National Tire & Battery [NTB] service I receive at your atlanta northeast expressway location

I have literally purchased 2 sets of tires from this location for two of my Lincolns, (I have four and I restore them), totaling over $1800.00 in the last year. I noticed that I had a nail in my rear tire and rushed to the location about 3 p. m. one afternoon. I was literally having an emergency, and waited in line while the manager "Pete" took a young lady as a walk in in front of me. When she is finished, I tell him that I am having an emergency and did not want to be stranded beside the road today, it was almost 90 degrees that day. The man literally barks at me (NO!), we aren't taking any more customers today. I respond, "but man, Its an emergency, My tire is almost flat, and I have literally dropped almost eighteen hundred dollars here in the last year. Nope, sorry, and I leave infuriated, several customers witness and visually see my disdain. I take the car to Kaufmann Tire on Cheshire Bridge Road in Atlanta, and not only do they repair my tire, they do it for free. Anyway, I go back, yesterday, October 17th, and like an idiot to schedule an appointment, when I could have actually called. Ironically, Pete again is the person on duty and abruptly, and I mean abruptly waits on me. I tell him my situation, explain that I need to buy to Michelin tires to complete one set, and have 2 Lincolns complete tires swapped, and that I was selling one of my cars. I mean the man is so rude, he looks up the tire, and without one ounce of customer service, barks out a price,"a hundred seventy three per tire."My response is that I didn't remember them being so expensive, to which he gives me a blank look like I am annoying him. I ask him if they price match, he reply's", (yep) do you want to order them?". So I give in and say yes. Pete then says"thanks", to which I reply,"would you at least like my name and number?"I am in your system. He reply's"give it to me"to which he literally writes it on a small torn piece of paper. I was like"what time can I expect them tomorrow?"to which he reply's"I don't know "someone will call you". When I get home, I google the tire and it runs like 140 bucks on average at Kaufmann Tire it is $139.00, at Wal Mart its $149.21, and it is $141.99 on NTB's own website! Needless to say, this is the second bad experience with this man (manager) Pete at a store that where I have literally purchased 8 Premium Michelin Tires in the last year. Now I am now sitting at home at almost 4 p. m.in the afternoon without not even a courtesy phone call. I am disgusted and want to return to Kaufmann Tire even though the NTB store is much closer to my home. I am pretty sure that Pete has either lost my phone number, or that they just have the worst customer service on the planet. I actually believe that they consider being rude to customers is ok. I am convinced that these tires are just sitting at that location. I have waited the entire day. I am choosing to do business with another company. Sincerely, and thanks so much. Brian Mallett.

National Tire & Battery [NTB] horrible customer service

I had new tires put on at your beavercreek Ohio location. Car went in holding air and came out leaking out of the rear passenger tire, I lost 20 psi in a day so I brought it back. Not once did they apologize and before they even looked at the car they were trying to say it was a cracked rim ( it is from 1987), which I understand. But from the start both employees had a attitude and rather than trying to find a solution they were clearly seeing what they could blame it on. After I told the manager I almost didn't come back after my last expiereance with my other car he looked at me and said "why did you." I have never felt so disrespected by a business in my life. While the other tech was trying to tell me what he thought was wrong he would not look me in the eye, instead he was looking off and to my right the whole time and when I asked him to please address me and look me in the eyes he immediately showed a attitude. I get it there could of been something wrong with the rim, but it was without a doubt the worst expierence I've ever had at a "business" and I have no intention of ever returning, not that the manager cared. I'm just happy that working at another auto place down the road im able to talk to about 60 to 70 different people a day in the area and warn them to not go to that NTB, everyone I tell is blown away by the story. Also I did bring my rim to another rim and wheel shop and they did confirm it was a proper valve stem installation and that the weights on the rim were not properly installed on that wheel because it was leaking from the weights as well. Definitely will continue to spread the word to avoid your company. I wish I felt valued as a customer. I just wanted to feel like they tried. I don't know if your customer care department cares more than them or not but a chance to at least talk to someone who cares would be nice.

