Neil Huffman Honda of Frankfort I got two mails from this dealer (and other GM dealers) offering a "tire price match" guarantee

I got two mails from this dealer (and other GM dealers) offering a "tire price match" guarantee. I went to the Huffman parts department in early April to order new tires and showed them the competitive price on a GM dealer website less than 10 miles away in Lexington KY. The parts advisor refused to match the price. On my way out, I saw the service advisor I have used before, told him the problem and he said it would be no problem because they could "make it up in labor". What did that mean? He was going to gouge me on installation? He said to call him in a few days and he would iron it out. I did. He had no recollection of the discussion, but would call me back. NO RETURN CALL. I called the General manager and left a message. NO RETURN CALL. I explained my concerns to the "Virtual Assistant" on the website and told her the General Manager had my number and could call me. NO RETURN CALL. I will never return to this dealer for any service since they are not honouring their published price commitments. CONSUMERS BEWARE OF THIS LOSS LEADER. I just went to ***, ordered the tires with delivery tomorrow and installation on Saturday...that's good service!

Neil Huffman Honda of Frankfort I sent in all the paperwork they asked for to prove that my car was paid off before the extra warranty expired

I sent in all the paperwork they asked for to prove that my car was paid off before the extra warranty expired. But now, they won't respond or give me a refund. We bought a 2018 Honda Odyssey with an extra warranty from them. On May 18, we traded the van in for a new car. That day, I started calling to ask about our warranty refund. They kept sending me to a voicemail that was full. I called daily for two weeks. I made a negative review on their Facebook page, and a manager called me on June 18, telling me to send him pictures of my paperwork to his cell phone. I did that (I have proof). On July 10, I texted the same manager asking for an update, but he won't respond. I've been calling again to get an update, but I'm being sent to a voicemail that's full or not set up, even after asking to speak to a manager. They're keeping the money they owe me!

Neil Huffman Honda of Frankfort I buyed my 2016 Toyota Corolla from Neil Huffman Honda of Frankfort in March

I buyed my 2016 Toyota Corolla from Neil Huffman Honda of Frankfort in March . I put $6,000 down and I am financing the rest. A month later I noticed vibration in the tires and a gas smell when accelerating. I contacted Neil Huffman about the issue and they said they could not find any issues, to send it to Toyota. No issues were to be found Toyota. After a few more months of dealing with the vibration issue I got it checked again, and I have had 2 bent wheels on my car the whole time. Which is why a rim had popped off previously. After calling Neil Huffman several times I have been sent to a voicemail that has no room for voicemails, and this is at least the 5th time I have called within the month of September with no luck. This is very unprofessional. I cannot contact them to see if my warranty will cover my bent wheels, or even make an appointment for service.

Neil Huffman Honda of Frankfort I buy car from Neil Huffman Honda on July 14th

I buy car from Neil Huffman Honda on July 14th. I buy GAP Insurance and extra warranty which added to loan. On August 1st I go back to dealership and talk to *** in Finance department to cancel both GAP Policy and Extended Warranty which had 90 day cancel windows. I have signed papers for cancel. *** say he file papers on Monday. Money to be refunded to auto loan from Huntington Bank. In May I pay off loan on car. I talk to Huntington Bank for payoff amount and they say no refunds processed on account. I call and email *** and general manager many times but no response.

I got a Acura TLX 2018 in July from Neil Huffman Honda of Frankfort with a Ceramic coat and Maintenance warrantee. In September, I tried to get my brakes replaced as they were screeching, but I couldn't get through to anyone. I called 19 times and left numerous voicemails, but no one responded. They kept telling me to talk to my salesman, but she was never available. I understand she was a good salesman, but they should have someone else to handle this. It's now October, and my brakes started slipping, which was dangerous. I called them a few more times, but they kept telling me to talk to my sales agent. So I drove two hours to the dealership and asked about getting it Ceramic coated while I was there. My salesman wasn't there, so I spoke with someone else who took my keys and said they would call me in a few days when it was done. I explained that I didn't have a way home two hours south, but they didn't seem to care. They said they would have my salesman call me, but she never did. I couldn't take it somewhere else because it would void the Maintenance warrantee. After a month and a half, I had to get the brakes done somewhere else. I kept calling to try and schedule the Ceramic coating, but no one answered. I stopped by in December, but they told me I needed to talk to my salesman, who wasn't there. I was moving on January 1st and told them that, but they didn't seem to care. I made a review on Google, and they told me to email cooperate, but I never got a response. They even deleted their response to my review. I wasted a couple of grand on a warrantee I can't use, my car doesn't have the ceramic coating I paid for, and I haven't heard from the dealer. I called 43 times over four months, but no one answered.

Neil Huffman Honda of Frankfort I buy car for my wife who just finish chemo and have big problem in 24 hours

I buy car for my wife who just finish chemo and have big problem in 24 hours. I tell many managers but no one call back. I buy Honda Civic Type R for $35,000 in August. Salesman say car is perfect but when I see it, there are many scratches and dents. They no want to fix it or pay for it. I say I will leave bad review and then they offer some money to fix it. Then, I see oil leak and take to mechanic who say both front struts need to be replaced. I call Neil Huffman Honda and they no want to help. They say they will fix it but only if it really need to be fixed. They say it was just too much oil and now it's okay. But now, a few months later, the car is bouncy and the struts need to be replaced. I tell service and sales managers but they no want to help. Another Honda dealer can get Honda to pay for 2/3 of the cost but not Neil Huffman Honda. So now I have to pay $900 for a 3 year old car. Thanks Neil Huffman Honda.
