but the only way she have them get in touch with me was to pay for some advertisement on their magazines. She had promise to send over everyone that was waiting for my services to me once we did so. We talk a little more and the numbers seemed right as long as she could produce what she was claiming. So now I am paying over $600.00 a month to be on a magazine for 2 years now. I just got a call from a lady that needed 2 gutters put up. Profit is nothing on that and I don't do small jobs. So the fact of the matter is Kim promised the world and I got nothing from this. It has been a year now and thousands out of my pocket. We have been asking to get out of it but since there's is a contract I am going to have to go through my attorney to get out of it. Do not do this type of advertising it only keeps Kim and her family a float.
misleading Sales, Poor performing ads
Claims to be a Christian based company...but does not practice Christian Ethics! Sales/ Nicole Geraghty (Area Director) told me everyone who advertises in particular neighborhood magazines were overwhelmed with calls from residents and have been renewing contracts... Verbal gaurantees of only had 3 total companies in competitive ads total of each type of...
