They informed me that my package had indeed arrived in my town, but it was addressed to the wrong name and address associated with the tracking number I received. As a result, I'm left with no choice but to try and contact New Shop, the place from which I bought the tool cart. However, as mentioned earlier, I haven't received any response from them either. This whole situation is incredibly aggravating. I paid for the item, but I never received it, and on top of that, I haven't received any response or assistance from the seller.