National Tire & Battery [NTB] horrible customer service (in store)

On 10/13/17 at 1:10 pm I called the south kingshighway NTB store to make an appointment for Sunday afternoon to have a wheel alignment done on my parent’s 2000 mercury grand marquis sedan. I needed to have it aligned after I replaced both front stabilizer links for them. I let them know I would be dropping the car off late Saturday night so they could do this Sunday. I dropped the car off utilizing the night drop off box for the Sunday morning appointment I made that Friday. I spoke to a Mr. James Lewis who took information about their vehicle and set up the appointment. I received a phone call Sunday 10/15/17 around 10:00am at which time I explained exactly what I needed done which was a wheel alignment and the e-brake looked over to see what part of the line the ringing noise was coming from. I also asked them if they could take a look at the brake pedal itself as there was a groaning noise when it was depressed. He agreed to start checking things out and told me he would contact me when everything was completed. About 12:00pm I received a phone call from a NTB technician letting me know what they found wrong with the car and the technician gave me pricing and a time frame when work could be completed. The brake pedal issue was something they could address the same day but the e-brake and lines couldn’t be done until later in the week due to them having to be specially ordered. I let my parents know the pricing and time frames and they decided it would be better if they had it done another time due to their financial situation and fixed income or have another shop do the work if they could get a better deal. I still agreed to have the alignment completed and was told NTB would get it done and have the car ready for pick up later that day and that I would be charged for them looking at the car and for the estimates. I never heard back from anyone and by the time I called at 6:20pm the store was closed. I called again on Monday 10/16/17 at 12:15pm and spoke with Mr. Matt Farano who let me know my car was ready that Sunday and he wasn’t sure why no one had called to let me know. I let Mr. Farano know I was not happy that no one had notified me of the status of the car and told him I would be in before I headed into work myself to pay the charges for looking over the vehicle and that I would pick it up later that night. I arrived later that afternoon at 1:30pm and as I proceeded to ask about the car and pay what was due Mr. Lewis became disgruntled and started telling Mr. Farano that my family waste NTB’s time and my parents always bring their car in and never get work done on it and all they do is bring the car in for alignments. He loosely used the terms scamming and scheming as he referred to my parents and them bringing their vehicles in and that my parents get NTB to diagnose the problems and then take the cars other places for service and they’re scheming NTB. He acted out unprofessionally and said these things while another customer whom he was dealing with was also in the store. I was embarrassed and humiliated but still apologized for whatever my parents did to upset him like that. Mr. Farano had to repeatedly calm Mr. Lewis down and let him know that I Mr. Adams did have an alignment program and had a reason to bring the car in. I also told Mr. Farano again that I was sorry and if he could let Mr. Lewis know this. I’ve been bringing my own vehicles to NTB for years and it was I who persuaded my parents to purchase the alignment program which runs until 2019 for their car. When my family has an issue with any car we own in any repair shop being serviced we will ask if they could advise and check something other things out while they’re in there anyhow and if affordable we will have the work done there. If the work cannot be done for whatever reason time or cost then we will take it somewhere else or do the work ourselves. An example I had their grand marquis in for service last year and a bolt was missing in part of the suspension system and it ended up being over 23 dollars to have them put another one on. This was something after the technician explained that I could have done myself for my parents but we agreed to let NTB do this and proceed with the alignment. It was a 1.00 dollar part but we justified the cost and let them do it. A time when my parents couldn’t afford to have a finding addressed was a year ago when an alignment couldn’t be performed due to bad lower control arms. The estimate NTB gave was over 1300.00 dollars and my parents who are retired and on a fixed income could not afford to have that done and the tech at NTB stated they don’t put on other parts so we couldn’t get the parts and just pay the labor. I had my parents buy the control arms for 150.00 wholesale and I put them on myself and brought the car back into NTB for another wheel alignment. So overall I know NTB’s job is to make money and perform automotive work and sell products and services. I’m sure it’s not unusual for some customers that comes in whom either has an issue brought to their attention by a tech or inquire about a concern has the funds to get said issues fixed. It should be understood by the store managers sometimes people have to wait or find alternatives to keep their vehicles running. I also would like a detailed explanation about the do’s and don’ts with the alignment program because my understanding was the car can be brought in at any time no reason no questions asked and an alignment performed if service has been done to the front suspension or its just simply out of alignment and needs it. Again that was the whole reason behind me pushing my parents to purchase the alignment program. Finally Its 2017 and there are way to many competitors out there who would be more than happy to service, diagnose and care for a consumers vehicle. If the attitude and arrogance that Mr. Lewis displayed toward me and my parents continue in the future we will take our 4 vehicles to be serviced elsewhere and I’m sure others who encounter this attitude will do the same. There is a quote which hangs in the corporate building of the company I work for that reads “If we don’t take care of the customer somebody else will” I think NTB’s management and technicians need to take a good look and understand just how powerful those words are and how easy it is to drive just a little further down kingshighway to say (Car X or Meineke) and give them business. An apology would be nice but it’s not expected but thank you for your time and feel free to contact me at the above address or by phone if you have any questions regarding my experience.

