Next Retail IQ is my name, fashion is my game.(not really)

I've been shopping at next since I was a wee teeny bopper, and can hands on say that they are the best retailer out there BY FAR in terms of sizing. I have many friends who can also vouch for this. I'll admit, not all of their stuff is "trendy" but if your a grandad like me then comfort >> style.

Next Retail Best experience ever!

I really wanted a shoes which were not available in stores and the girl in the Tarah retail was very helpful. She spent almost 10 min just looking for the shoes whilst she could have been serving other customers... She made my day once she found the shoes. They came after 5 days and fit perfectly! I love shopping at Next '

Next Retail Next never fail to impress me when it comes to clothing

Next never fail to impress me when it comes to clothing. I am always shopping here for myself and my family. They have the best value for money and best quality and fit of any clothing brand I know, especially for jeans and trousers. Every guy I know tells me he shops at next for his jeans because they are so damn comfy, especially if your a curvy dude like me.
Overall a 5/5 not a bad word to say. Also next day delivery when you purchase online, you cant get better than that!

Next Retail Ridiculous Clothing Company

Even though I have shopped with NEXT for a long time and I have had issues in the past but tolerable. However lately, it's been insanely ridiculous as to the issues coming up each time I order something. Twice, I have placed an order. The first one, after confirming and taking out $800 out of my bank account in one go, a few days later they canceled the order without giving me a reason. When I called, the stupid excuse was " it was a large order" and to do separate orders next time. Then they have the infantry to return my money in bits and pieces of $15,$18,$17 etc instead of the one chunk of $800 they were so quickly to pull-out and they said 3-5 business days. The second time, I placed an order in 3 separate orders, the deducted money in the big chunk right away and sent a confirmation. Nine days later, I am yet to receive any status update on my purchase. So I called them to inquire, not for them to have the infantry to tell me, they did not see the order placed on the 28th(the day I placed the order with confirmation) but they see an order placed on the 4th April which is canceled. I said, first if, I never placed an order on the 4th and second I was not notified anything was canceled and I had to call them to get that information? I lost it and went off on whoever was on the phone asking for a supervisor which they said was not available but will be in an hour. They said a refund was already initiated and I said I want my refund now and in the big chunks they took it out and not bits and pieces. Their reason this time was " some security issue" which they could not even elaborate on. I have purchased with NEXT for a long time using same account to do purchases. So what stupid ridiculous security issue are they talking about? Then, they did not even have the courtesy to let the customer know about the security issues before canceling their orders and worse of all did not even have the courstesy to let the customer know their order was canceled! Unprofessional, not allowed for a business as this! I will NEVER EVER shop with NEXT again and I will make sure to let all my friends and everyone I know, not to shop with this company again. Complete rubbish of a company! Stay away, they have better clothing companies out there with far more better policies and customer service. Such idiots! I would give zero star if I could!

I bought a dress for my graduation in early December, on the day of my graduation I got my make up done and wore it as I stood up the makeup artist noticed a big split . I've never experienced this before and tried it on in the shop before buying it. I had to use a safety pin to hold it together as my graduation was early in the morning and had no alternative as I was already away from home. You can imagine the embarrassment wondering if I was going to accidentally [censored] my bum running around trying to find a needle and thread and making sure I wasn't late. Luckily I was able to disguise this with my gown. Your dresses are not exactly cheap and I kept going back on forth on whether to spend that amount as a recent student. I have not worn the dress since that day, it's just disappointing that your dresses are such poor quality. Is there anything that can be done it's a shame my first purchase with lipstick is so negative.

Next Retail lipsy watch

Hi, I'm writing to complain about a watch I purchased for my daughter for her birthday in march. I purchased it from our local Argos store but failed to retain the receipt as the watch was in good working order and my daughter was very happy with it. however, over the past few weeks my daughter has noticed her wrist has been turning green every time she wears it. This is not something I'd expect to happen from a watch and especially not after under 3 months of wear. It has put my daughter off from wearing it has it is embarrassing and now she is left without a watch. Argos refused to give me an exchange without a reciept so I've decided to contact you direct. Next Retail service!

I placed my order to go to Ashford kent store for me to collect from store, I then had an email to say my item was in store (twinkle str long set ) I then travelled from High halden kent to store to collect my parcel which I expected to be in store. I got the store then to be told a member of staff had muddled my parcel up with a other customer and they had given my parcel to them, which I was not impressed after 15 to 20 minutes of the member of staff trying to resolve the issue they then said they will receive order my parcel to be sent to my home address with next day delivery which I agreed to with certency that I was going to receive my parcel the next day. I waited in all day for my next day delivery parcel which no parcel came as you can imagine was very very annoyed and still waiting for it, I rang next directory and the lady I spoke to was quiet rude and not much help, I got told I need to get in contact with the next store where I ordered my item to be able to track it. I am a regular customer to next and lipsy and don't think I will be from now on with the experience that I've had.

Next Retail delivery

I have ordered 2 dresses from Lipsy company through Internet on the 6th November. They have sent me order confirmation and they informed me that delivery is 5-7 working days. Today is 24 of November, I have not received the dress, they do not have a tracking number to give me in order to look through courier. They also informed me that they cannot do anything until 31 working days pass. After 31 working days they will mention the dress as a lost parcel (without telling me their future actions). I contacted the courier company Royal Mail who advised that if I don't receive my item by the end of tomorrow it is deemed lost yet Lipsy London says I need to wait 31 days.

Next Retail lost item

I have ordered a dress from Lipsy company through Internet. They have sent me order confirmation and they informed me that delivery is 5-7 working days. Today is 4 of June, I have not received the dress, they do not have a tracking number to give me in order to look through courier. They also informed me that they cannot do anything until 31 working days pass. After 31 working days they will mention the dress as a lost parcel (without telling me their future actions). I have also informed them that I cannot wait all these days. I need the dress the soonest possible for a very important and special occasion. I believe that is unacceptable for such a big company to not be able to track their parcels and leave customers such a long period, waiting, without doing anything.

