I was visiting New York City and stopped at the Nathan's around Time Square on 7th Ave. Transaction F- 0076. My perception of Nathan's quickly diminished with the poor quality service and the burned food. The fries seemed to be sitting for some time and were very burned, the price was extremely ridiculous for the service and quality of food. On a scale of 1-10 on service, it's a minus 10 and the food was the same grade-minus 10. This was the worst experience I have had here in New York.

I went to store location #8 in brooklyn, ny on 6/12/17 at 3:19pm. Upon entering the restaurant nothing was noted on the window letting the customer know that the air conditioning unit was not working in the place. It is 93 degrees out today with a poor air quality alert issued by nyc. It would have been nice to know this prior to entering the store. I ordered 2 meals to go due to the the uncomfortable temperature in the restaurant. Upon getting my hotdogs it was put on a tray and not packed to go, as I asked. I asked for my beverage not to have ice in it, the beverage contained ice when given to me. I checked my order once the manager handed it to me and there was no fries in it and also noticed a receipt was not given to me upon check out. I notified the manager and it seemed like I was inconveniencing him by bringing this to his attention. He never once apologized. As I was standing there, waiting to get my fries I asked the person that was turning the hotdogs for the managers name because he had no name tag on to identify himself. When she turned around, I noticed she had no hair net on handling food. She proceeded to tell me the managers name is kabear. The manager by then came over and put the fries in my bag not making eye contact or showing any empathy for all the things that went wrong in this short time span. I did tell him that I would be contacting corporate and arrogantly said "be my guest" I frequently visit this store and am very disappointed in the service that was provided. When I arrived home I noticed my fries were not even filled to the top (Please see picture) I hope this issue is addressed with mr. Kabear, and staff so no further incidents happen like this in the future. I would like a full refund issued to me for all of the issues that occurred, as well as what nathan's feels the inconvenience is worth. I have enclosed both receipts for your records.
