You say that I have to give to the NCC and they will help me to solve the problem. This I had already done before. But still they have not find out the solution for the problem and asking me to wait wait wait,
they have already reported the problem to Jakarta office and will received the patch soon. Why should I wait such a long time, when I have already made the payment for the set and not able to use it properly?
I suggested them it is better you replace me the phone with some other model in which there is no bug. But they tell that they don’t have any facility like that.
I am really feeling sorry, why I believe so much on Nokia Handset.
I have already visited twice in the NCC, but still wait wait wait, and they will inform me as soon as they receive the updated software.
Henceforth how can I spend such a big amount of silly handset from Nokia. So I once again request you to please replace my old N80 set with some other model which is not having such bugs.

Nokia 5200 is a third class handset i had purchased this handset 8 months ago. After 4 months i faced a problem with the ringer. The company replaced the ringer after 21 days. But now after 2 months i am again facing the same problem i think there is manufacturing defect in this handset and the company should look out to solve this problem or else stop manufacturing this handset.
Nokia priority dealers are not ready to co-operate as they say this problem is on national level & we cant do anything.
Im facing big problem with this nokia 5200 customer care doesn't changing my ringer all time they says :- Ringers are not in stock!
They are saying this from three months and I am using this cell without ringer!

I am mr. Sanjay isad, [system admin] belong to amravati [m. S.] , india. I have purchased nokia 6072 model from yours district dealer mobile shop "planet".
When I reached to your dealer for the complaint regarding the battery charging, I faced a very rudely treatment by your nokia dealer and i've experienced badly when I shocked to see that my mobile battery has been charged by the dealer instead of clearing the problem.
When I got it replaced by an old and used battery, I made complaint to your authorized nokia care centre who explained me very properly how that battery has been changed by the earlier dealer named "planet mobile shop", rajkamal sqr. , amravati. When I reported once again to the nokia care they insist me to purchase a new battery. Ok. I have purchased due to my inconvenience, but still the new battery they sold me with the same problem of not charging properly. When the next day of purchasing I reported them regarding the problem, they replied very rudely and asked me to keep it for repairing.
When I asked them to make complaint regarding this uncultured behavior they were agree to make it replaced with new battery. If your are really very serious about your customer services please do take interest to get feedback of your authorized dealers and nokia care centre proprietors, specifically from dist. Amravati state : maharashtra.
I want to make a complaint of such worst treating customer care centre from amravati who rudely handles the problem of customers and uses worst and uncultured words for the customers after the purchase of nokia handsets.
My experience at the Nokia care centre namely Nokia Care, Bakul Mobile World at Gulshan Plaza Rajapeth is very bad.
I had there to repair my dameged joystick of the unused mobile 6600 .The owner of the centre told me that it will cost me 500 rs.I agree that but after he told me that there is a virus and 750 rs will be the expenditure to repair it.After my refusal he gave me my running mobile with new fault saying it is hanged .When I said him that it was not hanged before showing to him but he was adamant on his say.
In the mean time of 1 hour 3 costomers came there with displeasure about their mobile repairy.In the same way like me he cheated them.
People go to the Nokia Care on the name of NOKIA but the Bania Nokia Care owner does not maintain the name of NOKIA .

