tv subtitle
I've been watching Netflix original show The Heist and I noticed the use of the word "Jihadist" on their English subtitles where they also used the word "terrorist". The word Jihadist should not be used as a similarity to the word terrorist. Please review their subtitles and make sure they don't offend anyone specially within a pathetic show about liars and manipulators.

I've deleted Netflix once because someone got ahold of my info and managed to set up three Netflix accounts, all drawing from my bank account. I wasn't refunded for any of these. Now your prices have gone up, your selection is not what it used to be, AND I'm getting messages now when I try to watch something about it not being available in my area. Why the [censored] do I pay for this trash [censored] app, when y'all ain't got [censored] to watch in the first place AND y'all gonna limit what i watch cause of where I'm at? Y'all trash. Actual garbage. If i can't find [censored] to watch tonight I'm cancelling, yet again, cause y'all on your [censored]

I have opted out of the membership of Netflix six months back, but still INR 500 is being debitted from my bank account every month. Inspite of talking to customer care at Netflix and the bank the resolution ha not been made. Please do the needful and ensure that no further money is debitted from my bank account. Also, refund me he money already debitted. My registered email ID is [protected]@sebi.gov.in and the registered mobile number is +91-[protected]
the "are you still watching" message
Having the message appear every 45 minutes is incredibly annoying. There needs to be a way to either opt out of it or set a timer. Sometimes I'll just click exit and go to Amazon Prime where they do not display this message. Even Hulu is doing this now. It takes the joy out of binge watching a favorite series now. I'm now considering canceling because of this.
language in season 3 of designated survivor
Seasons 1 and 2 of Designated Survivor were great, but Episode 1 of Season 3 was a huge disappointment from the start. I can only assume you have new writers who are less talented than those of the first two seasons and they are trying to compensate with shocking language inappropriate for family viewing or anyone's viewing for that matter. What a way to ruin a great show. Do you actually think that language adds value to the show? Pathetic.
I agree! I LOVED Designated Survivor until season three. What happened? All of a sudden everyone’s IQ fell 50 points! Even Penny’s said a cuss word! Netflix as usual, you mess every show up!
netflix - designated survivor
Not sure they'd ever really see this, but Netflix I'm really disappointed in the way you've brought back designated survivor.
I'm assuming you brought it back because you knew how much everyone liked the show, however you're about to loose some of those people due to your decision to include foul language.
I am retired military, so I'm no stranger to hearing or using foul language, however some of my family does not. We are only not even half way into episode 1 of season 3 and have run into just about every curse word out there...including being used by a child...really?
Come on, the show was just perfect the way it was, you can do better.
a show that was cancelled
I just got done watching the Canadian show Intelligence. I had no idea until the end that there was no ending since the show was cancelled. Kind of sucks to invest so much time and have no ending. Maybe come up with a category of tv shows that were cancelled before and end was created. To be fair to the viewers before they decide to watch the show.
I agree that this is problematic. In fact, after just finishing two seasons of the OA, only to find out it's been cancelled. I cancelled my Netflix sub. Whatever service I use, I will no longer start a series unless I know it's complete. I know a number of people who are doing this now. I'm going to start Game of Thrones on Crave, because I know it won't be cancelled after I've invested a number of hours into watching it.
netflix changed tv show
My family has used Netflix on and off for more than half a decade. Years ago I would watch the tv series, Total Drama (Island) religiously therefore I had most of my favorite phrases memorized. With this being said I was extremely disappointed and let down now finding out that Netflix has exchanged the original version of the show with the "edited" version. I would very much appreciate if netflix could at least put the original "unedited" version on normal profiles and since it was apparently a problem they could put the revised one on the "kids" profiles.
It sucks having my favorite childhood show being changed to the point where it's hard if not impossible to find an original copy online, Netflix however used to have one so I'd encourage them to put it back. This issue really irks me, Netflix in general is becoming a worse service, the only dependable shows offered would be their exclusive "originals". The majority the tv shows (and movies) just constantly come and go and are apparently exchanged for moderated versions! I'd honestly much rather Hulu lol.
dvd quality
Hello Netflix,
We recently received Rebecca from you the disc is damaged and refuses to play past scene 10. This is a least the third damaged movie that we have received from you. The last ones being Cleopatra, and Pinocchio. Please start checking your discs for defects. This is a ridiculous amount of hassle for the amount of money that we pay you for the DVDs and streaming. Why should we continue to pay you for not even providing you for services not provided. We are sending back Rebecca unwatched due the the damage to the disc. Please correct this issue immediately.
Thank you,
John W Meck and Jocelyn K Meck
unauthorized charge to my mastercard ending...5995

