I personally had a great experience with Nationwide Loan Consultants & Advisors. Chelsea was knowledgeable and responsive. She assisted me with multiple loan options and then helped me select the best loan to fit my debt consolidation needs. She was upfront about all the costs and that impressed me because I was able to make an educated decision. She was kind and I believe that she truly cared about my situation. I'm not trying to fluff here, I understand that they are in business to make money. And that's ok with me! We all work to earn money to survive! It was the way I was treated; no judgment concerning my debt and/or credit score. In my opinion, she was transparent and truthful, and that is what I appreciated. I have left many loan companies feeling really *** about myself and my past financial decisions. Chelsea did not make me feel this way. She made me feel important and I felt that she was there to work for me and get me the best possible loan for my situation. I was encouraged and treated with respect. Thank you Chelsea and Nationwide Loan for helping me! I appreciate your time and hard work!

Nationwide Loan Consultants This company is a bait and switch from another company, who refers you over to this company after they say you're a great fit for their 5% - 10%

This company is a bait and switch from another company, who refers you over to this company after they say you're a great fit for their 5% - 10% options, only to come back and say, sorry we can't make it work, but our affiliate can. You agree to switch over. This company offers to work on your behalf to obtain loans with top rated lenders. The catch? Don't tell these lenders you are working with this company. They set up e-mail accounts with your information, make it appear that YOU the client are filing the applications, not Nationwide Loan Consultants. They charge an astronomical 10% fee, which they so kindly add to the overall loan total. On top of this, they aren't actually doing anything in THEIR name. They are using the consumer's information to search and apply for loans on "soft credit hits". They can't even keep straight who they are working with. They called me, then someone else called me to tell me I was a great candidate, after I already gave them my information and had several "lenders" selected. This company is a sham, and because of them I'm going to have to place a freeze on my credit. This should be looked into by all necessary regulatory bodies. This just doesn't pass the sniff test as being legit.

I had a good experience. Brandon was my consultant. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional. I felt confident that what I wanted was his main concern and he had my best interest at heart. He explained everything in detail and made sure I knew all options before I made a decision. I felt my decision was well informed. He was also patient and offered suggestions. Even though it was a bit longer than I expected, he kept me calm and focused, he kept in contact with me when there were updated through phone and text. All I can say is thank you, Brandon. Keep doing your job well! I would recommend this service hands down, to anyone looking to possibly getting what you want.

Omg! I just had the most validating and positive experience I have ever had with a financial institution. After the very rocky start with a sister corporation, I was transferred to Cody at nationwide loan consultants. The second half of this iteration was great. Cody answered all of my bizarre and complicated questions succinctly and accurately. He told me the answers I wanted to hear and the answers I didn’t want to hear. But both were correct polite and impactful. I wanted to address how I wasn’t happy with the first portion of this call, so I asked to speak to a supervisor and I was introduced to Mark. Mark is an angel of a human being! He listened to me. He addressed my concerns. He appeased me. Mark insured me that want I wanted to addressed would be. He gave me his personal contact info and even thanked me for taking the time to express my concerns. I wasn’t pleased with the way this phone call started and was determined to make it a fight after the second person I talked to instigated said fight. But after talking to Cody and mark I felt at ease and comfortable. Whether or not I choose to use this company for my needs I was extremely pleased with the interaction I had with them. Thank you

and *** were really wonderful. I wasn't sure about which loan to take, but *** spelled out everything so I understood not only how much my payments would be and best loan to take, but how much I would have after fees. Because of that and *** taking it across the finish line with the fee reduction. I am more than satisfied with the assistance I received.