National Tire & Battery [NTB] oil change and appointment

Call and got an appointment at your Deer Park store for 1:00 today. After 45 mins of waiting and hearing your manager say this statement after she heard our President Trump talk on the TV she said do I really have to listen to that man.. just so you know I don’t care who or what your problems are with our president is, but I really don’t think I should have to hear her talk about any of our presidents. Also a lot of talk with others maybe you should turn the channel. Not good customer service. Also at 2:15 I am still waiting on my car.

National Tire & Battery [NTB] broken tpms sensor

I went to National Tire and Battery to replace a tire that had been vandalized that was covered under the roadside hazard warranty that I purchased when I bought the tires new. Not only was I told that it would only take an hour that turned into 5 hours but the man told me that they broke the TPMS sensor and that he'd ordered it a long time ago and stated that it should have already been there. The part finally came they put it on and I went home. Today when I got in my car the TPMS sensor light was on so I called they said bring it over they probably just have to shut off the light it would take three minutes he said. I took it over there and it only was my tire extremely over-inflated they told me that they put the wrong sensor on it and they would call me when they ordered the new one and it came from the dealership in a few days . He also asked me where and when I had the tire and sensor replaced and I stated to him it was done there yesterday and that they were the ones that did it. Unacceptable. Well I understand I paid $19.65 to have this done I should not have had to come back twice. Now I have to interrupt my day once again to have the sensor change that they broke to begin with. I'm very displeased with my service & I'm well entitled to receiving my money back. My family does a lot of business with NTB but if this issue isn't resolved this will be the last transaction.

National Tire & Battery [NTB] oil change

Hi, I went into the NTB off 1604 in San Antonio, Texas. This was Sept. 3, 2017. I actually went in there to fix a flat, but was told they could not fix run flats. So I asked about an oil change on my x5 BMW diesel. I had the oil changed. When they called me to pick up vehicle, they said something came out of my oil...there was a big clank and it went in the oil jug, or whatever. I was like, what could that possibly have been, they said not sure, just need to tell you. Well took vehicle, they never put air in the tire I needing fixing, and when I got home, my car was leaking oil terribbly. Oh, and before I left, they said I had an oil leak, which my vehicle never had an oil leak.

So, I decided to take it back on Thursday afterwork, the 7th of September. Apparently the guy who did my oil change was fired, this is what Lance, the manager told me. Well he took my vehicle back to the service area and there was a washer missing around the plug, which was the clank they heard when changing my oil. So, they didnt have the right washer, had to order. I had to take my vehicle in the next day, taking off of work. It was a nightmare of an experience. I had to take time off of work, and now my driveway has oil all over it. Why should I be responsible for all of this. I was never offered anything. I believe I need to be reimbursed for that oil change and be compensated for power washing my driveway. Not sure how an oil change is that hard of a process. I am very disappointed and frustrated.

Please help
Barbra Thompson

National Tire & Battery [NTB] rotating tires and service

I have to say my experience here has been terrible. I purchased my tires. When it was time for my first rotation on my Honda Accord they used the drill and broke my locked lug nut. It was either I go and get me a new one or wait around until they could try to figure out what to do. So if this wasn't bad enough that it happened once it happened twice. The second time I gave instructions not to use the drill to take off my locked lug nut. At least This time they went to Honda and did buy them but again it put me out and I had to wait for all this to be taken care of. So now I made an appointment to have my tires rotated come in and they do not have me in the computer. The gentleman said he would get me in ASAP. I can say I tell everyone of how bad my experience has been here and I Will Not Ever Buy Tires Here Again. Let's see if telling them not to use the drill this time works.

