Netflix cancellations

Shows are added and not advertised well and then once they get really good, instead of advertising like everyone else, they just cancel it and I have invested my time into countless shows that were cancelled after 1-2 seasons with cliffhangers. A-Holes. Also stop putting romance scenes and LGBTQ scenes where they don't even fit... you don't have couples having sex ever other scene in a space horror. Idiots. You are just taking advantage of the LGBTQ community. Stick to the fkn plot.

Netflix too many english dubbed series!!!

Lately there are way too many english dubbed TV series on netflix! It is so crap to watch a tv show where the voices do not even suit the characters it all looks completely messy and is awful to watch.

I would rather watch a show in another language with subtitles than english dubbed!

Almost every crime series i click on ends up being english dubbed. I will have to cancel my subscription if it carries on as there are simply far too many!

Netflix taking things off

Me and my sister were watching pretty little lairs yesterday and went to go watch it today and it was taken off. I do not like that you take things off when people are in the middle of a show. I wish to have it back on Netflix so we can finish the show. We are really upset about this and hope that you put it back on Netflix and hope you keep it on there for a while to come.

Netflix removal of a show

I was in the middle of watching Pretty Little Liars and apparently you took it off! I was right in the middle of seasons, right when it is getting really good! That has been one of my favorite shows since it came out! I am not happy at all! I want to be able to finish it! I would be so grateful if it was put back on for me to enjoy! Please bring it back on to Netflix!

Netflix rating

Netflix has a show entitled Rectify with a TV-14 rating. This show is horribly mature and needs to be immediately rectified"!

I was going to allow my 14 year old to watch but decided to preview it first...glad I did! From the first show I was shocked at the rating and decided to see if it got better in second show. It hit much worse. This borders soft porn. Please have this looked into and rating reassigned to TV-MA.

Netflix free 30 days is not free

I had a Netflix account when using Comcast, after canceling the service I decided to create a new account for myself. I started with the 30 days free, but on the 10th day of use made the charge on the debt. I called to question what had happened so a very stupid employee answered me she not only canceled my subscription but got the money and even hung up the call. They do not care about keeping the customers after the sale is terrible. The series are good but the service is terrible. They don't care to help. This free 30-day deal doesn't exist it's just cheating that's what Netflix did to me tricked me.

Netflix delivery service

I have had Netflix dvd mail delivery for years. If I watched the movie fast, I could return it next day. There was a 3 day turnaround (receive/watch, back in mail next day, they got it the NEXT day, then I got new one the next day). In the best months I ended up w/appx 8/mo (2/wk). Usually it averaged 6. I pay the same but now, due to them closing some distribution centers, I can NEVER get more than 1/week or 4/mo. The turnaround time is 4 days. Also they no longer work Saturdays. I was told by a rep some reasons for the changes & I understand that. But I am paying the same yet getting 1/2 the service. Why not lower the cost, or frequently send out 2 dvds, or end the mail order if you can't give people what they are paying for? btw, does anyone from Netflix actually read these complaints?

Netflix refund issue

Hi team,
The worst customer service i have got from your end. I have not received my refund from 2 months and your team is not providing the RRN. They're saying it was credited on june 10 and till date it has not been credited into my act. I have shared my bank statements too but still they're bot providing any details. They're not further esclating the case to the esclation matrix saying the company dont have one. I talked to sahil one of your supervisor and he was laughing. I have been so mentally harrased I cant even explain. Its been 2 months and am contacting u daily but still no response.

The movie coraline is completely inappropriate. There is a women wearing pasties on her breast with no top on! Filth! I don't know how this would even be written into a children's cartoon. Other than sick adults wanting to expose young children to smut! Please thoroughly review the material you post in the kids section. Make a way for parents to flag inappropriate content to be reviewed immediately! I feel really let down! I hope you fix this!

