This is an absurd loan business, APR is too high, it’s like usury. This company charges interest on interest and you never finish paying off a small loan. It is a theft, the IRS and other authorities must investigate the abuse that this company commits against the American people. Do not fund these types of businesses, they should close their doors in UTAH. You can read online the thousands complaints agains this business in USA. Mafia business

Was texted that I was eligible for renewal called while at work to get it done needed the money, The female manager decides to give me the run around after I uploaded most up to date documents on the app she tells me that my pay stub wasn’t gonna work it was a month old but most recent my job had given. Said ok and got my hr lady to get me the most recent pay stub today no problem. This manager calls me back while I’m taking care of the pay stub and says I called and verified with your employer. I said you called my job? She said they don’t know who we are or what we do. I guess checking the little box in the contract that says you may not contact my employer don’t really mean anything they do what they want. Never renewed my loan because she is so unpleasant to deal with I will never get a loan here again.

I will not be intimated by one of your employees by reporting my 1 debt twice to effect my credit score that is illegal. Except mr to file a formal complaint with FTC Your employees need an education on harrassing and intimating consumers.

One of your employees female called to harrass me and cause she could not squeeze blood out of me or nicely negotiate the debt she reported my 1 yes 1 debt twice to effect my credit score. I suggest you train this woman to act like a professional lady

I have an account with security finance and I have been paying on time.. But I live in a small town and everybody knows each other I work with a guy that happens to work for security finance also. And my problem is that approximately in june this guy was with me at work and he was talking about his new job at security finance and he started discussing my loan that I have with my security finance he mentioned oh you have a account with us right mam? And u got out 1000 and u pay $167 a month right mam? Infront of my work colgues and to me that's not right.. On thursday 08/4/22 at about 7 pm he was working with me and he ask me again oh why haven't you gone to visit us mam? And that his boss had ask him if I still work with him and for him to ask me but not my ake it obvious that why I have not gone to pay them. Since I had gotten sick of covid and my pay check was not good at this time. So that is ty he reason I have not gone to pay them it's only been a month late. But my problem is why do this person discuss my loan in my other work! It supposed to be confidential would that be disclosure of agreement. Which I did tell this guy that he can not even ask me we hat he was asking me or discuss about my loan

Security Finance likes to report late pays on your credit report just to make you pay higher interest rates. They reported I was over 30 days late. I was never more than 30 days late. I can't get Security Finance to remove the late pays in my credit. DONT BORROW FROM THEM. They will hurt your credit just enough to keep you paying higher interest rates.

The women that work there are crude. They have very nasty and fowl mouths. They talk about their sex lives with customers and also talk about their fake boobs. They lie to customers. If you call corp. on them they treat you like you are lying. But i know the rules which they have to go by. they lie to corp about what they do. If someone would watch them for real the whole office would be fired. This office is a embarssment to our profession

This is the most unprofessional company I have ever done business with! Not only do the harass you with their endless phone calls, once you have told them you don't have the money at this moment, or don't answer the phone for them they will begin to call your phone from a blocked number. Over and over again. I have never once receive a proper notice by mail or even email which is part of the contract. They have come to both my house and place of employment! This was extremely embarrassing at work! I am a nurse and have strict duties and responsibilities. With the harassing phone calls and the showing up here at work my administrator had decided that they are not only harassing me and that will not be tolerated but that the authorities will be called if they call here or come here again. They have harassed and tried to intimidate me. I have every intention of paying the debt I owe but I will not be harassed or disrespected!

On 5/2/2013 I went into the Local Green bay, WI office to make my monthly loan payment, upon entering I noticed two NEW employees, which I have NEVER seen before. I had a question to ask that these employee's may or may not have know the answer to. I told the new employee that i9 would wait for a more senior employee to handle my transaction. I was told by the women behind the person assisting me that "if I ever came in & she was the only person available that at she would not help me." she also told me she would not be my friend which I responded that at I did not ask her to be my friend. upon leaving the office I told this person that she had a bad attitude, she said I had one also. another more senior employee told me to leave & flipped me off upon leaving the office. a letter was e-mailed & mailed to the corp. office.

I took out a loan a while back ago and paid it off in full and on time. Foolishly I took out another loan, payments were on time every month. I have since lost employment and have told them of this. My family and friends get endless calls daily, several times a day. Twice they have come to my home, which I was not there but had a note on my door. My payment is 100.00 dollars! I would think it costs them more to harass me the actual debts must be a law about companies harrassing customers!

I recieved a personal loan with this company and I told them when i got the loan that i coulden't make the payment on the last date that they intended for me to pay and that was on the 11th of each month, and that i could pay them on the 15th instead and it was agreed o.k. so once the 12th came they call my phone and my job so i would go drop a check in the box on the 15th like i said well...That's wasen't enough they keep calling my job over and over and over then when my co-wrkers said i was off the wanted to talk to my Human Res.Department I mean this is for anyone who get's a loan from them ''D0N'T it aint worth the hassle you'd be better off donate'n blood to save somebody's life then to ask them for money These people don't understand that if you keep calling somebody's job, they gonna make you loose it so that you can't pay for the stupid loan! when i get my taxas i'm pay'n them stupid ### off and never look back...
