Clothing you can be proud to wear!
I got lucky with this company.
Natural Life clothing is everything a woman could possibly hope to find. The quality and appearance of their products are top notch. No Bait and Switch here. The return policy however, will only get you a credit towards the purchase of something else. That's not a problem however, because they have so many beautiful items.
Great casual clothes and gifts
I love Natural Life and all the products. This is casual wear, not fine wear. I have been buying their products for years from a local gift shop, and only have purchased clothes during the pandemic. I am completely happy. I do have to get a size a bit larger than normal, but since I am home working, who cares! They fit well, nice fabric - even the tshirts and sweatshirts.
Love their clothes (I finally own 3 summer dresses) and gifts
Last year I bought my first Natural Life dress (the Rebecca) and I wear it all of the time getting many compliments. This year I added more pieces to my awesome collection of summer clothes.
Sometimes I have had to return an item for a different size (I am usually a Small but for 2 dresses I exchanged them for a M) but there isn't any problem, they exchange it and I do not pay for shipping in either direction. I now own a great sweater (they warned me that it would be oversized but I love it and continue to get so many compliments on it) and midi skirt (which doubles as a dress) also and have added some gift bags and terrific socks for myself and for gifts.
I am now looking forward to their Family and Friends Sale for some holiday gifts and a sweater that I have had my eye on.
All of these strange negative comments strike me as so odd...the customer service folks have been incredible, my clothings washes like a dream, I have zero complaints and love everything that I have bought for such reasonable prices.
I'm shocked at the rating
Someone mentioned the low rating Natural Life has and I argued that they were mistaking NL for another retailer. I'll never dismiss another's experience, but they must have made some big changes since these negative reviews were left.
My experience was a 180? from what I've just read here. I recently left a review for a skirt I purchased. Actually two of the same skirt. One for me and one for my daughter. I expressed an issue I had with one skirt. I didn't ask for anything and it was just an fyi for other shoppers. Someone from NL contacted me via email and asked if I could provide photos of what I had referred to in the review. I sent photos. I was really impressed that they wanted to see what I was talking about. Most retailers wouldn't have even noticed my review. But that wasn't the end of it. I was issued a full refund for the skirt in question. That's not all. I was also asked if I would like to return the other skirt. When I replied that I did, I was sent a return label.
I read return policies before buying. It's my responsibility as a consumer. In those rare instances where I don't read them, I accept responsibility for that, and I don't take it out on the retailer when it doesn't work in my favor. The return policies are clear. I do not expect a retailer to act outside of that policy. If I don't like the way an item fits me, and their return policy states that mailed returns are at the expense of the customer, then I expect to pay return shipping.
I used to own a boutique. Having been on the other side, I really feel like a few of these reviews are people being upset because they didn't get an exception to the store's written policies. That's just not fair to the retailer.
One of the reviews complained that their return shipping would be waived if their refund was store credit. While there are retailers that don't charge return shipping at all, it's VERY common to get an exception when you choose to get store credit. I mean...helloooo. NL is a retailer. They sell stuff. They want to sell stuff to you.
Anyway, Natural Life isn't perfect, but they do listen to their customers and they consider what they're told and have made changes where they felt the customers have had a point. You really can't ask for more.

Disappointing Backrest Pillow: A Review of Naturallife.com's Vintage Floral Pillow
If you're considering purchasing from naturallife.com, let me tell you about my recent experience with their Backrest Pillow Vintage Floral. I ordered it with high hopes, but unfortunately, it fell short of my expectations. When it arrived, I was surprised at how small the box was - only 2 inches wide and 3 feet long. Upon opening it up, I immediately tried to fluff the pillow, but it just didn't seem to have the same give as a regular pillow. I even threw it in the dryer with some tennis balls to see if that would help, but to no avail. Frankly, it felt like a piece of junk.
Needless to say, I was quite disappointed with my purchase. Not only did it not meet my expectations, but I had the added frustration of trying to get it back into the tiny box to send back. It was no small feat, let me tell you. All in all, I wouldn't recommend the Backrest Pillow Vintage Floral from Naturallife.com. While their website may look appealing, the product itself was a letdown.
Disappointing Shipping: My Experience with Naturallife.com
As the holiday season approached, I was excited to find the perfect gifts for my granddaughters on Naturallife.com. With their wide selection of beautiful, unique items, I knew my granddaughters would love anything I chose. I placed my order in late November, hoping to avoid any potential holiday delays.
When the packages arrived, I was thrilled to see the first one had arrived safely and was just as wonderful as it had looked online. However, when I checked the tracking information for the second package, I was surprised to see that it had been marked as delivered in late December - long after I had anticipated it arriving. Even worse, it had never actually made it to my granddaughter's doorstep. I contacted customer service, hoping to get some answers.
