I joined netflix on a 2 week "free" trial period. Before the two weeks were up I returned all dvd's and cancelled my membership online (Only because there was no phone number on the site to talk to a person to confirm that I would not be charged) I received confirmation that my membership was cancelled. I felt ok thinking there would be no charge to my credit card. After cancelling I had an emergancy for which I almost maxed my credit card out but I was still under my limit, I tell you this only to lead into the fact that on the very day that I cancelled the membership (3 days before it expired) netflix charged me $19.20 that I was not aware of or expecting. Since I did not know I was chareged for my "free" trial and used my credit card it sent me over the limit and I was charged another $29.00 for being over the limit. Netflix should not have charged me before my membership was up nor should they have charged me after cancelling my membership. Unable to find a phone number I emailed their customer service and am still waiting on a reply on how and when they are going to refund my money. I dont think its fair for them to make me wait on a response to a refund when they couldn't wait until the trial was up before they charged me. I would like people to know that a "two week free trial" ended up costing me $48.20. Beware if there is no way of contacting customer service.

I cannot believe you guys would do this. I am heartbroken, upset, angry, everything. Do NOT take friends away! I dont have much else to say about it! You made the Christmas Prince and the Wedding...but you canceled Iron Fist and now Daredevil. How about a compilation where all the defenders rotate through a common story and put them out once a month(or longer). Cuts costs and keeps everyone happy. Maybe movie format rather than a series. Less is more?
I don't appreciate that you're taking F.R.I.E.N.D.S off of netflix, i have watched that show 4 times and it really entertains me and many other people. I think you're taking entertainment away from me and many other watchers. This really made me not want to go on Netflix and i'm canceling my subscription.
Everyone wants to watch Hanna Montana but we can't cause it's not on Netflix and this is why we need it cause people just want to watch the show and movies

I have been waiting since season two came out for the new english dub. It's been over a year and still, no english dub for season 2 and the NEW season 3! I mean, if you're going to have three seasons and one is dubbed already, why not the next ones?

I was being charge for two Netflix accounts under my credit card. When I called Netflix they were able to cancel one account but wouldn't reimburse me for their error. Why was I not notified that their were two accounts under one credit card. Very upset with Netflix. Think I'll switch to crave instead. Terrible customer service with Netflix

The subtitles are too white and there are no black frames so they are hard to read with a bright background, I wanted to watch full metal alchemist and other anime in Japanese Dub with english subtitle but the subtitles are annoying to read please fix this.

This show is getting more popular by word of mouth. I've just had 5 people at work finish watching it because we all loved it! Please reconsider cancelling it. It's such a unique and creative show!
Old movies, c rated movies, sad depressing movies. Hardly any Oscar winning movies. Take good movies off and leave bad ones. You even went up on your monthly charge.
When are you going to play better movies? There is not an easy way to find good movies either. I want entertainment and do not want lesson teaching biased movies.
My MacBook is not playing my series. The website will play 10 seconds before saying Display Error and for me to check that my laptop isn't mirrored using Airplay. I checked and it's not so I'm not sure what the issue is. Thank you in advance.

I was looking for a free trial on 06 - may but was charged without my permission. I cancelled the membership Immediately but no refund has been processed. I called up customer service but the denied the refund. I need the refund to be processed immediately.

I was offended by the end where a person/s is/are secretly filmed without their knowledge, this was not ethical! (In this context) It was just exploitative, invasive and obviously only included to be sensational. Importantly it wasn't necessary for the documentary. This is not what I expect from Netflix - really disappointed.
Netflix offers a streaming service. Period. Their views and opinions on laws that are passed are irrelevant. What their opinions are, have nothing to do with anything. They need to stick to streaming or they will lose a whole lot more than $42, 000. Very seriously considering canceling Netflix and going with Purflix.
Our whole family was looking forward to season 3, but had to turn it off for the bad language! Overkill. Why change it to make the content MATURE? You had a good thing going.
I understand things happen, but if the service doen't get a little better i'm going to cancel and move on to better quality service, thank you!
