I gotta say, National Carpet Care did a bang-up job on my carpets. Alex, the dude who came to clean 'em, gave me a heads up call before he showed up, which was cool. He came when he said he would and told me what he was gonna do and what he thought I needed. The price was reasonable, and my carpets look way better now. I'd definitely recommend these guys.
Clint suks at his job
Clint suks at his job. He took my cash and didn't show me proof that he didn't use my Groupon. He kept all the cash and wouldn't write down that he didn't use it. He wouldn't give me a boss or owner's number to talk to and just kept hanging up on me. He's a thief.

I tried to get help from National Carpet Care of Longwood, Inc. twice. The first time I called them directly, the person who answered was really mean to me, so I decided not to use their service. Then I messaged them on their website chat and saw they had a *** so I bought one, thinking they were a big company and I wouldn't have to deal with the mean person again. But I was wrong. The person who answered when I tried to make an appointment was really rude. He talked to me like I was stupid and didn't read my ***. He wouldn't even tell me his name and hung up on me when I asked him to. It was a big mistake to try to use this company.

So, I had a dude from National Carpet Care of Longwood, Inc come to my crib on Jan 9 2022. I moved my sofa outta the way so he could do his thang and clean the carpet. But, when I got a new sofa, I saw that the carpet was burned in one small spot where the sofa used to be. I called the company just to let them know what happened, but the owner said it was impossible. He started yelling at me and stuff. The guy who cleaned the carpet did a terrible job too. The carpet looks darker than before. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. But, if you do decide to use them, make sure you record everything and follow the guy around your house. That's my advice.

This company been in biz for 40 yrs. I never xpected to be treated the way I was. When I called, they asked how many rooms I had and gave me a quote. No one said anything about the price only covering a certain number of sq. ft. When the tech got to my house, he said my rooms were way bigger than the 1500 sq. ft. that's included in the quote. He said he had to step out and call his office. When he came back in, he just started cleaning the carpets and said nothing to me. I assumed there was no additional charge since he didn't say anything. When he finished, he presented the bill which was twice the quoted price. I called the office to discuss this the next day and was told that the tech said he did tell me the price before starting. I informed him that his tech was lying and that he said nothing to me about a price. Since his tech has been with the company for a while, the phone guy said this was a "he said, she said" situation and he was going to believe his guy. He wasn't willing to do anything about the bill. This is no way to treat customers.

Don't use this company! I called to schedule a cleaning and the owner, Clint, said "next time don't use Groupon and call me directly." My appointment was from 9-11am but the tech didn't show up until 12:30pm. I had to take a full vacation day from work because they were late. When I complained and asked for an additional discount on an area rug, Clint dismissed the request. He charged my credit card when I made the appointment and it should not have been processed until after the services were complete. I tried to downgrade the cleaning but was told "you have already been charged!" I will be disputing it with my Discover card. Clint is rude and greedy. I will never do business with this company again.

I called National Carpet Care of Longwood, Inc to clean my sofa and loveseat. Orlando, the tech, came on time and started cleaning. After 15 minutes, he said he was done and left. Later, I found many areas that were not cleaned properly. I called Orlando and he said it could look like that as it was still wet. The next day, the sofas still looked dirty. I called the office to complain and the owner gave me attitude. He told me they were cleaned properly, but I disagreed. I asked for his email and he was annoyed. I sent him pictures showing the dirt, but he still argued with me. He finally agreed to send Orlando back out. Orlando apologized and agreed that the sofas were dirty. He spent another 25 minutes cleaning everything. The owner was rude and unprofessional. Curt needs training on how to be a leader and have respect for people. I will never use them again and don't recommend them.

Hired National Carpet Care of Longwood, Inc to clean my carpets but was disappointed with the results. After they finished, I checked the carpets and saw that nothing was removed. To double-check, I rented my own carpet cleaner from the local hardware store and was shocked by the amount of mud, dirt, and grime it pulled from the carpets. I even noticed a big difference in color after only 20 minutes of cleaning. I showed the company video and photo evidence, but Clint Bowling was stubborn about not refunding the charges. I used to work in property management and have seen many carpets cleaned, but this was the worst attempt I've ever seen. They need to give me a full refund and I don't want them near my properties again.

5/20 $108.90. The guy came to clean my carpet. He was here for like 30 mins. He came rushing out after he was done. I checked behind him and the whole lower level carpet wasn't touched. It's not even wet. I asked him about it and he said he sucked up most of the water. I touched it and nothing was damp. The rest of the house was damp, but not downstairs. He only did half of the stairs. There were glasses on the step and he skipped them. I told him and he left. I called the company and the guy got mad at me and said I need to learn how to complain. He said he'll call me back when he has time.

I used National Carpet Care of Longwood, Inc on 3/20. I called them up and said I had 3 rooms that needed cleaning. There were stains on the carpets in all 3 rooms. The sales guy said it would be $89.99 for 3 rooms plus $50 for spot stain removal if the operator thought it was needed. So it was up to the operator to decide what service was needed. When the operator came for the service, we decided to clean one room and spot remove stains from the other 2 rooms. The operator did the service as we discussed and gave me a work order receipt for $150. By the way, they take your payment info when you schedule and charge your card without asking! He said that was the estimate when I called, but they would refund me $30 because the service didn't cover cleaning for all 3 rooms. He wrote that on the work order and we both signed it. But I never got the refund. I called and they said they wouldn't give me a refund.

The dude who picked up the phone was super rude, like, totally unnecessary. I was supposed to get my carpets cleaned between 10 and 12, and the service guy was cool. He told me he couldn't steam the bathroom because I was getting the hall done, but he even offered to come back later. He said I should call the office about the $25 fee I paid, so I did. The guy who answered was so rude, I didn't even know what to do. I told him I didn't know the hall work would get in the way, and he started yelling about how inconvenient my house was on the schedule and how someone else wanted my spot. I said sorry and asked if I could use my deposit for the next day, but he screamed NO and started talking down to me. I told him he didn't need to be like that and that I wasn't going to reschedule. I wish I'd checked the ComplaintsBoard.com before I picked them.