I have bought a Nokia 5300 handset on 21 jan.2017.after one month i ave some problem with display so i submit the phone to Nokia care center in noida. The speaker phone of the mobile not working properly. On complaining at customer care center of nokia at Phase-5 Mohali Chandigarh, the agreed to change the speaker of the mobile but they say that speaker is not in there stock and i have to come again after 3-4 days. But even after 10 days the speakers are not in there stock. They says that there is a shortage of speakers an we can't change that at that time. I am not satisfied with there service.
Nokia 5300 has been a nightmare. Since I purchased this phone in 2017 it has been nothing but trouble. I've had it replaced twice. Each phone the cover that is over the speaker has fallen off... never to get it to stay on...this last time it fell off...can't find it. I thought it great a phone because it offered so much. It started out with I could not hear on the phone very well... No matter what I did people just couldn't be heard not even with the bluetooth. I sent it back... Then came the next one... It would not allow me to hang up calls...everything would freeze. No matter how many times I cut it off take the battery out...just didn't work. Now again... the speaker doesn't work...I can only answer calls with my bluetooth. Without it the speakers sound as if busted. I can't download any music... It will only take me downloading pictures... It's ridiculous... A phone so expensive but so unreliable.
I bought this phone last July, 2017 for the primary reason - music player. Well, it worked fine anyway for the first weeks. However, since I am a sure music lover, I filled its 2GB memory card with audio files. What happened? the music player software stopped responding and working properly. I' ve tryin' to search for a replacement music player software but nothing could control the music keys on the phone. I really regret buying this phone!
This is the worst phone ever!
I bought it and had a two year contract with tmobile, and both put me through hell.
I signed up for the insurance, but they just took my money and didn't put it down on the paperwork. Then my phone completely fell apart in 4 months.
The screen froze, the phone turned off randomly, I couldn't hang up some phone calls which led to my bill being as of now $845 (which I am not going to pay until they fix the problem), my speaker is completely blown so my music sounds like ### (that's the whole point I got this phone), the battery either shocked me or burned my hand the other day so im not going to even touch it anymore. The screen is loose, the back is impossible to get off without hurting my fingers, i've broken part of the back trying to get it off, it will send random texts to anybody so you have to be carefull on what you write. It would randomly call people in my phone book, even if the phone was locked.
The only good thing about this phone is the camera and memory.
The pictures are amazing and it holds however much you want. (I've had around 400 pics in it, and 300 songs. )
Hi. I was given a Nokia 5300 for xmas 2017 with 1 years ensurance, and for a while i thought it was a great phone. Shortly after this, the spring in the sliding mecaanism came slightly loose and began scratching the buttons underneath it. I did'nt think of this being a major problem so a carried on using the phone, but after that, the audio began to act a little strange. I decided that i should take it back and get it replaced but recently, the screen completely stopped working. All i get is a couple of random lines and a big black splodge. Ive phoned the shop i bought it from but they don't replace the phone, they just provide you with vouchers to pay for the phone. Looking at the comments, ive decided that im going to get the vouchers and put them towards a different phone, unless anyone here has a different solution?

Bought the phone early this year, within a month the screen went out. Tmobile would not warranty (charged me 100.00 to replace) said it was our fault, the phone was not damaged in anyway by us. the replacement sent to us lasted about 3 weeks and then you could not be heard when you made a call, replacement sent to us, now 1` month later, you cannot be heard or hear on any calls. This phone has major issues, I don't think it is made very sturdy.

Am raja from hyderabad, purchased nokia 3230 from m/s sangeetha electronics hyderabad on 29-9-06, within a week i found that the battery life is low and went to nokia care centre at venkat plaza panjagutta, where they replaced the battery with new one... After 6 months same problem occurred and i again bought a new battery... This became a routine (to buy battery) in every 2 months...
I had been to nokia care centre for two times and with case sheet number [protected], the service provided is poor, customers have to wait for 2 hours for their turn to speak to a customer care executive... Is this called nokia care?... After waiting for long time i have submitted the handset and after two days they told that the problem was rectified and returned my handset, to my surprise the fully charged battery drains in 8 t o10 hours (when kept in idle condition)...
Same procedure repeated again but no reason or remedy for the draining battery... I am sick with the care, am sick with the product, am sick with nokia...

I have purchased a new nokia n95 the set is good in every thing but the only wrong thing is that the sound of fm in loud speaker mode is so weak that it is hardly hearable. I make a complaint to the dealer for replacement of the set, they checked the set and compare with another new set and told me that the sound of fm in loudspeaker mode is same in other set. Now my question is that by purchasing such a premium set if company can't provide the perfect sound then it is worth purchasing. I have also used nokia n73 which has better sound than nokia n95 in loudspeaker mode. If the standard of fm sound in loudspeaker mode is such company should stop manufacturing such set.