Nationwide Loan Consultants This company provides a minimal, service for an additional 10.9% fee

This company provides a minimal, service for an additional 10.9% fee. Meaning if you want a loan for 10,000, you will need to either pay them out of your pocket $1090 or they will take it off top of loan which leaves you 8,910 of original requests. There fee is in addition to an origination fees of the actual loan provider so you pay the fees really twice but theirs is way more of a cost and upfront. They indicate they will facilitate the loan process for you, leverage their relationships to provide the best product. What they don't say is their relationships don't extend beyond the a lending tree type service (which is free through lending free or credit carma) Finally, you will be prohibited from applying with any of their lenders for the period of the agreement, to restate, you will not be able to apply with any market leaders. Luckily I read before accepting any loans issue is I am stuck unless I pay their fees. I actually applied on 10/15 though lending tree and then they called which i was confused on so I agreed to their servicing for me. I got better interest rates than they did through same lenders that I cannot apply with now for 90 days unless I want to pay them. And all lenders who called me don't even know who nationwide is when I tell them why I am not taking their loans. Stay away and do your own for free.

Nationwide Loan Consultants This entire process of trying to get a loan has been a complete nightmare from the very beginning

This entire process of trying to get a loan has been a complete nightmare from the very beginning. First, the loan processor, ***, refused to tell me my rates BEFORE I agreed to their excessively high 10.9% fee.
After refusing to approve the fee prior to knowing what rates the fee would get me, my file was sent to the verification/credit monitoring department so that they would know if I ever took a loan from any of their partner lenders in the following 90 days (they would unilaterally take 10.9% if I did). *** (Department Manager) offered to reduce the fee to assist me. After asking *** what the reduced fee would be, I was left in the dark and got no reply back for over a week.
The next email I got was from ***'s subordinate, *** (Loan Concierge), where she told me that she tried calling me during work hours when I said that I would be busy. I communicated to her an acceptable time frame but never got a reply from her OR her *** (General Manager), who has been copied on the emails.

This whole process has left me feeling like they just forgot all about me and don't care about customers that can't drop everything that they are doing at work at 10:46 AM. Just a very stressful and exhaustive experience to say the least.

STEER CLEAR of Nationwide Loan Consultants unless you like being treated like a Merry-Go-Round!

This company provides a minimal, service. They indicate they will facilitate the loan process for you, leverage their relationships to provide the best product. In addition, they claim they will provide a thorough summary of the offers they are able to secure. Their service comes at a hefty fee, but their stance is their service fee along with an accepted offer will result in a better overall financial position. What they don't say is their relationships don't extend beyond the typical market leaders, their fee is in addition to the loan origination fees of the actual loan provider (you pay twice), in many cases you will have to contact the loan provider and complete an application with them directly due to the application submitted on your behalf being insufficient/inadequate, and the financial summary will exclude the impact of their consulting fee and the lenders loan origination fee. It is a very basic summary of reported monthly payments which are assumed to remain constant over the life of the prospective offer. Finally, you will be prohibited from applying with any of their lenders for the period of the agreement, to restate, you will not be able to apply with any market leaders. Do not use this service it is overpriced and not as advertised. Google personal loan providers and apply directly you will save a considerable amount of money

At first seemed odd/scam like that I had to speak to one person to apply for loans and then another person from a different company to continue on the process. Yes, they created an email in my behalf I order to keep all loan applications together and not clog up my personal email. Dominique was very transparent and said I will give you password if you like so you can also look at what offers are coming in. He, again, was very truthful and transparent with the 3 month policy that if I take a loan that they spent the time in applying for me I will owe them $. This is a concierge/service. They apply to all places and get you the best loan. Sure, $4k for consultation fee seems steep but Dominique said if I wanted to include that amount into the final loan amount I was looking for he can do that so that I get the $ I wanted/needed and they also get their fee and everyone wins. This fee was well worth it. I was trying to apply for loans for months that were way too much monthly or the loan amount was half of what I was looking. I probably spent less than an hour TOTAL talking to Dominique giving him all my info to apply for loans, giving him electronic signatures and finalizing my loan. Saved me so much time. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this business. Not a scam. Just truthful/honest people wanting to help. Thanks again Dominique for your help and understanding of why I needed a loan!

