Purchased this item at BJ's Wholesales in Port Orange Florida yesterday 8/5/24 11:07 am. Paid $11.99. Club #361. Register #12. Transaction 5561. Cashier 490314. Package only contained 11 hot dogs in it. I really don’t know how much more specific I can be. The package was short one hot dog and would appreciate this matter being addressed. I have never had this problem before. Please advise what can be done.

Mía airport.. Close to h9 gate … three ladies working on the 7am shift… took 30 min to make me a bagel sandwich! They were getting the orders confused.. Even with 5 customers waiting. Some travelers walked away without their food before loosing their flight.
Please do not make customers go thru this very bad customer service experience.. Hire workers who are : courteous, move fast, pay attention to detail, smile, look at people in the eye, etc, etc.
Fyi.. I was not the only frustrated customer.. Everyone was.

Hello yes I purchased 2 hot dogs from your Miami Airport location the hot dogs were cold in the inside I didn’t eat them right away cause I about to board my plane they were ice cold when I bit into them the person that gave me the hot dogs didn’t give them to until I paid I guess she wanted me to give her a tip and when I hit the no tip button she started speaking in Spanish to her other Co workers I think she gave me uncooked hotdogs on purpose I got really sick after eating half of the hotdog I felt Nauseous if you look at the camera you will see how they were treating certain customers

On 8 August 2022 at 8:00 pm I ordered 4 chili dogs with diced onions, and a large onion rings. I received 4 chili dogs with cheese, and sweet onions also I didn’t receive any large onion rings. I have had 5-6 complaints from this location about missing items to my order. I know that DoorDash is responsible for orders that are not correct, but it seems like nothing changes each time something is missing. I get a computer that will give me a credit, but I don’t get the enjoyment or eating the meals that I ordered. I called Nathan’s Famous located at Frisch’s 8545 Cincinnati Dayton Road, West Chester Township, OH 45069, and the person that answered the phone was quiet abrupt to say that I had to go through DoorDash to get problem resolved. I told her I was having problems with that, but I would take care of that. I asked her what happened with my order, and she told me that they gave me Nathan’s onions not the regular chopped white onions I get each time I ordered before. There is a box for caramelized onions that I received, but I clearly checked the box for chopped onions. I told her that I never received these type of onions before, and she told me that these are Nathan’s onions not Frisch’s. I didn’t agree with that, but the next thing is that I did not receive the large onion rings I ordered. She told me that they forgot them, and I had to take it up with DoorDash. I paid a total of 36.77 including tax to get 4 chili dogs, and no onions or onion rings. They gave me a credit for 7.98, but my meal was nothing like what I ordered. They hide behind having to deal with DoorDash, but I don’t feel that DoorDash is the one giving me wrong or missing items. If this didn’t happen to me before I could let it go as a mistake, but they have for my onion rings once before, and 2-3 times forgot my chili for my chili dogs. They told me when I called that I did not order chili dogs, but I found out it was a problem with their computer printer not printing out the correct orders. I don’t have a car at the moment, so it’s not possible to take back to store and get corrected. I have not received an order the same from Nathan’s since I have been ordering from them. They don’t seem to care about the customer. I pay any where from 30.00 to 50.00 dollars per order depending on what I order, so this is frustrating not getting the food I ordered as well as the order the way I ordered it. I am sorry I did not get the person’s name I spoke with, but whoever she is she’s needs some training in customer service. She did not explain to me why this continues to happen, and I did not like the fact that she lied to me about the chopped onions. I added the last three receipts from the orders I had problems with, but unfortunately I did not complain every time something was wrong i.e missing chili for my chili dogs. They show I got a credit, but they also show other dates I had problems.
Desired outcome: I would love some feedback and answers on why I can’t order from this location and get my food the way I ordered it.

We ordered a chili cheese dog menu for $11.29. The worker made a mistake and placed the order separately. We informed her that there was an error and called the supervisor to correct it, but she did not do so and charged us separately. We paid $14.35 instead. $11.29 we told him again and he said it was for the fees. He did not number our tickets and when we checked it again we realized that he had scammed us. This happened at Miami International Airport. Unethical staff who abuse customers and scam them.
Desired outcome: return of money and correct this lack of ethics in the staff.

