The NFL flexed the game we bought tickets for months ago. We booked a hotel and made plans around this game. It was not made clear at all to the person buying the tickets who is not familiar with NFL terminology that the date could be changed. The date was then changed and other plans have been made that make it impossible to go to the new date of the game for the Chargers. The NFL and ticketmaster are refusing to work with us and give us refunds or credits despite the fact that changing the date/time ONLY benefits them and not the fans that actually were attending the game. They just keep telling me that we can sell or gift the tickets with no regard that so many tickets are up for resale and NONE are getting purchased. AND that is a lot of money to go to waste for us while $400 is nothing to them. They make billions and don't care about the fans at all that were actually going to the game. A moral company would offer refunds or credits when they decide to change the date/time to keep their customers happy. The NFL is greedy and I'll never spend another dime with them.