National Tire & Battery [NTB] warranty on tires / road hazard

On June 9, 2016 and October 10, 2017 I had to visit the local office of NTB . Prior to being NTB this facility was known as DELTA TIRE . I purchased 4 new tires along with roadside assistance and warranty on tires that would cover cost of repairing a flat tire. On first occasion I arrived needing to have my flat tire repaired or replaced, after numerous calls and having the local manager "ROLAND GARCIA" along with his employee "JENNIFER" had insisted that I was not a customer and I could purchase tires from them along with road hazard protection in order to be serviced. After speaking with Corporate, the tone changed and they repaired my tire. Today I am faced with same problem along with same personnel other than Jennifer, it is now Polly. This is not acceptable . Since Delta promised that NTB would honor the coverage that I bought and NTB refused but then honors and now refuses is just baffling and unprofessional. At this point since NTB refuses to honor what they did say they would honor then I am forced to request a full refund of purchase.

National Tire & Battery [NTB] poor customer service from store 8874

I want to say that I have been in business for 25yr. in the construction Industry and never have taken my eye off the custom for they are always first. What has happened to that today? Is it that as we get more educated in the marketing that we find it easier to replace the customer then take care of them hummm I think that is some stinking thinking and I feel that is exactly what has happened to me twice at this store. I have confronted the store manager on this matter and was blown off that it falls within the our policy. I dropped it and walked out that the last time I will be taken advantage of. I will explain what happened now.

I came into the store with my truck requesting the tie rods to be replaced. well the gentlemen called me with the quote on replacing 2 of them humm and I said again I told you to replace them all and do a alignment, why is it I'm being questioned on this? This truck has 175k on it and if 2 our gone then I no the others are going shortly and that's my choice. ok I think we are on the same page now correct? Nope it gets better. They call later that day that your truck is ready for pick up and around 6-750.00. (don’t recall total) ok
Later that evening I stop over and picked up the truck and was quite disappointed for when I went down the road I had a hell of a howl and vibration on the same side, 2 days later when I got back in town I stop over and was told of course you do for the tire was cupped bad from the old tie rods. Ok so now what?
Issue: Shouldn't I have been told this at the time the tire rods and alignment were done?
I’m told I need a new tire huumm Ok being my back 2 are down to 30-40% and I wrecked the right front one driving it with a bad tie rod end as I was told... So, I said then let’s just replace them all and I will be good for 2 more yrs. I sat there and waited 1hr they got me out the door like I was promised... Great job! paid my bill $600.00 aprox.). Now we would think we are down nope. The howl and vibration are still there.
Ok by now you can tell im getting very upset. I turned around and went right back and then was told ok the will bearing is going out will need to replace that ok How much? now mind you this truck is 2-wheel drive. and was quoted another $800.00 I responded with what are you kidding me? its a 1 hr job and lifetime replace part is $200.00 ok now we got a problem I didn't need tires yet as you can see. I was told if I wanted the problem diagnosed that would be a extra hr shop fee and don’t recall what he said Im guessing another $100.00... Now im pissed off I just spent $1500.00 dollars at your St. Cloud MN store and they can’t see a wheel bearing is going out when they had it in the air? Really you got to be kidding me, needless to say I took the truck home jacked it up in the air and changed it with the most expensive one I could get to prevent future issue with it and its life time warranty and took me 45 min. that bill should have been around $400.00 at most not $800.00 and the problem is fixed.
We are not done yet I called the store and told them I replace the barring on the truck and need the alignment redone and was told again no problem will have to charge you again because you altered it. I hung up on him.
I spend 4k a yr at that store plus I have at least 5 -8 people I know that go there because of me, needless to say you just lost 50k a yr at minimum let alone I will make the decision rather to take you to small claims court or not pending how you handle this matter.

I’m sorry but this is totally unacceptable.

Thank you for your time

National Tire & Battery [NTB] tires problem

We bought a set of tires for our truck last year in Jan 2016
we did everything that was recommended - 16000 later the front tires are all gone. (there'r wore out mostly on the side of each tire) the rear ones as the manager said they have still some remaining thread.

I went to the same place where I bought and installed them and to the manager Will - he wasn't very helpful - not even trying to compensate for the early wear and tear of those bad tires

Honestly as a costumer I think for 16K miles you should do something about it
and also to have managers willing to go "the extra mile" but he was careless about my situation.

My whole bill was almost $700 for a crapy tires: Sigma Supreme.