While the representative was polite, she told me that the package had been returned to the sender for unknown reasons. I couldn't believe it - how could it be returned if it was never even delivered in the first place? Frustrated and disappointed, I was simply refunded for the order and left to explain to my granddaughter why her gift hadn't arrived. It was not the merry Christmas I had hoped for.
Overall, I was highly dissatisfied with my experience with Naturallife.com. While I appreciate their unique products, their lack of accountability when it comes to shipping left a sour taste in my mouth. I hope that in the future they can work on improving their delivery system to prevent situations like this from happening to other customers.
Buyer Beware: naturallife.com deletes negative reviews to manipulate customer impressions
As a fellow shopper, I recently made a purchase from naturallife.com in hopes of finding some great wardrobe additions. However, I must say that my experience was less than satisfactory. I decided to trust the reviews on their website and order two dresses that had received glowing feedback. But when the dresses arrived, I was deeply disappointed. My heart sunk as I unwrapped them - the dresses were anything but what I was expecting. They were downright hideous and so over-sized that I felt I was swimming in them.
Determined to have my voice heard, I decided to leave a review on the website detailing my experience. Yet, much to my surprise, the next day I realized that the review had been taken down. I was outraged! As consumers, we depend on the transparency of reviews to make informed purchasing decisions. But now I couldn't even trust the veracity of the reviews on this website anymore.
It became clear to me that naturallife.com is only interested in showcasing positive feedback to lure in more customers. Anything that seems negative or critical is instantly wiped away. Trust me, if they could have, they would have deleted my purchase altogether. How can we be expected to trust a company that manipulates reviews to serve their interests?
I implore others to be cautious when shopping on naturallife.com. I've lost all faith in this company, as their dishonesty and lack of transparency only leaves customers feeling betrayed and disappointed.

Natural Life Review: Disappointing Quality and Cheap Material
.
It's understandable why some people would be hesitant to order from online clothing stores, especially if it's their first time trying them out. In the case of Natural Life (naturallife.com), while some may have had more positive experiences with their purchases, others have been left with mixed feelings, to say the least.
One customer, who stands at 5"5 and weighs 140 pounds, ordered a size medium from Natural Life. While they admit that the clothes were comfortable to wear around the house, they just couldn't bear the thought of wearing them in public. The material felt cheap, and the overall quality of the clothes wasn't up to par with their expectations. In fact, they went as far as to say that it resembled something a seventh-grader would make in home ec class.
It's a shame too, since the idea behind Natural Life is a great one. They offer clothes that are supposed to be comfortable, colorful, and full of positive energy. While that may be the case for some, others have been left disappointed with their purchases.
It's another reminder of the importance of reading reviews before placing orders, as our unhappy customer would have done if they had known better. As such, they won't be ordering from Natural Life again, and we can't blame them. After all, if something seems too good to be true, it usually is.
Unethical Practices and Elitism: My Experience with Natural Life Brand
When it comes to Natural Life, there are some things that really stood out to me during my time interacting with their brand. First and foremost, I couldn't help but notice the sense of exclusivity and elitism that seemed to run through the company. The employees, or at least the ones I encountered, were incredibly judgemental and seemed to revel in making others feel inferior. I found myself feeling uncomfortable and out of place in their presence, which is a shame because I've always been drawn to the products and aesthetics of Natural Life.
However, my negative experiences with the people who work for the company are not the only reason why I cannot recommend supporting Natural Life. I recently learned that they have been stealing ideas from small brands and turning them into their own products - this is both unethical and unacceptable. It's not only disappointing to see a company that claims to promote peace and love behaving in such a deceptive manner, but it's downright disheartening.
It's a real shame because I believe that there are many positive aspects of Natural Life's brand and mission. Their products are unique and creative, and they have the potential to truly inspire and uplift those who encounter them. Unfortunately, their actions behind the scenes leave a bad taste in my mouth and make it difficult for me to fully get behind them. I would urge the founder, Patty, to reconsider the direction the company is taking and focus instead on embodying the values they claim to hold dear. Only then can Natural Life truly become the positive force for change that I believe it has the potential to be.
I have reason to suspect these comments are false due to the obvious and overwhelming fact that NONE of the complaints included in this review come with a single example of said practices. I might be more inclined to believe these negative accusations if it weren't for this customer having NO specific explanations of any of the so-called wrongdoings that are reported.
Poor sizing and unfair return policy: My disappointing shopping experience with Natural Life
with this experience.
When I stumbled upon Natural Life's website, I was impressed by their beautiful selection of boho-chic clothing and accessories. After browsing their inventory for a bit, I decided to take a chance and ordered a dress that I fell in love with. According to the reviews on the website, the dress should have been true to size and a good fit for me.
However, when the package arrived and I unwrapped the dress, I was left utterly disappointed and frustrated. The dress was not only large, but it was so oversized that it sagged open on both sides, exposing my entire bra. Not quite the look I was after, to say the least!