home Phone [protected] . . .Office [protected].
My July Citi/Advantage July Statement showed a charge of $15.99 to Netflix on 6/26/19.
I have never signed up for Netflix and I do not wish to. On 6/26.19 I was in Europe on vacation and did not authorize a purchase of Netflix's services.
PLEASE SEND A CREDIT FOR THIS CHARGE TO THE CREDIT CARD COMPANY THAT YOU CHARGED IT TO.
RESPECTIVELY SUBMITTED,
DAVID MELILLI
Contact their customer service to get this sorted, they'll need your card number to find the account. If you don't like giving your details over the phone, block the card from the bank first - you'll need to do it anyway because you've been victim of fraud and someone has your card details.
designated survivor season 3
We are very disappointed to see what Netflix has done to Designated Survivor. It used to be a clean show that the whole family could watch. As a Christian family we were so glad to find show we could watch. With the addition of sex scenes and profanity we no longer watch the show. It's a pity that networks believe the addition of sex and profanity makes their content more desirable. There is a large demographic area of people who want shows that are clean they could be gleaning for their networks.
It’s funny how Christian families can’t handle certain words or two people that love each other that don’t fit their Bronze Age mythology. It’s funny the persecution complex Christians have and yet they are the majority; it comes off like a petulant spoiled child. Oh, also Netflix as several pro Christian programs yet no anti religious programs so why the whining?
thumbnails or cover art
Stop! Stop! Stop! Stop changing the thumbnails for the shows. I am 72 years old and I have to keep track of what I've watched. I'm a baby boomer and you are not making it easy for us. Changing the program picture is confusing. It is confusing. I don't know why you're doing it but it's confusing.
Do you understand that is confusing when you change the picture that represents a show, something I call a thumbnail
Just stop it!
liberalism at its best
The level of propaganda on the new season of Orange is the new black is obnoxious. I have noticed a very left leaning programming theme on this service and if it keeps going in this manner, I will be canceling my account after years and years of faithful subscription, and I hate to tell you this Netflix, but I feel millions are going to do the same. It is disgusting and is not reaching the masses, its ostracizing them. Rest in peace Netflix.
keeps buffering
I literally can't get through a film without my Netflix buffering every 30 seconds... I have had Netflix for years and it's never ever done this before. I'm paying on time and I have WiFi and broadband installed in my home which is working so there is no reason for this to keep happening. I've done everything possible including forgetting the network and reconnecting and resetting my broadband. It is still happening all of the time and it's driving me mad... please help!
When did it start happening and Is it still happening?
I wonder if there's any sudden changes in your device or something else.
pretty little liars
I was watching season 3 of pretty little liars, I was very much into it and you guys canceled the show. Can you guys please bring it back on, I would really like to finish watching season 3-7. It's one of my favorite shows and I'm left in the dark because not only you guys but other apps have gotten rid of it and are airing pretty little liars the perfectionists. That one is good but I still want to find out what happened in the original pretty little liars. Thank you for your time.
netflix overuse of the “f” word
I understand mature audiences use the f word. But these original series Netflix is making uses the f word so often it is unnatural in conversation. It adds nothing to the entertainment of the show. It restricts watching to when children are not around. And it seems to me when a normal conversation would use hell or damn, Netflix uses the f word...

I am so disappointed Designated survivor was one of the shows I could happily watch knowing I wouldnt get submitted to unnecessary trashy explicit sex scenes then to get this gay sex scene thrown in my face, something I cant unsee, where is the discretion or leaving things to peoples imagination. Why does everything have to be explicit if people like watching that they cant rent a porno movie but why does a perfectly good TV programme need to be ruined by unnecessary sex scenes.
billing
I requested the basic account at £5.99 pm after the free 1 month trial. I was charged £9.99 the first month and thinking I was paying for the following month plus for the rest of the previous month I didn't enquire about it. I was then charged £9.99 the following month which I have enquired about. I know I requested the basic package because it is only my daughter that uses it but they told me that I requested the £9.99 pm package . I disputed this as I was 100% adamant I did not so they cancelled my membership saying they will refund my payment this month but not for the overpayment for the previous month because it was over a month ago that the payment was taken. This is wrong and goes against the Trading Standards law of the Uk. I have read a lot of comments and noticed that quite a few people being overcharged! Watch your accounts people they are happy to say you requested the wrong package take your money and issue no refunds if you notice it any later than a week of the payment being taken from your account!
monthly subscription
I have recently used Netflix on my mobile and I recommended my Dad the App. He doesnt usually use such apps so he insisted that I first let him see it. He installed the App but he was first shown that it would be a First Trial even until the entering the Card Details. However, he was debited for Rs.800 without any warning that he was not eligible for a Free Trail. It is absolutely illegal to do so, atleast there should be a fair warning. Surpisingly, it kept saying that he was eligible for a Free Trail. I demand a refund asap.
netflix on my tv's
We are paying $16 a month for 4 users. We have it on our computers and our 2 TV.. 1 is a smart tv and the other is through Roku. Neither of the netflix apps run correctly on the TV's. The one through Roku will at least sign in and start playing a movie but it stops constantly or wont work right. The one on the Smart Tv will not let me in at all. The ones on our computers work fine. When I called Netflix said it is not their problem it is our wifi. But I disagree... all of our other apps work fine, Amazon Prime, Hulu etc... I would like a refund for the last 2 months of not being able to use it on our TVs... and a fix for the problem.
