My mom wanted to have a special christmas forher grandchildren this year. Two of her grandchildren lost their mom before christmas. We are very big into football, so she ordered a jacket from Nflshop.com. She ordered it Nov 24, 2008 to be here in time for christmas. They told her no later than dec 23.

Today is dec 27 and no jacket. We have called Nfl shop since dec 24 and they promise but no jacket. I think this is unfair to my mom and nephew. They need to be reported.

I purchased a New Orleans Saint shirt for my daughter on QVC...I waited a month and checked to see if it had been shipped by calling customer service...The representitive stated that the item was on back order and they would ship out as soon as it came in...A couple of weeks later I was searching there website and came across the same shirt I was promised...This time I called and made my order, and explained to them that they were suppose to ship one to me when they came in...Once again she apologized for not doing so and promised that I would receive it on the following Wensday...Another week went by, so I called customer service again, and was told the same thing that they were on back order again, but Sorry...I stated to the rep that I would put out a bad complint on him on the internet, he was like do what you have to do, we have more business then we need...So here I am buyer beware of terrible service from big companies that have more customers then they no what to do with...For now on I will help the small business owners when posible, where you are treated with respect...

I bought a pair of NFL branded pyjama pants exactly 7 days ago for Christmas for my son. We washed them and when he put them on for the first time the draw string tore out. I attempted to take them back to exchange them, and was insulted by the lady working there. Telling me they are not in original condition, (of course not do you not wash your clothes before wearing them?) then went on to say maybe you don't know how to wash? I told her that we do not want a refund just to simply exchange a defective pair of pants for a new pair. I then advised her that she violating there own agreement by not exchanging the defective pair for a new pair, as their receipt states "No refunds, exchange only within 7 days with original receipt& tags in original condition" the only tags that were on the pants are the size/wash instructions and the NFL( National Football League) tag showing that this is a licensed product which it clearly is not as according to VF Imagewear .Inc there information does not show any agreement with the NFL.

The NFL is attacking local New Orleans merchants for selling merchandise with a 'fleur de lis', the words 'who dat' or the colors 'black & gold' - all of these belong to the citizens of New Orleans not the NFL - shame on the NFL for trying to profit from a city and their people in recovery from Hurricane Katrina - really bad public relations move for the NFL. you may want to send your comments to the commissioner: Roger.Goodell2@nfl.net

I understand the fact that the nfl and the teams black out games within the 200 mile radius of the nfl team. But I live 425 miles from Denver and am not a Broncos fan, yet when the team of my choosing plays in Denver or at home, the games are blacked out. What a crock of crap. You would think they could look on a map and figure it out, they damn sure know where I live when its billing time. Their anvertisement says, "Every game, Every Sunday", another crock of crap. Black out 2 games worth on my bill or figure out the fact that I'm not a couple of blocks from Envesco Field.

Same type of issue here! My team, Green Bay, finally made it to Superbowl. So I decided to order a Rodgers jersey two weeks before superbowl. I paid extra to have it rushed, 2 day delivery. It was due to be delivered by 2/2/11 (SB is on 2/6/11). On 2/2/11, I get an email saying that it won't be delivered until 2/8 - 2/10 - after Superbowl. Well I decided that I could overnight a jersey from Amazon and still get it by SuperBowl. So I call nflshop on 2/2/11 to cancel my order (as they state you can do anytime before it ships). They said that if it is going to be shipped today, it cannot be canceled. So I'll either get a 'shipped' email (which would be great because, 2 day shipping would mean it arrives on Friday 2/4 before the superbowl) or a cancellation email.

I got the shipped email. This morning, 2/3, I checked the tracking status. It wasn't shipped! The label was printed, but they never actually gave it to UPS. Which means that on the day I called in to cancel, a week before it was due to arrive, they happened to print off the label so that I couldn't cancel it. I called them back this morning and they told me it was too late; I couldn't cancel it. I tried to tell them that I was told yesterday it would be cancelled or shipped yesterday - and NEITHER happened. She explained their warehouse is located somewhere else and they can't stop it now.

I find it more than coincidental that NFLshop decided to print the shipping label ON the day that it was due to be cancelled... even though they were unable to actually SHIP the product on that day. The lady I spoke to the second day initially said that it was probably given to UPS and they didn't update their computer system (which I explained doesn't happen with UPS - they are very fast). Then she explained that it takes 24-48 hours after the shipping label is processed to get it on the package.

It's just excuse after excuse. But what it comes down to is that NFLshop printed a shipping label on the day I tried to cancel my order, preventing me from canceling my order, and still not shipping the product. It's a great business plan for keeping current sales. But I guarantee I won't be a returning customer.