National Tire & Battery [NTB] alignment and rude employees

Went to get a front alignment on my truck. This was done three other times in the past. The guy that did the alignments looked at it put his hands on his hips and shook his head with a nasty look. I went in and asked the man behind the counter if you don't want to do it I'll take it someplace else I seen him looking at my truck and shaking his head. It has A6 inch lift on it. The Man Behind the Counter said he just don't think he will have enough room on the ramps to do it and I told him it was done three previous times there before. He said it's up to me if I want to take it and I said I did. While I was leaving a man come in and through their bill down and told them he needed an alignment and paid for it they was supposed to do it never did nothing to it. These employees are so rude and stone-faced it is unreal. I will never go back here again for anything. This is the store in Wellsburg West Virginia

National Tire & Battery [NTB] tire mount/balance

I was quoted $20/tire on the phone when calling before hand. To remove a tire from two wheels, mount and balance it on another wheel (leaving the old tire & wheel seperate). Upon arrival the the price went up $10.
We brought 4 wheels total. Swapping the new and old tires. 4 removals, 2 mount & balance. Charged $65 rather than $40 that was quoted.
When we got home to put the wheels on the car, we noticed that one of the tires was mounted backwards.
I no longer have trust that the service techs have properly mounted and balanced my tires.
We are a family that has two small children. The safety factor is a HUGE disappointment, as well as the misadvised quote. $20 goes a long way for a family.

I would like a refund on my service as now I will be having to spend more time and money taking my tires to a different shop to be recounted and balance correctly.

I do expect a prompt response from management.

National Tire & Battery [NTB] tire light came onkid.

I called to make an appointment at the Mesquite, TX store on Town Crossing Blvd. When I tried to make an appointment, they kept saying it was slow and I would not need an appointment for around 1PM. When I got there I was told it would be 2 hours before they could work on the car. I said I called earlier and was told I would not need an appointment. After discussing this for about 10 minutes I was getting no where. I was than told why don't I make an appointment. This made me even more upset but I made an appointment for 5 hours later at 6PM. This was the only open time they had. I went outside to my car and call the store in Plano TX on 75 Central. They said they could see me right away. I asked if I need an appointment and he take my name and just said to get there be 2 PM. They took me as soon as I walked in. I then called back to the Mesquite store and cancelled the 6PM appointment.
I will never walk into the Mesquite store again. My question is why did they not make an appointment for me before.

National Tire & Battery [NTB] repairs

I received a quote to do repairs, but couldn't schedule the appointment right then. I called back 6 times over a month to get the appointment but only got told I would be called back. Nobody ever called, therefore, I called again, but this time refused to wait further to get my appointment. I was told there was a mix up and personal problems, however, I could drop off the van and the work would be completed as promised. I dropped off the van, after hours as agreed, but nobody called the next morning letting me know they received it and would begin work(as told by the agent). It was to be a 2-3 day job, but by Monday I still hadn't heard from anyone. I called again, but now was being told the technician had emergency surgery and was unavailable to complete the van as scheduled. I asked how long, but was told they didn't know...someone would call in 2-3 days. I waited until Friday, which now was 9 days after dropping the van off, but was told nothing had been done. They said I needed a new motor, therefore, they didn't want to do the repairs. THEY ARE WRONG! I don't need a new motor, as explained when I got the quote, and when I called back for my appointment. I told them exactly what the problem was and we agreed to do the work for $1160 in 2-3 days...not keep my van 9 days, refuse to do the agreed work, come up with every excuse possible, then tell me in will be able to be done but now it's $300 more than quoted? NO NO NO! That is totally wrong and illegal. Someone needs to contact me immediately at [protected].