This is to bring your attention that I bought a Nokia 73 Music edition on 18th march 2007 referring IMEI No :- [protected] HOT SPOT, Laxmi Nagar, Delhi which cost me Rs. 21,662 including taxes with 1 year warranty. But after duration of 2 days I find that my mobile phone is automatically shutting down, showing blank screen then the 4th day on Wednesday I went to Noika care preet vihar branch, with lot of efforts and manipulation I forced Ajay pandey (Manager) to talk to the HOT SPOT retailer in order to replace the handset and he did talk, But according to the retailer they replace the handset within 48hour after purchasing of handset so they denied then I showed my handset to the executives of preet vihar branch. What they did, they put off my memory card and did format my phone memory then did switch on. I didn’t submit my handset that time because it was working fine for one day after 24 hour it’s show the same problem For which I have complaint 6 times to the Nokia care center & also as per their direction I have submitted my mobile 6 times in Nokia care center, first 2 times I Submitted my handset to (Nokia care, Preet Vihar, Delhi) & 4 times I Submitted my handset to (HCL infinet Nokia care, Sector-2, Noida) to fix the bug permanently. I also talked continuously to Nokia customer care (011-[protected]) so many times But still I am facing the same problem & nobody paying their attention for this problem & still my mobile is in Nokia care Center as well. For this I wasted lot of money, lot of time, lot of tension.

i brought n73 on 23/09/2008 and noticed that the handset was very poor in it performance. After a week it started giving pbm with memory card.It stops detecting memory card and i have to remove memory card and had to insert again to make it detect.Some time i have to put it more then once to make it detect.But from past 1 month it switch off automatically.Now a days i have to switch on atleast 20 to 25 times in a day. and from last week its not even switch on properly.I have to remove battery and then again put it, to restart it. Its really horrible. Nokia has come up with a scrap product. I have to save for quite a some time to buy a cell and i got this scrap cell and feel horrible abt it. Plz let me know if any1 has any solution to this pbm.

Nokia N73 Music Edition is a waste product. Don't buy the Nokia N73 Music Edition. If you want to buy 3.2 Mega Pixel Camera phone, buy the Sony Ericson K800i. One of my friend has it.

In the month of january 07 I was made to change the cover of my nokia 9500. I sent the mobile to the store I purchased it from because they are nokia dealers. They demanded a sum of rs 3100 = $ 70 to replace the cover which I agreed because of my mistake in dropping the phone on the floor. I have since regretted why I did not go in for a new nokia instead of replacing the cover. My misgivings start from the very next day because the cover was not locking and would open with the slightest of movement of mt hand. I i complained to the nokia dealer and got a reply to send bach the instrument so that they can tighten the locking mechanism. Since then I have been facing the same problem but was unable to understand why did the nokia service centre do such a bad job. Now my problems do not end there as the cover has cracked once again at the spot where the locking device locks. I am sure that this time the fault is entirely the nokia service centre "s fault as the problem has never been solved by them. I sent back the 9500 to the same centre today but they have washed their hands off their responsibility by telling me that there is no guarantee for the covers and I have to pay $ 70 once again. May I ask if this is fair for a die hard user of nokia communicator instruments for the last 10 years.

continuous problems with 3230 model
Till date I am facing big problem (S) in the 3230 mobile from the month I bought. Dead slow, hanging, restart these are the major problems I got faced. Two times I had given my mobile for servicing and they advised me not to use memory card as such I haven’t use memory card but still the problem is not rectified. Third time I gave to service on april 11, 2007. The service peoples telling that they will do their best! But I heard the same dialogue twice when I gave earlier to service!
My warranty period get over in couple of months.
My query is, if the problem continues! What shall I do? In future, definitely service people will say they going to charge for non-warranty mobiles so they want me to keep on pay every 2 or 3 months!
Today (April 26, 2007) I faced one problem i. E. , without my knowledge! Blank messages are sending to others from my mobile!
I agree with 3230 complaints. I'm also facing similar problem in this handset. Within a year of purchase, it is giving all sort of problems. Even after getting it serviced by Nokia authorized centre it is not working. These centres are useless and meant for only money making at the cost of customers.
It appears that slowly and gradually, Nokia is loosing its creditworthiness and goodwill.