I purchased an NFL jersey for my son. when I received the jersey it did not fit correctly and was not the quality I expected. In going back to the website I realized that there was no contact phone # just an email, nflcustomjerseys@gmail.com. I emailed to get an authorizatio #, which the website states I need to return the shirt and I received an offer to replace the jersey for an additional $30 in shipping. I told them that I only want a refund and that the website gives you 45 days to return merchandise for said refund. They wrote back offering a discounted jersey. I, again told them that I wanted a refund. They will not respond to my emails and will not give me the authorization number and shipping address.

I wonder if the website is a scam in general because they don't accept Mastercard - only Visa and WESTERN UNION! I've never heard of paying anything by Western Union...?

I placed an order thinking I was getting a good deal. Even found a jersey I had been looking for for years! I received an order confirmation number and then nothing... and then nothing...and then... yuuuupp nothing! Not even a tracking number... I called my bank and they said an amount was paid to Wayne Sun Travel Company... I had to cancel my card and dispute it as fraud.. still hoping to get my money back. Somebody needs to shut this website down!

Are you kidding me! The Jets are given a gift by the officials in Overtime. Those officials "Stole" the Jets game. What kind of a call was that to determine a game. I thought the game was played by athletes in uniforms NOT boobs with striped shirts. That was pathetic...Shame on the NFL for such behavior! Officials...what a misnomer...thieves is more appropriate.

I placed 2 orders with NFL Shop this Christmas at different times. Granted the second order got here before the first and was a custom jersey, but both got here before Christmas and they were just what I wanted. I would and will do business with them again. I did place my order in November though to allow for the Christmas rush and delivery to Alaska. I did order a jersey from NFLBee NFL Jersey Shop in October and never did receive my order, so told them to cancel the order when they contacted me to substitute a different jersey than the one I ordered and when I told them no - they offered me 2 others for the price of the one I wanted. WHAT?! I said just refund my money. I'm still waiting. So be warned! LJ

The NFL officials are corrupt and obviously taking bribes for wins. Please review their financial and enforce strict penalties upon them. Poor play calling has turned numerous games and for the money generated for the NFL this must not be overlooked.

I placed the order on the website www.nflcustomjersey.com. I waited for several weeks and got nothing. After that I decided to contact the seller and called them. I used the contact info from the website, but the phone number redirected me to completely different company and their email address was fault and all my emails were returned back. So be careful if you use this website or leave comments if you have horrible experience with this seller.

THE CALLS THE REFEREES ARE MAKING ARE RUNINING THE GAME WHEN IT CONCERNS ROUGHING THE PASSER.

The Steelers - Falcons game Pittsburgh had a clean hit on qb and was called for roughing the passer.
Seattle - San Fran game roughing passer call was called that was clearly not the case either.

THERE NEEDS TO BE REVIEWS ON REFS CALLS BECAUSE THEY ARE RUINING THE GAME FOR US THE FANS.!
SICK OF IT. THIS IS FOOTBALL NOT BALLET - THEY PROTECT THE QUARTERBACK ENOUGH AS IT IS !

A Ref should have to pay the consequences for a bad call or be able to be reviewed before his opinion ruins a game. Roughing the passer calls can be a deciding factor in a game that the stronger team for that play is penalized just because of ONE ! It's not right.

For many of the folks who are complaining about having ordered items from NFLshop.com, there is an imposter site which I thought was the NFL shop. Go back to your actual orders and look at the URL. Thinking I was on the official NFL shop, i actually ordered from http://www.officialnflshopco.com. If you go to this website, everything about their site looks official. I ordered from here but then had a strange feeling when I saw there was no customer service phone number. And they also take Western Union payments. They will not answer any inquiries written on their "Contact Us" section. When I checked with my credit card company, I saw that they didn't charge the $108.98 which was the receipt I received at the time of transaction but rather $117.99 and the charge is from Beijing, China. I called the actual NFLshop.com and spoke with a general manager to let them know about this con website posing as the official NFL shop. He said that he was aware of it and that they are currently working with the FTC. The unfortunate thing, he said, is that it often takes about a year before they can actually shut the site down. So beware and make absolutely certain in the URL, you are ordering from http://www.nflshop.com. I have a feeling that many of these reviews are actually meant for the imposter site. I just ordered from the genuine NFLshop.com and got a confirmation from FedEx that my order arrived-Overnight delivery as I requested.

Tried to get refund for a women's shirt for wife didn't fit very cheaply made, worth about 50 cents, cost me $ 60.00 with shipping, they said they wont refund me cause they had a box at the bottom of the page that i checked off.So they don't have to give me my money back .So my wife didn't get her shirt an we ain't getting our money!.
So now I know how the NFL get their money
Never will shop their again, what a rip off, major scam!
