our site no 5566 behind shalimar garden . we have taken declaration order from the court.mr munir hafeez an employee of cmpak zong dealing with death cases is not attendig our phone calls.his behaviour is irresponsible who is responsible for his negligence.kindly look into this matter, in which manner empoyees are running the affairs of this company.

No zong 4g servis in my vilg

We are using the zong sims and we are having a zero rating Internet connection .what is this .for what we pay to the zong .i am tired of this zong connection plz do something otherwise i will leave this network

Worst coverage with worst customer service. They over charge me twice. They charge me twice for a package and told me it was my mistake.

I mean like customers ki koi parwh hi ni hai rat kia subha b net ni chalta aisi kutti service hai tum logon ki bus paisa bna rhy ho or kuch ni humara haram ka paisa h jo hum hr week krwaein or service tatti jaisi lain tum logon sy?

I am serving in Pakistan Army. I was having zong number [protected] with CNIC [protected]. I was having what's app account and shared professional secret data. Now company alloted that number to some other I dividual and jeopardize my security info. I have lost my personal data and security data to that individual due to company negligence and irresponsible behavior. Plz block my number for serious security hazard.

What are you doing, , , i have much problem in my town due to weak network, , i want to change my network

I play games like Pubg and Call of duty mobile and for that reasons I installed zong package and now a days there are no [censored]ing signals during day time. I am paid them for internet now they are [censored]ing not even providing internet service.

The [censored]ing 4G signals are worse than 2G.

I think now that they have gain so many customers they don't care about their service quality.

We pay them and they just make our life miserable by not providing the service the offer.

They are robbers and they are robbing my money.

Only 3G works during night time.

What the [censored] are we suppose to do. Only use internet during night.

I purchased zong 4 G bolt device on 03-10-20202. I talked to a person of zong franchise in lahore Qadeer telecom having cell no. 03130545656 and Mr. Baber Having No. 0313-8608600. They said we will provide you home delivery of device at cost Rs. 3500/. Their representative (0323-4629044) came to my place on sunday 04-10-2020 and gave me device for Rs. 4000/- (3800 device and 200 delivery charges). Earlier they said delivery is free. The person given me data set of 60 gb for Rs. 2000 and said if you want to convert to other pachkage of 150 gb, we will convert in additional Rs. 500.
Next day I call them to change my package, they said send easy paisa of Rs. 500, your package will be converted to 150gb. Till that day I am calling them but they said we will convert for you wait, now they are not picking fone, not they given me any bill for the device. I have record of all conversation with those persons.

Please look into the matter and resolve it at the earliest otherwise I will complaint to other channels and will go to consumer court for those persons and ZOng company for giving such a pethatic and fraudulent services.

I am from faisalabad. One of your employee from faisalabad (bilal [protected]) contact me for installation of tower at my place (rehmania road street no.8 corner plaza). All the process and file is completed. About 6 months the tower is not installed. I give much money to him but he demands only money but dont do work for installation of tower. Now he dont give any answers. Just at starting the little bit work done on my plaza roof just dig the floor of the roof. Now the roof is ruined and he dosent give any response. Please notify the situation and keep enquiry of your employee. I am very gratefull to you if my work will be done.