I PURCHASED A 42" PHILLIPS LED T.V WITH DDB TECHNOLOGY FROM NEXT SHOWROOM IN H.S.R LAYOUT ON 12TH SEP 2013,

Next Retail I didn't receive my things after 3 weeks

3 weeks ago I made on-line order and bought some clothes from this company, I didn't receive my things yet so I call to their costumer service and was very disappointed. They say that everything is ok, they don't know why I didn't received my things yet, and gave the advice to wait for 1 more month, but in their website usually international delivery takes 7-10 days. OK, When I asked them the trucking number of my order, it appear they don't have trucking numbers for international deliveries, no trucking number, no delivery? Very suspicious. Scamers! Can be. If I receive my order I will change my mind.

Oh my god I have exact same problem with them at the moment I ordered a dress on 3rd of November and still haven't recieved it they have ignored most of my emails and put me on hold for ten mins when I ring they told me I would have to wait 6 weeks before they could do anything they are a joke .and not helpful at all, they are actually in breach of consumer rights but they don't care I will never buy a thing off them again

Next Retail Undelivered order

I ordered some clothes from the Next website and selected delivery for a Saturday, giving them almost a week to arrange delivery. The delivery times given were between 8am and 6pm, so I waited in all day. 6pm arrived and no delivery so I called their customer services department. They told me my goods were at the depot but hadn't been collected by their courier, they were totally unhelpful and fobbed me off telling me someone would call me today.

In the meantime I emailed them telling them to arrange a delivery for this evening and call me this afternoon to confirm the details.

As yet I have heard nothing from them, no replies and no delivery. This is probably the most incompetent company I have ever dealt with and I certainly won't be buying anything from them again :(

Next Retail refusing to exchange, refund or repair my dress

i went to buy a dress from lipsy on friday. when i got home i took the tag off and hanged the dress in the back room in my house. on saturday morning i noticed that the hem was coming off. i had to go out and buy another dress to wear as i was going to a wedding that day. today i went back to the store and they refused to exchange, refund or even take the dress for repair, the staff were very rude to me, they kept findind excuses . the manager said that the hem coming off is not a manufacturers faults so whos fault is it. they gave me a false number to ring and they rang their head office before to say that i was going to phone them, they even gave me racial abuse. i have never bought anything from lipsy and i am disgraced by them their staff should learn manners. i told the manager that i have had cancer for two and half years so i havent been out and i was told by her that she didnt care if i was dying or living where do they learn manners. they were appalling and i am taking this matter further

Next Retail identity theft victim

Last Saturday I received an email alert from my bank of unusual activity on my debit card. I checked my account online and saw an unauthorized charge for almost $700 to a UK website I had never heard of called Lipsy.co.uk

I immediately called my bank's fraud department and alerted them that there was an unauthorized charge and I filed a fraud claim, and they put a block on the debit card so the identity thief/scammer who had obtained the card number couldn't do any more damage. My bank then reversed the fraudulent charge.

3 days later I look at my bank balance and the fraudulent charge has once again shown up and money has once again been taken from my account. Apparently Lipsy filed a claim because the fraudulent charge made by the identity thief was reversed. So I had to file another claim to try to recover the money that has been stolen from me via Lipsy's website.

I am getting hit with daily overdraft fees as a result of the double whammy of the theft of my identity and debit card by the original identity thief, and Lipsy taking money from me the identity theft victim rather than going after the criminal who they allowed to purchase items with a stolen debit card on their website (a website which obviously has piss poor security if it doesn't have safeguards in place in its checkout system to prevent criminals from using stolen debit cards on its site.)

So now I've been victimized twice: once by the identity thief who obtained my debit card info, and then again by Lipsy who filed a claim to grab money from me, the identity theft victim, rather than trying to catch the identity thief who stole my info and card.

To summarize: the identity theft victim gets screwed, and both the identity thief (who ordered items with the stolen card) and Lipsy (who made a profit on the items it sold the thief) end up making a buck off the theft of my identity.

Oh did you have any luck with lipsy I didn't ! ! They are an absolute nightmare still have no dress and they are refusing to refund me . It's a disgrace tried ringing them but customer service reps are rude and won't pass call on to someone in charge . I paid £63 5 weeks ago to them now and still no dress and no refund . My advise is if u looking for a dress buy from asos they are way better in every way .at least they actually post your items and no problem ever sending stuff back .i will never again buy anything from the crap lipsy site

I am also having a bad experience with Lipsy. I purchased from the Lipsy website for the first time, I ordered three dresses as I am trying to find something nice for a christmas party. Unfortunately none were suitable so returned them all in the same package 1st class recorded delivery. After not hearing anything from them after a week I e-mailed their customer service to find out if they had received my parcel. they replied after 3 days saying it had not yet been received, however i tracked my parcel and it was delivered to them days ago? I have replied to the e-mail and am currently waiting for a response about my refund. I am concerned as I have read a lot of bad reviews about returns and refunds with Lipsy. I am hoping I will get my refund very soon as I still need to find that party dress!

i have found lipsy impossible to deal with i placed an order for a dress with them on the 4th of nov and dress has still not arrived i have emailed them numerous occasions and got no reply as of yet i have phoned them twice and customer rep was quite rude and told me i would have to wait till 29th of dec before they would even look at it . i feel this is an absolute disgrace as i gave them £63 basically for a lot of heartache . i really don't know what else i can do as they are refusing to send me on my dress or refund me . my advise to everyone out there is don't order off them as its really not worth it