After my initial shock, I immediately reached out to Natural Life's customer service team to arrange a return. Much to my chagrin, I was informed that not only would I have to pay out of pocket to ship the dress back, but I would also not be refunded for the initial shipping costs I had paid to receive this ill-fitting dress in the first place. I was astonished by this policy - it felt completely unfair and unreasonable!
Ultimately, I felt like I was left with no choice but to accept my losses and write off this shopping experience as a disappointment. In the end, I essentially paid Natural Life $16 to try on a dress that didn't fit, which was a huge letdown. As a result of this experience, it's unlikely that I will end up ordering from Natural Life again.
Unfortunate Experience with Natural Life: Misleading Promo Codes and Poor Customer Service
I recently had an unfortunate experience with Natural Life (naturallife.com), and I felt compelled to share my thoughts. While browsing their website, I stumbled upon a great promo code that I was excited to use, but to my disappointment, Natural Life refused to honor it. Instead, they offered me a lesser promo code that was in no way comparable to the original offer. To make matters worse, when I requested more information, they directed me to their promotions page which had nothing to do with my intended purchase.
Needless to say, I was extremely disappointed with this experience. As a consumer, I expect to be treated fairly and respectfully, and unfortunately, Natural Life fell far short of meeting my expectations in this regard. It's never a good look for a company to mistreat customers, and especially not before they even make a purchase. It's honestly just bad for business.
Furthermore, I find it concerning that Natural Life seems to be okay with giving out fake or illegitimate promo codes. As a consumer, I depend on these codes to save money and make purchases that I might not otherwise make. By not honoring codes that they have put out there, Natural Life is essentially breaking the trust that they have built with their customers. It's concerning that they are okay with doing this, and it definitely makes me think twice about using their services in the future.
Overall, I would caution anyone considering using Natural Life to proceed with caution. While their products may be great, their customer service and promotional practices leave a lot to be desired. There are plenty of other companies out there that value and respect their customers, and it's worth looking into them instead.
Disappointing Customer Service: My Experience with Natural Life Sizing Chart & Exchange Policy
As a consumer who recently made a purchase from Natural Life, I must admit that while the clothing is of high quality and the product descriptions are accurate, the sizing chart did not work out for me. Being a first-time customer, I followed the size chart provided on their website, but unfortunately, upon receipt of my order, I found all the items were a size too big. Frustrated, I quickly reached out to customer service for a possible exchange.
While the representatives were helpful, I was disappointed to find out that I would need to pay $10.70 for the exchange, which to me should have been free to rectify their sizing chart issue. To my dismay, when the exchanged items arrived, they were now too small. Frustrated, I reached out once again to customer service for another exchange or for a refund, but it turned out that I had to pay an additional $9.30 for the final return.
In total, I paid $20 just to try on clothes from Natural Life. This experience left me with a sour taste in my mouth and consequently, I will never buy from this company again. It is not worth my effort, time, and money to be left feeling disappointed and dissatisfied. I expected a better experience from a reputable company, but unfortunately, the customer service department's inflexibility and unwillingness to accommodate its loyal customers has made me regret ever doing business with Natural Life in the first place.
Avoid Naturallife.com: Poor Quality and Terrible Customer Service
My experience with Naturallife.com was absolutely terrible. I came across an advertisement on Instagram with a discount code and decided to purchase a dress for $67.93. I was so excited for it to arrive, but when it did, I was massively let down. The quality of the dress was absolutely abysmal, and I honestly felt like I could have gotten a better deal at Walmart. It was thin, cheap, and certainly didn't justify the high price tag.
To make matters worse, the dress was much too big for me, so I decided to return it. Unfortunately, I had to pay for the return shipping myself - and I had originally ordered the dress in early February, but I only received my refund on June 23rd. It took them FOUR MONTHS to give me back my money - and even worse, I wasn't refunded my original shipping costs, and I had to pay for the return shipping myself. Ultimately, I paid around $15 just to try on a dress that was extremely low-quality.
Overall, I would absolutely not recommend Naturallife.com to anyone. They have terrible customer service and the quality of their products is just not worth the price. Stay far away from this website if you're looking for a positive online shopping experience!
Negative Review of Natural Life Website - Poor Sizing and No Returns on Sale Items
After a poor experience with Natural Life (naturallife.com), I would not recommend shopping with them. I was excited to purchase a few items for my niece for Christmas, but unfortunately the XL T-shirt and pajamas I ordered were far too large. Despite being informed through email after my purchase that there would be no exchanges available and no returns accepted on sale items, I still went forward with my purchase, hoping for the best. However, upon realizing that I was not satisfied with the sizing of the items, I reached out for assistance but only received an automated response.
It was disappointing to have spent $56 on items that were not as described and not be able to return them or exchange them for something else. I couldn't help but feel misled by the fact that so many items were on sale and could not be returned. It makes me wonder if this is their way of offloading items that they know are not accurately sized or described.
My overall experience has left me feeling disheartened, and I will be hesitant to order from this website again.
