Their slogan is "every little helps," but I don't think they're helping anyone. My mom was in the hospital on Sunday and Monday, and I couldn't even call her other family members to let them know what was going on. It's just not right.

I'm gonna keep posting reviews like this until they start taking responsibility for their mistakes. They never call back when they say they will, and they never follow through on their promises. It's just not good enough.
