I have made 20 25 complaints on 310 helpline no. That the network of Zong works and the call is good. The network does not work at a distance of 100 meters from Zong Tower. If you can fix it, then it is fine. If not, let us find another network.

I want to inform you that my zong number [protected] is not working in Qatar regional. I tried to contact with zong customer care executive they are not guiding properly way.

I have also done the recharge 10qr but your executive is not informing my recharge amount as well, i think who ever executive talk with me they are unprofessional, because all they are telling me different suggestions, please check my number in your service is it registered or not.

Really I'm unhappy with zong service, if you help me in this matter it will be greatly appreciated.

Please take it on higher priority.

Hello there, the issue I'm complaining about that there is signal Zong 4G issues in our village. We have to get to the roof of our house for even doing browsing on our Zong 4G.

I'm a freelancer and I am facing problems of data connection speed. Please make sure a device of existed tower or install a tower for us.

It is a complaint from the peoples/ population to zong head

Most respectfully it is stated that we are suffering various problems regarding to your services i.e very low quality and quantity of signals , problems in sending and receiving or sms / call , facing problem during call and massage issues on internet apps such as Facebook or what's app and many more . In our area 24 hour and round the clock there is low speed of internet as a whole. We can't make or receive call and even sms in our homes and rooms , for these purposes we are forced to reach on the roofs or on high building or dunes to catch up signals . Internet speed is too low that various tasks such as downloading various stuff takes several hours.

Our village is very populated area and 460 people use zong sims . Zong is a major network in this area. We have been facing this problems since 6 months . Various calls and complaints before this are send to zong authority but in vane, problem is increases with the time .

So we request to zong authority and administrations kindly resolve our problems as soon as possible .

We will be very thankful for this .

I am a resident of Babu Lashari Mohalla Moosa goth near Razaqabad center. Signal issue is very high in our area please fix it that's why we are facing extreme signal problems. We cannot use zong internet

As, I live in pano aqil city and I am complaining on behalf of the residents regarding the poor performance of your Zong network. The internet speed is consistently slow. We only have the name of 4G, but even 2G connectivity is difficult to achieve. Despite living in the city center and having a tower nearby, your network remains incredibly slow. We spend 1500 rupees on packages, but it seems like that money goes down the drain. Kindly improve your network, or else we will switch our SIM cards to Mobilink, which works better for us. If your network is not fixed within two days, we will change our SIM cards. Please, I request you to fix your network. Thank you.

Hi Team,

My number is [protected]. I was in Pakistan for a month and a half and used Zong mobile services.

Now I am back overseas and want to discontinue this service.

Please deactivate my mobile number so that I won’t be charged, I have called your call center twice but during the conversation, the call get dropped and no one bother to call me back.

Please deactivate my service and stopped my billing from Saturday 20/05/2023

I bought the device on 2 May, 2023 so I can comfortably do video calls for work. The speed of this device goes to 800 Kbps on video call, the video lags, messages that are sent takes a minute to be send. I complained to them and they said they will solve my issue in 48 hours, now they say we did not tell you that issue will be solved in 48 hours we will only inform you on it.

On top of that they have no return policy. They take 6 months of package price in advance. Every customer service representative defends the company as its life or death. They advertise we give upto 150mbps and they are unable to give even 10% of it.

They don’t hold themselves accountable and blatantly use and abuse customers.

Brother our village is a very beautiful place and tourist also visit our village there are no other network without Ufone but it's also weak and population is also greater if A signal tower installation is possible there then please

The importance of a signal tower is greater.

It will be the advantage for both (consumer and the company)

With kind regards, stated that Zong Local Authorities are going to install mobile tower adjacent to my home. The whole local residents are against this act. I therefore requested to change the tower location and install it for away from the residential area. The visited site is also disputable between two parties.

I had a Sim number [protected] from many years on my name and CNIC from last few months it was not in use because of some issues in my personal life but WhatsApp o this same number was in use by me even till this time I'm using WhatsApp on this number I bought it worth of 15,000 many years back from a retailer. Now few days back when I decided to turn on my number I get to know company deactivated it or recycled it back without my knowledge.
I request company to re issue my same number on my CNIC I also have WhatsApp proof and that sim card on which I was using this Number