National Tire & Battery [NTB] service received

I visited your store in Lexington, SC (Store # 6248; Store # 248) on Saturday 9/23/2017 to have 2 new tires put on the front of my truck. They finally get me in, get it done, and I pay the bill. I go out to my truck and the tires on the front of my truck are not new, but the tires on the back are. I asked one of the guys what happened and he gets a manager. I asked why, when I specifically asked for 2 new tires for the front of my truck, do I have 2 new tires on the back. Oh, he says, that's company policy...oh no no no...I was not told this before the work was done or I never would have agreed. He said it was on their wall and in their video...OK, I do not know what video he's speaking of and I'm not accustomed to dealing with companies that require customers to read their wall rather than let the customer know they company policy. Now anybody with half a brain knows that you do not put mismatch tires on the front of a vehicle (which is what was on the back of my truck), because it doesn't handle right and it doesn't wear right...and furthermore, anybody that claims to be a TIRE SHOP should have at least half a brain and should also know this...the manager asked what he could do to make me happy and make it right. I told him to put the new tires on the front like I asked...that's what I was paying for you to do, and that is what the work order was written up for...his reply was I can't...it's against company policy...well I'm going to tell you your company policy SUCKS AND IT IS NOT SAFE! And furthermore, it's not providing customer service. The manager said I will talk to the guy who did it...why? What difference does it make now, it's already been done and you're not going to change it...I paid $187.20 to have your company put 2 new tires on the front of my truck, instead I got 2 new tires on the rear and 2 mismatch tires on the front. Now I have to go somewhere else and pay someone else to put the 2 new ones on the front...You did not provide customer service. It's not fair to me to have to go somewhere else and pay someone to fix what your company screwed up...I got screwed by your company and it's not fair to me to have to pay twice to have something done. If you want to make me happy, you need to change your company policy to provide customer service and you can refund about half of my money. Another thing your manager said was if I was only buying one tire for the front they would have put it on there...well Hell...it still would have ended up with mismatch tires on the front WHICH IS WHAT I WANTED TO AVOID AND THE REASON WHY I WAS BUYING TWO BRAND NEW TIRES...I would normally say I'm sorry for what I'm about to say, but in this case, I'm not sorry...but THE STUPIDITY OF THIS COMPANY POLICY AND YOUR EMPLOYEES ASTOUND ME! You will NEVER get anymore of my business and I will let everybody I know know that you are not a reputable company and you will only do what is best for your business and you don't give a rat's patooty and the customer and their SAFETY and satisfaction. Please, for the love of Pete...change your company policy...IT IS NOT SAFE FOR CUSTOMERS WHAT YOU ARE DOING! I don't see how you do not see that! If you want to contact me, my name is Tina Hutto (or you can speak to my Husband Matthew Hutto) [protected]; [protected]@aol.com

National Tire & Battery [NTB] service

At 1646 hours I walked into your NTB location in McDonough, Ga. to check on a tire rotation & balance or schedule an appointment for one when I stood waiting for someone in the front of the store for at least 10-15 minutes without being greeted or assisted. There were employees in the back that I saw through the service door, that saw me still no one assisted. I as a customer did not feel as though I should walk through your store or seek assistance. So after standing there for the length of time if not more, I left the store and attempted call neexcess to say no one answered either. Now I'm not sure if this is common practice but nonetheless it is unacceptable. The services I was attempting to receive came with a set of tires purchased for my vehicle. I'm not sure what happened to Ozzie & his crew but this new crew needs adjustments with their customer service. Your attention with this matter will greatly appreciated.

National Tire & Battery [NTB] unethical behaviour

Incident Date: 08/19/2017, Client Number: # [protected]. On this date I took my vehicle to NTB because I could feel a slight shaking in the steering at highway speed. Upon my arrival a service manager looked at my two front tires, and showed me how the drivers-side front tire, was wearing unevenly. I agreed to purchase two new front tires, a wheel alignment, a new battery, and terminal, a rear windshield wiper. From our conversation the two front tires were supposed to be replaced, instead they put the new tires on the rear, for some reason, as I discovered the next day upon return to NTB. The reason I brought my car back, was because it shaking worst now, than it was before I had it serviced. Upon my return I was informed that my vehicle could not be properly aligned, until I had some additional repair work done. I believe it was bent tie rods, and a busted something that contains a lubricant of some type, was all over my transmission pan, as the tech described it to me. Why was I not informed about these conditions prior to putting new tires on my car, only to be damaged the same way the old tires were? I feel for NTB to make it right with me, they have two options. One, refund to me $286.65 tires. that will cover the tires, the tire protection, and the wheel alignment; or option two, repair the above noted needed repair with free labor, I will supply the parts from the dealership, and also give me the Tire Protection Free. This is an especially hard time for me to be dealing with financial hardship, since I am going to closing on my new house on 10/19/2017. I got a veterans discount. I hope this is not how NTB thanks our nations heroes for their service to our country. Do the right thing. I really don't want to start a letter writing campaign against NTB, but I will. However, I feel every on e deserves a chance to correct a wrong.