I went to Nathan’s May 5, 2022 about 6:00 pm at 200 Baychester ave in the Bay Plaza shopping mall food court, I ordered 3 hot dog kids meals and a seafood platter separate. I received only 2 of my kids meals and my seafood platter was missing a fish. I proceeded to let the cashier know he left out one of my kids meals and he told me with an attitude I gave it to you. So I looked in the bag again and I said there is only 2 and I gave him the receipt to show him. He took the receipt and started to take the next person order and ignore me. Now I know we are to be six feet apart and he called the person behind me, which cause the person behind me to be too close to me. I have kidney cancer, seizures and I am on dialysis. I try to keep calm and stay six feet apart from others because of my conditions. This was very disrespectful, rude and putting people at risk. I told my sister I am about to give him everything back and ask for my money back because he is nasty, but another cashier over heard me ( the one who took my order originally) and she made the kids meal for me and gave it to me. Now I get home to see that he did not put all my food on my seafood platter. I have ordered this a few times before and I had 4 maybe 5 shrimp and 2 pieces of fish with 2 hush puppies and fried clams with fries and Cole slaw but this time I had 3 shrimp 1 fish 2 hush puppies fried clams with fries and cole slaw. I am not sure of the exact amount of shrimp but judging by the picture I can see there should be 2 fish. Nathans should have the amount stated because I have never gotten only 1 fish in the past. I am spending my hard earned money in your establishment and I did not come there for the negativity when it was not my mistake.
Desired outcome: I would like for the male cashier to be retrained or replaced with someone who knows how to deal with customers and follow the health guidelines. I also want to get the right amount of food I pay for.

I’m a truck driver and I was making a delivery at Pier 39… decided to stop for a hot dog. First, I have never in all my 71 years seen a hot dog that small. It looked like it was made specifically for a four-year-old. Second of all, if you’re not offering sauerkraut and onions; what is the point of having the stand. And last but not least; it made me sick, and I never get sick. I think I’ve made about four complaints about restaurants in my life, and you guys just made the list. Sorry to bother you

I bought a package of Nathans Famous 8 Bun Length Skinless Beef Franks yesterday at the Winn Dixie in Englewood FL and got them home to make my famous Chili Dogs and found that the package had only 7 Franks in the package. Seeing how we had a 4 people to eat, they all had two and I had one of my Chili Dogs! Kind sucked!

Horrific Customer Service Experience
Around 6pm EST on Sunday 7/25/2021 I experienced the worst customer service in my lifetime. I'm 58 years old and am mortified to what I witnessed. Never in my life have I seen this horrific customer service experience. It was at The Nathans Hotdogs inside the Twin River Casino in Lincoln, RI. There was no name tag so I could not get a name. It was like something out of a movie. The woman behind the counter was yelling how customers are ignorant. How everyone is so rude and disrespectful. Literally yelling. I was in shock that a company like Nathans could keep someone that is obviously unstable. She doesn't belong serving the public. Never again will I go to Nathans Hotdogs. I'm still in disbelief.

I entered the driver through on 4/24 at 2:55pm. Ahead of me there was another carrier with a large order. We waited for almost 15 minutes before their order was complete and I drove up. Once at the window, after providing my card, I asked kabira (per her manager) why didn't she asked the car to pull over and bring the food once it's ready, so 7 cars wouldn't have to wait... Kabira said that "we don't do that and I have to wait", then she said "ugh" rolled her eyes at me and shut the window.
I went in, spoke with the manager, cancelled my order.
Her attitude was simply disgusting.
I will never return to this store again.

We are from the uk and eat your chain in Las Vegas when visiting we was confident the food would be great after paying over 54 usd for 2 bacon cheese meals.

Not sure if you are the right one to send complaint to.
On Saturday November 4, around 2:30PM, I went to Paramus Park New Jersey store.
I had a coupon buy one hotdog get one free.
I began to eat one hotdog which was horrible. Seemed dried up, extremely greasy and hard/old
I ate half & had to throw it in garbage. As for the second hotdogs it was even worst.
Picture attached judge for yourself. I threw it right in the garbage.
Needless to say after eating that half I got sick to my stomach.
I believe because I had a coupon they gave me old hotdogs.
This location in Paramus Park New jersey was filthy. I would never go there again or recommend.
I may call the board of health.

The workers at this location are terrible. As a traveler there is already stress regarding traveling the LAST thing I needed was the poor attitudes of the workers at this restaurant while waiting for a flight. This was my first time stopping at this location and I hope to always remember this interaction and never stop here again. Workers shouldn't act like they own the food in a restaurant and if I'm paying for it GIVE ME WHAT IM ASKING FOR! I am EXTREMELY disappointed with my experience at the Miami International Airport.