Nationwide Loan Consultants The last three years my life has been turned upside down

The last three years my life has been turned upside down. The plans that were in place for the remaining of my retirement life were wadded-up and throw in the trash. Personally, emotionally, and economically, my whole future was dismantled. Of course, COVID has not help things, so I found myself worrying about my financial health. Life has not been normal so as I was doing some investigation through my bank, they connected my information with an outsource company that aides in connecting the recipient with the lender. I must say that I am old school, which meant, I usually went looking for myself. I was not accustomed to a middleman, or in this case middle woman doing the leg work, nor was I very trusting. Mariana with Nationwide Loan Consultants had her hands full with me. But I did my own investigation on the company, and I looked at all the numbers. I explain my concerns to Mariana, and she listened. Mariana gave me my space and the time I needed to make that final and very important decision. Once I felt comfortable about my decision, Mariana walked me through the whole process. We spend much time on the phone; she walked me through step by step, and again she always listened to my concerns. I still do not know what my future holds for me, but I feel much better about my financial security. I am very thankful to you, Mariana, and Nationwide Loan Consultants. Nationwide Loan Consultants Did they Help me with a loan?

Did they Help me with a loan? For sure I can't say they didn't.
What my problem is, was the typical salesman way of doing things that left me if anything dissatisfied with the loan.

Especially with having the pay out 10.9% of the loan back for their fee.
The thing is if you have something as major in your contract you should make sure it is talked about.
*** (Ironic last name). Seems like a pretty nice guy.
Customers should have the option of changing their mind. 1090.00 dollars back to them for essentially doing a simple referral is big. If it wasn't out right skipped over or just saying we have a fee it was totally not explained. Like anytime you finally realize or see something that wasn't noticed before and bring it up it was just that silent deer in the headlights moment over the phone with you rubbing your temples trying to not be irritated with someone doing their job. It's just not good customer service either when your only fall back was well it's in the paperwork...well yes it is. Paperwork is also created in such a way that the typical person won't catch things. So just bad customer service overall.

Just don't like feeling like at the end of what should have been a happy moment know I'm short what I needed and dissatisfied with the company who helped me and the loan.

If you decide to use them. Make absolutely sure you get a loan big enough to do what you need & to cover their over the top fee. Make sure they slowly go over every line of information with you so there is no chance for them to squirm something past you.

To Whom it may concern,

I want to say that the service I received from Ms. Mariana B.and Nation Wide Loan Consultant was just outstanding. There are so many times that I get offers for loans, and most of them are simply scams. I took a chance and replied to one of the recommendations, and to my surprise, it was not a scam. I was able to talk to Ms. B., and my experience with her was spectacular. She was deeply knowledgeable and made the process easier than I thought it would be. There was no trying to pull me into some crazy scam or anything of that nature. She did what I asked and got the job done in the most professional manner possible.

I was offered a loan for much less than what I had initially asked for, and I was sure that was all I would get. On the other hand, Ms. B. continued to work and was able to get another loan that would equal the amount that I had initially asked for. Hard to say it any better than a job well done. I would believe that she has been on the job for a good while because her abilities showed that she was an expert at what she does.

Once the process was completed, Ms. B. even offered to help lower the rates once my credit score improved and I may be offered a better rate. Again, this is far better than I expected, and I am so happy to have had her assist me with my loans. She should receive several pats on the back for her efforts. Thanks to all for a job well done. I know where to come to if I ever need assistance again. Hopefully I will never need the assistance again, however, if I do I know that Nation Wide is the right fit for me.

Poor service. They arent very upfront about their hidden fees and they dont uphold their part of the service they promise, then when u wait for over a week just to reach them after countless calls to reach them and decide to go elsewhere for a loan, they add more loan companies to your file and proceed to charge u a fee for each one even if the result of u going to get your own loan was on them for dropping the ball.Whats worse is several employees were rude or refused to try and help. When asked to be put through to a manager one of the girls that works there keeps talking over u to try and suppress u, doesnt get u through to a manager, and then when u finally get one, hes not much different.It seems like they train their employees and even the general manager to be aggressive to new clients and try and get money out of them any way they can. Even after all the service complaints i called them about, they still fail to acknowledge our bad experience and instead insist they gave us good service when they clearly did not and weve been pretty vocal about it from the start. I tried to reach out to someone above the general manager to resolve this and there just isnt any clear way to contact them through their website. Perhaps the general manager is the owner, which would explain why most the staff acts the same way.There was 1 good employee named Elon who actually tried to help us through all the problems, but unfortunately 1 good employee doesnt make up for the rest of the group. We have tried to resolve this and as first time customers being introduced to their service it simply was not a good experience for us. It felt very predatory.

