The above statement is seen to be contradictory. The situation is very critical and need an experience complainer to resolve it.
This conversation is going no where. It’s lacking the place of a good leader to head the things to come out on conclusion.

I need the price !
I bought a brand new Nokia phone on 29th March 2017. Soon it started giving me problems. I contacted the Nokia customer care department and they advised me to take it to a service center in Pretoria. I did so but when I got the phone back, the same problems persisted.
I contacted Nokia again and they directed me to another service center that was near me, Autopage Cellular at Menlyn Shopping Center, Pretoria. I took the phoe there ant it retuned with the same problems that I complained about. I was asked to take it back and this time they swapped it to another phone of the same model but the problems remained. I reported this to them and requested that they simply swap the phone to another equivalent model. They advised me to take the phone back to their authorized service center, which I did.
Later the service center, Autopage cellular called me to pick my phone only to realize that it’s the same phone. I refused to take it back because I have suffered with this phone and have hardly used it since I bought it. Nokia simply told me that they can’t handle the matter and that it’s the service dealer who can take the decision to exchange or not. This is ridiculous. The ultimate responsibility for a defective product lies with Nokia. Besides, they gave me a go-ahead to take the phone in. now Nokia is running away from its responsibility claiming they have resolved the matter and closed it. They can’t surely resolve and close it unilaterally! Nokia is trying to run away from the fact that its product (which is relatively) is defective and does not operate very well on the Vodacom network, especially when used on prepaid and is operating below a certain level of airtime. I have used that phone and the people who are taking these decisions most likely have not experienced the difficulties I have faced and the fact that even though I gladly bought their phone, it has spent more time with their service centers than with me. Even ordinary companies that sell simple items like clothes can take responsibility for their products but Nokia, a company that boasts of an international corporate image cannot handle such a simple matter.
I have also been disappointed by the dishonesty and lack of concern by their customer services department. I think because the company is so large, concern for the individual customer is not a priority to them and they can easily brush of a single customer despite convincing us to buy their products.
It is our individual buying that eventually builds their big brand. I am determined not to let go with this matter as I want fairness to prevail. This may be an on-going process with many others.
Nokia has very poor customer relations and concerned. I have now come to believe that their policy towards customers is deliberately tuned not to give back to the customer. Their customer services desk reached on this email is very horrific: Nokia Customer Care .
Unfortunately, this will probably just result in a very frustrating "lesson learned". Your best bet will be to, in the future, subscribe to a reputable service such as Verizon or Sprint and select a high quality phone such as one made by LG or HTC.