I was notified about my selection as a winner from INDIA in September 2006, on the nokia's official website and by e-mail. Despite of completing all the formalities, sending hundreds of mails to all the concerned officials both in INDIA (Syam Devjeet (Nokia-CMO/Mumbai) and South East Asia(Tony Wang Online Marketing, Nokia APAC, Mobile: [protected] Fax: [protected]).
I still have to receive my prize. It's been eight months that my subsequent efforts have gone to deaf ears and their officials have stopped acknowledging my efforts of trying to contact them.Whom should I talk to about this treatment? I bought a nokia cdma model no. 6235 with rsn: rnkcdb213748 vide bill no. : 065 dated: 25-04-2006 from m/s kohli infocomm (A reliance webworld express franchisee) , e-46, naraina vihar, new delhi-28.
In this regard it is to inform your goodself that I had sent the handset for first time to nokia service centre at okhala, new delhi on dated: 28-02-2007 for the key pad is ideal and got the handset returned back on 08-03-2007; I found that the key pad is working properly but joystick has got ideal and signals is poor, I again sent the handset to okhala, new delhi to rectify the problems; but regret to say that its still having the same problem.
After this I had gone out of town due to urgent piece of work for a long... Now I returned and once again I sent the handset by today on dated: 23-04-2007 but they refuse to say that this is out of guaranty/warranty.
I got really frustrated from this type of behavior they are doing nothing and my warranty period about to expire.
Someone suggest please what to do?
Purchased nokia 6235 cdma from reliance webworld in may-06 as one year's warranty over. Nokia care service centre visited four time and they changed voice ic but complaint again next day. Go again for the same, they keep the set with them for one week in wait of software/spare. After recalling they give back the set but problem on next day. Our time the problem sorted out but repeat after some time. At last they return the amount charges for voice ic and told that your set is not repairable. You go to karol bagh for the same if they can repair. Nokia has opened with big letters nokia care but very small problem can not be sorted out till date. Every thing in phone is working except voice. Now set is useless due to cdma/not repairable. Where and why nokia selling handsets if they can not repair the handsets at their service centre also. Who will...?

So the 2 telephone answers lead me nowhere.
Email they told me to narrow down to street name only. After I told them their software doesnt allow it they suggested it does **not narrow down to street name. Pretty good at stating the obvious i would say at this point.
dismayed by all this I googled the answer and wrote back to Nokia after i tried the solution and found i could infact do an address search after all, as I thought i could. And as they had advertised.
this is part of a bigger problem globally unfortunately. People just don't give a rats anymore and customer service is something you have to have for good looks. Heaven forbid there is still a few companies left out there that take your mighty dollar and offer back what used to be called service.
Half the answers you recieve from these companies are pre written and totally irrelevant tot he individual. Ah well one day the world will discover they can actually make more money by investing a little back into the customer.

If you ever think about Buying a NOKIA mobile phone...THINK AGAIN !...I have had 7 months of problems with my Nokia N8 with the phone continually losing it's settings and then not being able to send or receive sms, mms, I lose the internet..and then they come back on again after several hours. in short, it's a very unreliable phone with all these problems. The phone seems to have a mind of it's own and works whenver it feels like it. My phone has been repaired twice, replaced once and yet the same problems happen again. When I tried to tell Nokia about this, they said that I need to take the phone back AGAIN to the service centre to be assessed. CAN YOU BELIEVE THIS ?...they sell dud phones and then frustrate the customer by asking him to continuely return the phone to be assessed and repaired. If you write a complaint, Head Office will get some guy from the Philippines and he will try to manipulate you inot believing that Nokia really cares but all he's been sent to do is to frustrate you into doing what Nokia what you to do and that is...Keep returning the phone back to the service centre over and over and over and over again...it's never ending...then when the warranty runs out ...BEWARE...they will make sure they stress that your warranty is out and "we can't do anything"...Keep well away from NOKIA...they don't make good phones anymore...

poor phones and service
I have a 9300i. After 2 months I was told I had water damage on my phone and was not repairable. I was also told this can happen going into a air conditioned car, having a phone in a shower room. This is not acceptable. I was first told it was 107 euro for repair, when I told them it was under warranty I was told it was water damage.
I has taken four months to get this answer from them which is also very poor service.
How can I get some help with this problem, I will not stop until I can have some resolution.
Can anyone help me to know where how to proceed so I can get satisfaction? Or at least warn others of Nokia's poor phones and service.

I had purchased the nokia handset e50 on 16th feb'07, after lot of comparison analysis. The problem with my handset is that it automatically goes to loudspeaker mode, when the call receiving button is pressed and gets hanged. This happens on approx. One call in every 10 calls received. I have visited the nokia care center and they reloaded the software, but still the problem persists. Now they are asking me to leave the hand-set for repair, and I cannot do the same, as my major part of job is on phone. They are not ready to give a stand-by also.
Wow! Now I feel sorry I've bought this phone... after I've seen all this comments!
In fact I have a problem or two with it also. It has the latest firmware on it and still works
very slow. And with a memory card insert it in, it won't start! I have to take the
memory card out in order to make it start.

