I parched a prepaid visa card when I only had it for only 2-3 days and only used it 2-3 times when I discovered that had a freeze on it. Upon calling the company about this they told me that I had to freeze my drivers license and social security card then the lift would be taken off with in 24-48 hours after about 48 hours I tried my card only to discovered that the freeze was still there. I called back and they tell me that they now need proof of my address. So I fax them proof of my address not once not twice but about 8 times they kept telling me that they never received it. When they did received it they tell me that the print out of my address from the library is not good enough. So I faxed then s copy of my phone bill not once not twice but at least 5 times. After going though this for 2 1/2 weeks they finally told me that they received me fax on thursday oct 19.2006 and thaw freeze would be lifted by tomorrow [friday] on friday morning I called and I was informed that the freeze was off. Upon trying my card I discovered that the lift was still on. This company has caused me nothing but embarrassment and severe inconvenience when I had asked then on one of many many phone call I had asked then to either fix third or refund my money back they refused to do either one.

On 10/29/2019 a transaction was made without my consent they signed it for it all the way in pompano beach on 10/29/2019 at 9:30 a.m on this day [protected] and i did not authorize this transaction i know 4.18 may not be alot of money but i need my money back please and thank u i have never ever had this happean to me

I has been a member for over 10 years. Refund coming on my card [protected]. it was never refunded back to me and last 2017 some one try to steal my account I received an email saying someone try to get into my account. they close my account because they say I was a high risk. nor can I ever apply for another card. Please help me. W.Calvert

I Tony Davis am writing in regards to an unauthorized transfer/transaction which was done on 1/28/19 in the amount of $250.00 using card number [protected] including expectation date 10/21 and claim number 5670912. The transfer was sent to "Sara Knight" by a unknown source and need this disputed and resolved immediately please.

My netspend account has been locked and I have no idea why. I should be able to access my account whenever I choose. I just started using my card today. I want to access my account now, you shouldn't be allowed to lock it like that. It's ridiculous. I just want to access my account and see what the issue is with my payment being denied.

My account has been fine all day until I tried to sign in to check my balance and it shows Account locked I would like to f**kn know why
I expect my problem to be resolved asap !
I've never trusted banks first time I decide to deposit my whole damn paycheck this [censored] happens I Expect to hear from someone asap!

I've been calling for a week my card and app is locked. I cannot make any transaction or get through to customer service. I get out on hold an hour then they hang up. I have emailed them I have tried to reach meta. This is ridiculous. I have no money and a family of 6 I need my money

I just spoke to customer service around 5 they said everything was fine I go to the store I get declined account locked. I can't get into my online account to contact anybody it keeps saying account locked contact customer service I call the number and their closed

I received gift card from my father-in-law and told me that it has $100 balance BUT when I activated the card asking too much information, the customer service told me that the card has $75. balance then after few months without using it, I checked the balance again and it became $65?! Never used the card but the balance keep going down!

Netspend shouldnt put the card holders last 4 numbers anywhere else in there letters but only on the card it self. website say M - F but the Netspend number is T-T its different

Sept 19,2022 I noticed my balance was down, I contacted customer service with various different workers, supervisor and even skylight (I was transferred there more then 3 times). Let alone I was on the phone on hold for more then 2hours. NETSPEND recovery transfer account to account to pay off a negative balance without my permission or knowledge.

Had a charge of 31.00 on my personal checking account from "ACHTXN Netspend INTERNET PAYMENT". Tried to call the number listed for NetSpend, guess they dont have humans working. Had to dispute through my bank! BEWARE

My card keeps getting declined when making a purchase online. There is plenty of money and it should not be declined. I called Netspend and the automated service said to attempt making the purchase through a live agent, but it still did not work. I want to make my purchase, it is important and needs to happen ASAP

These cards are horrendous. We had to pay cash so no recourse. It took months to activate and once it was there was no longer a balance because they charge $5 a month for inactivity, so our $75 amongst three cards is gone. Please don't ever buy these.

I filed my taxes through NetSpend and never recieved it.and I got it's paper.and I got proof irs didn't take the whole 3000$.and when I called they said they didn't received it but I had got notifications said it popped up on my account

I purchased a NetSpend card at dollar general a few weeks ago can't activate the card and customer service will not provide me with a refund. The same customer service representative answers the phone every single time is there anyone else that can help me with this situation. The customer service is horrible with NetSpend

I went to use my card and they would not work and I called he was transfering me hung up than repeated calls on hold 25 min and it dissconnects 3 times it has done that nobody answers i am traveling international and no money nothing happened to account no fraudulant activity but nobody will pick up

I accidentally had my job deposit my check in an account in which I don't have the card to it although I have a Netspend card I have been using and the agent om 04/14/23 was disrespectful and kept interrupting me. All I wanted is access to my paycheck and I was told it would be another 6 days before they would send it back to my employer.

Net spend notice somebody spending money on account and did lock my card so the person took all my money, and I haven't gotten my money back yet. i needed that money for my children but net spend doesnt care! i gonna to file a lawsuit with them because I AM SICK AND TIRED!
