While the NFL annual Super Bowl has become almost as traditional an event as the Major League Baseball World Series over 100 years ago, the indication announced apparently via media today is that the NFL intending to play something called the "Black National Anthem' instead of ONLY THE original and still (by law) the actual UNITING National Anthem at the 2023 Super Bowl pregame ceremonies. This decision only continues the current liberal bent for sowing divisionary and distractionary seeds both socially and politically in our wonderful nation. All black American citizens are co-equal citizens and should be encouraged to support our national traditions regardless of cultural varieties.
We do not seek any response to this complaint, but did believe we should try to convince you to do the right thing, put the money considerations aside for this pandering effort, and celebrate the game by two winning teams as another 'win' for our ENTIRE nation, not just ethnically diverse factions. Finally, IF this event does have an alleged misguided, divisive /Black National Anthem', we will switch off the channel during it in patriotic protest.
Claimed loss: Our national unity in the name of NFL monetary pandering.
Desired outcome: NFL should employ event Super Bowl 2023 to uplift, celebrate differences, & remind ALL we must support our nation's traditions w/ respectful acts & w/o. bowing to distracting, false icons/idols not serving black Americans OR anyone else.

Divide the country by race, haven't we seen that already and it doesn't end well. When did it become acceptable? Goodell apologized for the protesting during the national anthem and now he has flipped flop back and encouraging more division. Did not watch any NFL games this year. found a whole lot of time to get things done. Will not be back until racism and division are no longer promoted by the NFL.