I read some of the complaints from other clients. I am pleased to recommend NLC to anyone who needs to consolidate their unsecured loans for one lower monthly payment.Yes, it is true that NLC asked me not to disclose to the lenders that I had NLCs help.Yes it is true that NLC set up an email in my name where the lenders they obtained corresponded with me through NLC about the various loan offers.Yes it is true that I provide my documents and verification of income to NLC who uploaded them to the lenders.Yes it is true that the lender I selected charged an origination fee and NLC charged a 10% fee for their services.I CANT BE MORE HAPPIER with the results. My NLC representative ***, communicated with me each step of the way. He took my calls whenever I called or responded promptly whenever I texted him. He was patient and professional whenever he called and I was not available. He DID NOT pressure me in any way to speak with him or accept the loan offers.I had tried unsuccessfully multiple times to get a large enough loan to consolidate me debt. It was very frustrating. Within 5 minutes of *** speaking to me after I had provided prof of my income, I had a loan offer from a lender for the FULL amount I asked for!I want to reiterate that *** was upfront with me about fees and the process. There were no surprises, and the end result more than exceeds my expectations.I dont know what went wrong with the clients whove written bad reviews. I can only state with unequivocal confidence that NLC has changed my life for the better.I feel great relief knowing my finances, my ability to provide for my family, and our quality of life is all the better thanks solely to NLCs services. I gladly have paid their fee for this priceless service that is benefitting me and my future.

Nationwide Loan Consultants Nationwide Loan Consultants are a disappointment. I received mail from them stating they could get me a mid-level loan at a great interest rate

Nationwide Loan Consultants are a disappointment. I received mail from them stating they could get me a mid-level loan at a great interest rate. My credit score sits at 715/720 so I figured I had a good shot to get some help as I was burying my father-in-law and needed help paying off the funeral expenses and staying on top of my credit card bills. They stated that they would apply to several different loan companies to get me competitive offers and if I needed to I could select multiple to get the amount I needed. They call me a day later and lets me know they got ONE loan option back, no more lenders came back. The amount offered was 17k. I originally asked for 20 to 40k but in the situation I am in with no other options, I decided to take the 17k. As she goes on vacation I get passed to another agent who sends me paperwork stating the loan amount, interest rate, and monthly payment amount. I agree and sign the paperwork. He calls me back 15 mins later and says I now need to call the lender and finish up the loan process on my own. The company I am paying 10.9% of my loan to, can't finish the loan agreement and the agent then tells me not to let the lender know I'm working with NLC? At this point, I'm already fuming because it feels very shady. I contact the lender and am told to send in paystubs, ID, etc. As I send the paperwork in they call me back and say, 'I can get you approved for 13k, if you want the 17k I will need to put your car up for collateral.' ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Not only is the loan I just signed on with NLC not available but I am told to get the already agreed upon the amount I have to sign my car into the agreement? The customer service agent then tries to explain to me all the ways this is going to help me instead of actually admitting NLC did nothing it promised and basically stole 10.9% of my loan. I had to finish paperwork on my own, deny the involvement of NLC, and then pay NLC 10.9% of a loan amount that was far less than what was agreed upon. Please don't be lazy like me and allow a company to take advantage of you. I called one of the loan options they said they would get an offer from - they never even got half the necessary paperwork to even accept an offer let alone fund mine. I could have very easily gone to the lender myself got accepted and kept the 10.9 in my pocket. Trash company, Trash service. Do the work yourself and don't be taken advantage of like I was.