Netflix movies and complete screw up of content

You guys have completely stuffed this whole content up
By mixing up international dubbed vids with our normal stuff now it takes for ever to find one that's normal english speaking
Also mixing the series stuff with movies you can't tell till you open it
Waste of my time
You had them all organised before now its a mess
I am thinking of canceling my subscription and getting ride of this trash
No new movies now formula just [censored]

Netflix saint seiya: knights of the zodiac

I grew up with this show, and when I found out Netflix was doing a remake I was super excited about it. I could not believe how much the story line had change. I never expected it to be like the original, but come one. You guys changed names or ket characters, not to mention the gender of one of them . Shun can not possible be a female, and this not a macho thing. In the original story Shun turns out to be the reincarnation of the God of the underworld Hades (god not goddess). Magnus? Who came up with that? And then guns and an army? You guys just ruined my child hood! thank you for breaking all the fond memories I had about this show

Netflix netflix taking money from bank when account was cancelled

netflix took money from my bank when the netflix account wasnt being used and had been cancelled, i never even used it in the free trial period either, , logging into my account i noticed a pending payment from netflix of $9.99, the money they took was for my afterpay payment that i have got a late fee and a bank dishonour fee of $30, i want my money back, i have no intemtions in the future to use or now recommend netflix to friends

Netflix images on movie titles

I went to search fo "Kiki's Delivery Service." A kids' cartoon. As you can see in the image attached, some terrible, pornographic images came up. This is unacceptable. Most customers using Netflix are families. If this doesnt get fixed, not only will I cancel my subscription but I will do everything in my power to get this image and others out in blogs and podcasts. You will lose more customers than just me.

Netflix poor customer service

I contacted your help desk via the online chat platform for help with subtitles that were not coming on.

Didnt get much help, I was told to call back because I wasn't available to speak with your research team in 2hrs. Then the person I was chatting with ended the chat rudely.

I expect the least Netflix can do is to schedule a call with me rather than ask me to call back.

Poor customer service!

Netflix complaint

My Netflix acct was accessed in Thailand, my email was deleted and I noted streaming activity in Argentina. I was in the US. I made Netflix aware and they would not cut off access to these foreign individuals from using my account until I could provide them with an access code or my credit card number. I could not give them an aces code because I couldn't log in any longer due to someone changing the email associated with my acct. I was away and did not have access to my credit card for several days. I was unable to use any Netflix services but the hackers could while I continued to be charged by Netflix. I merely asked that until I can get access to my credit card they need to cut off streaming via my acct to the random individuals that illegally accessed it because I was unable to use my acct. They stated they could not/would not because I couldn't provide them with the access code or cc number. Yes I couldn't get an access code because they allowed my account email to be changed! Netflix denied any responsibility for this access and would not provide any reimbursement or compensation for the the loss of service even though I was still charged and others were using my services. I find this completely unacceptable. I spoke with a "supervisor" on 2 occasions and requested their superior's contact info which they refused to provide. He laughed and said, "so you want to speak to the owner of Netflix?". He refused to provide his full name to me as well. The customer service is located in the Philippines and they were essentially useless.

Netflix liberalism on netflix

Netflix is run by extreme left progressive liberals and the programming is reflecting that. You want clean wholesome programming that doesn't have homosexuality, super foul language, or shocking content then cancel your membership now. Netflix programming has devolved over the last few years to what you are experiencing today. They used to offer some great movies and shows but not anymore. It is a direct reflection of the progressive liberal mind. The more people who start switching this sort of programming off and cancelling memberships will send a big message to those who are trying to make money from video streaming services. As of the time of this writing Netflix stock dropped 10% before midday July 18, 2019. Tens of thousands of people have canceled their subscriptions. The message is getting out.

Netflix supernatural and vampire diaries

i was very disappointed when you took supernatural and vampire diaries off of canadian netflix and replaced them with crappy shows that no one wants to watch. it is ridiculous that you take shows that people are actually watching off of netflix.no wonder everyone is cancelling their subscription to netflix and starting on hulu. i suggest you get your stuff in order and start putting the old shows back on

Netflix designated survivor

The first two seasons of Designated Survivor were some of the best programming on television. We were so disappointed to see how Netflix changed the show. It lost so much of what we appreciated, a clean, thoughtful approach to today's issues. It has deteriorated into foul language and an unacceptable level of sexuality on screen. We're really disappointed. Every person we know feels the same way we do... Felt it was one of the best programs ever and now refuse to watch anymore season 3. You really lost our confidence, Netflix. We will be much more reserved about watching your programming in the future.

Netflix programming errors

Just started watching latest season of Wynona Earp. No episode descriptions! Netflix wants more money per month, but is getting sloppier in even the simplest of thing. I look ahead to see the episodes and within 2 seconds it's dims out. Unreadable! Now no descriptions? Most of my favorites have been cancelled. Personally I will try for 1 more month, if Netflix can't step up your game, I'm gone. Hulu has become my go to.