My nokia e50 hangs then switches off on its own and will not start.It only starts on few occassions after the battery is removed and put back. In some cases it does not start up at all even after the battery is removed and put back .I have flashed it on several occassions and the problem is still there.
I just bought the cell a month back, looking at the reviews posted, its been some time since the problem persists (Phone freezing on receiving call often).. but nothing has been done yet and am too have started to face the same problem its as absolute cheating .. no move to rectify the problem or not stoppage of such faulty instrments into market has been done..

I face the same problem. The screen just freezes with an incoming call.
Now the whole phone is frozen. Just cant do anything. Took it to the service center... he returned it after a few days saying, it cant be repaired. Later when it went back to claim a replacement he says it phone has been physically damaged pointing to the rubber power on button on top.
Very bad idea to buy this phone... but even worse is the service centers attitude (Guys be warned of going to the Nokia Care - Univercell Service centre in Chennai).

I am also facing the same problem while picking the call.It goes to speaker phone and hangs and doesnt resume back until I remove the battery.The firmware been updated by the Nokia Care centre and its repeated even after the update.The current firmware is v 07.13.0.0 RM170.
Even after addressing this known issue to Nokia, they are cheating the customers by selling the same model with out solving the issue.

When installing games/themes on the phone, the manger is unable to delete themes that are stored on the memory card; it also does not list all the applications that are stored on the phone, which means you cannot delete other items already installed to free memory.

problem with nokia 5200
I have purchased a nokia 5200 mobile phone on february 11, 2007. On 31.03.2007 suddenly there was no sound with the loud speakers. On 01.03.2007 I went to the nearby nokia care at velachery and they confirmed that it was speakers that got open and since they did not have the parts, I was asked to go to mount road for repair (Nokia care).
The next day (I have to take leave on that day) I went to the other service centre and was shocked to see that nearly 9 to 10 customers were there having the same phone with same problem. Just imagine how many would have suffered like me?
The job sheet was prepared and they said it will take nearly 3 days for repair. But when I contacted them on the third day they said that it will take one week to finish. Is this the customer care?
Should the company make arrangements for the parts since this seem to be a regular problem? The company should also supply the parts to all the nokiacare units. Paying rs.8000.00 and there is no phone for nearly 10 days? Is it not ridiculous?
Since this seem to be a common problem with the model 5200, company must take immediate action as early as possible.
Nowadays I recommend my circle of friends & relatives not to buy nokia anymore.

I am rajesh menon from pondicherry, india. i have NOKIA n900 purchased from dammam u.a.e. here nokia care persons and nokia head office persons not helping me for softwere re-installation, its not under warranty, its a pay service .problem is i have the version 21.2011.38 in my mobile and the same version is available here in pondicherry nokia care but they refuse to do that . a gentle ma mr.sujin from customer care told me that nokia care or head office ll not respond if it will dead while do softwere reinstallation, also told me (WITH OUT KNOWING) that nokia care ll have lower version than i have in my mobile( the softwere in nokia suit also ll have the same version ), but when i get this problem itself i enquired nokia care mr.john (service eng) that they have the same version 21.2011.38 but the will send the mobile to head office, if it is not possible at there they ll replace the mobile ( even though its a paid service ) . when i went there they refuse to do so coz it purchased not from india . my mobile is in brand new condition, i am not claiming warranty,

Normally Nokia n900 does not have software support from meamo, also it is problematic like n97, its their fault . normally Nokia swap the mobile and offer some other hand set if you purchase here in india, even if it is not in warranty. Nokia know the problems and also know how to avoid their losses through these kind of cheep policy's and conditions ..like purchased in abrod or water log or physical damage... but in this case yours is in brand new condition so only tool they have is... purchased in dammam.. abroad... if you are claiming warranty its OK.. but you are not, which means it cant serviceable like china mobile.
INDIANS ARE GOING AWAY FROM NOKIA IN PHONE AND WINDOWS IN PC... SURE YOU LL LOSE YOUR MARKET SHARE VERY SOON .