Nationwide Loan Consultants I first sought after lending options to consolidate my credit card debt from a solicitation received through the mail

I first sought after lending options to consolidate my credit card debt from a solicitation received through the mail. After providing my information and loan request to them, they could not secure funding for me, but forwarded me to their "partner" Nationwide Loan Consultants who they believed could help me. I definitely should've known that this was not a good option when they required me to swiftly sign an agreement to work with them only and that there would be an "administrative fee" if they found a loan for me. I know better than this and definitely should not have let them rush me through this document, but the "customer service agreement" I signed was imperative for them to get to work for me right away in securing funding so I signed it without having a full understanding of all of the contract terms. I did negotiate the "administrative fee" down from 10% to 8.9, but I voiced my concern that I was still uncomfortable with this requirement. We proceeded with the process and the representative who was fast talking and pushy in a nice, sweet way of course, verbally rushed through the lenders they work with, setting me up with a new email for the loan offer communications and how the process would work. In a matter of a day or 2, they informed me that they only had 1 loan offer for me since I was declined by all of the lenders they submitted my file to. I decided at that point that I wasn't comfortable with the terms of the offer and the whole scenario, so I decided to close out my file with Nationwide. When I spoke with the representative to inform her that I wanted to close my file with because I had secured financing on my own, she asked me who did I receive funding through and when I told her, she immediately said that is one of their lenders therefore I needed to pay them their administration fee since that means I indirectly got the loan because of Nationwide since they work with them. I never received a written list of "their lenders", until AFTER I told them about receiving funding elsewhere. The representative told me that time that they had informed me of who all they work with in our phone call and that they can send me the recording. I don't recall them saying the particular company I received lending through, but Nationwide Loan Consultants were adamant that this is a violation of the "customer service agreement" and that I owe them this fee. They also informed me that I agreed to them monitoring my credit for the next 6 months to see if I receive funding directly from any of "their lenders" and if I do, that is also a violation of the "agreement" and they will assess the fee, plus late fees if not paid within 10 days, plus attorney fees. When I went back and read the "agreement" it does say those things, but again it was not clearly disclosed initially upon signing and I did not have that understanding or else I would not have agreed to those terms. I feel they know exactly what they are doing in rushing people through this process and I am embarrassed to say the least that I allowed this to happen to me! This is predatory in my opinion. It's very ironic that their "partners" are lending institutions that declined me when Nationwide sent them my file, but when I sought lending on my own through them directly, I was approved and funded. I also asked this lender did they have a partnership or agreement with Nationwide and they said they do NOT. This is a way to beat consumers money that they are already trying to pay off by asking for an exorbitant administration fee just to say al oan was sourced through them, but in this instance it was not. Nationwide Loan Consultants I worked with Nationwide Loan Consultants to get a business loan

I worked with Nationwide Loan Consultants to get a business loan. I needed help to get the loan, as I wasn't already approved. The loan amount was $85,000. After many calls while I was at work, they said I was approved. So, I thought I had to pay their fee with the loan amount. I signed the contract under pressure from the representative on the phone. They kept calling me constantly, even when I was at work or driving. The representative, Jessica, didn't like it when I had to call her back because I didn't want to talk on the phone and drive in the snow. She called me every day, multiple times, asking me to upload different documents and talk to the loan companies without mentioning that I was working with Nationwide. She also told me not to accept any loans if the company called me directly without her on the phone. I felt a bit uncomfortable with the situation. They reached out to the only company they tried to contact, but that company denied the loan. However, Jessica got me several other approvals, which I already had. I currently have a loan with one of them. They're not supposed to contact companies that I already have a contract with. When another loan consultant called me, I thought it was a scam. I expressed my concerns, but she assured me that I was only entering into a contract with them because of my previous offer from Nationwide. The loan amount was $26,000, which was considerably less than what I agreed to in the contract with Nationwide. I confirmed with the agent that I didn't want to owe two companies and was worried about fraud. After feeling comfortable with the loan officer, I agreed to give them my information. I didn't hear from Lending Point for a couple of days. ***continued on attached letter
