Nokia malfunctioning of nokia 5310xpressmusic

Dear sir/s,
I am g. raychaudhury from kolkata, india. being a regular user of nokia products, I have purchased a nokia 5310 handset on 6th june 2009.
from the third day I was experiencing 'starting problem'. after some days, the handset refused to start but after 3 more days it started nicely. this was repeated twice after a gap of 3/4 days. then, it permanently refused to start and showed a message - 'contact service'.
I took it to nokia care, where they could not repair it and so send it to the service centre at delhi. the same is lying there till now.
[imei no. - [protected] dated july 4th 2009] and [online job sheet no. - [protected]/090707/03]
firstly, I am told by nokia care that all my valuable contacts will be lost due to formatting/updating software, for which I have to suffer irreparable loss.
secondly, I cannot use the phone for two months now, so the purpose of purchase stands defeated.
thirdly, I came to know subsequently from some other users and local shopkeepers that the 5310 model is much complained against due to the aforesaid problem they are getting.
lastly, after duly purchasing a new phone nobody would like to use the same if it makes a tour to the service center so early.
I had a telephonic confabulation with mr. kumar of delhi's customer relation department, who did not pay heed to my cause. I am also awaiting reply from the board of directors at finland, whom I have sent a relevant mail.
as such, I would like to request you to kindly provide me a replacement phone or a new phone of some better model for which I am ready to pay the difference amount.
I will be happy if you respond early. hope to see that nokia maintains its worldwide reputation. thanking you.

Dear sir,

I had submitted my mobile phone model nokia n70music edition for service in warranty to care point care point patna at competent care near exhibition road. I fade up off going to nokia care from last 4 months. And in lieu of that i got nothing except false promises. In the next month (August 2009 my warranty will be finished and from last 4month my set was lying there there of no use and the people over there just wasted my time and money. Now i will go to the court and media if my set was not exchanged with in this month. I am really frustrated to hear lame excuses and so long time to clear one small problem from a company which claims to be number one in mobile phones. But sorry to say that the service which you provide to the customers is really pathetic. . . What im planning to do is to go to the media and consumer court to get back the due amount

Nokia pathetic n sub standard phone n services

i bought n 97, imei no.:[protected] white colour, on 18/7/09 from your priority dealer m/s hi tech telecom, shop no. 202 & 203, living style mall, jasola, new delhi vide invoice no. 730-09 with expectations to carry a phone with hi end tecnology but its disgusting and shameful that the phone hangs on opening any of the applications and i have to restart it again n again.This is not acceptable from a company of repute
inspite of n number of complaints in last 4 days, nokia is not responding positively
PLEASE DONT BUY NOKIA, MY PLEADS TO ALL..

Hi good people
I have nokia n97 phone this phone has been back and forward 4 times with the same problem and your service techs just send it back saying software upgrade
Now the problem is freezing, slide lock faulty, touch pad faulty.To my knowledge it seems it just gets booked and out with no testing .I am paying alot of money for this unit and still have to pay alot, it suites me fine to just stop paying everytime my phone goes inn or maybe get better qualified techs to work on these complaints
please be kind and come back to me regarding this problem everytime it goes inn its two or three weeks without a phone nevermind all the problems with the handset
i think its a badly manufactured unit and must be replaced

My name is eman said - marketing manager in zamil steel egypt, I have the following complain:
1-i bought mobile nokia n97 at the end of august 2017
2-in october 2017 there was an hardware damage appear in the mobile and I delivered to the maintenance center.
3-after one week they told me that the mobile is repaired and I went and received the mobile without trying to use it.
4-once I go home and start to use the mobile I foound the same broblems.
5 - again I went to the maintenance center then after about 9 days and after many calls they told me to come and get the obile. I went, but this time I tries it in the center and again I found the same problem.
6 - for the third time and untill now they can not repair the mobile and they refuse to give me my money back as I will not be able to use this mobile again even they will repair it.
7 - I can not afford to stay like that and I have no time for such brobles so I urge you to act as I expected from such big country and returne my money back. Thanks for your cooperation in advance

hiii i had bought brand new N97 on 13th jan and till today i am facing the same problem of auto restart even after i had got it serviced from NOKIA CARE CENTER, MODEL TOWN, LUDHIANA, PUNJAB.

I purchased the instrument on 8th August and it failed on 11th August. The instrument is with the service centre from 12th to date (10days) since they do not have spares !. If they do not have the spares, should they not give me a replacement? Why are they harassing a customer like this? Is there a pannace for this?

hi! this is regarding nokia n97 crap, whenever i use slide or check up any application for few minutes...some vertical green/red color lines appear on display and phone get restarted. i have visited nokia care 3-4 times and got updated software installed but of no use.I am fed up of this as it becomes so embarassing geting restarted every time u wanna make some urgent call. i have not installed much applications though.

I mediately I chekked the country code that was from nijeria. than I called that number... a man answered said the same thing what the message contains than I sent sms to the same number plse credit the amount in my account and give the email id. they sent me a form through email and I fill it and I sent it after a few hours I received a mail from lloyds tsb bank

I used to work for NOKIA and I can absolutely guarantee that any mail sent to any person from a hotmail, live, yahoo or any other address apart from nokia.com IS A SCAM SO PLEASE JUST DELETE THESE TEXTS.

Nokia DO NOT use hotmail, live, yahoo etc.

Please DO NOT REPLY to any text as is MAY give the sender a way to gain access to your contact details.

Please DO NOT SEND ANY MONEY if the sender requests it.

Please google NOKIA and contact your country of residence for any assistance. The agent that answers your call or replies to your email will have information about any scam that is using their name.

During my 2 years working with Nokia, I heard of many such scams.

I would also say that Nokia DO NOT reply to complaint boards unless it is on the OFFICIAL NOKIA SITE.

Nokia have their own message boards and are monitored by experienced Nokia staff.

Nokia lost mobile and sim blocking

I have lost my mobile with sim.
It has no.[protected]
And nokia3110c handset with imai no. [protected]
Bilaspur smart customer care is not blocking the no.[protected] even I have registered an fir and give them orginal copy of fir and saying that they can only block the old sim when a new sim with same no. Is buyed by me with old same details and documents that are submitted during purchase of sim and number.
Please just block the sim and number and the mobile handset till I submit the documents

Nokia repair charges in warranty

Sir...
I purchased nokia 2760 in october 2008.. Imei no [protected]. It stopped working in november 2008.. I submitted it to nokia care centre at patiala.. They said that they have to send the handset to noida for repair... I got it back after a month in working condition.. It stopped working again on 12th jul 2009.. I went to nokia care again they said the handset has no repair seal or sticker inside... So u have to pay for repair charges... My handset is still in warranty.. I called at customer care no they said they r helpless they cant do anything regarding this.. So tel me should I throw this phone out... I m capable for paying reapir charges but why should I when the warranty is still on?If the handset has not seal or sticker inside it thats nt my fault thats there fault they have not done that.. I think I should move to consumer court for justice now...

This type of mailing is fake so you don't send any type of your information to security purpose and contect to your neerest police station and write the fir according to cyber act

You should never have replied to the earlier message. YOU are in touch with very dangerous cyber criminlas who send such FRAUD emails to trap people. Do note that only Fools will fall for such fraud. There is no such Lottery. Complete message including names are fraud. Never contact criminal gangs sending fake lottery and job SMS and mails. They will LOOT your BANk and take away complete family property. Its dangerous to send personal details, bank details, passport details, PAN etc to these criminals. They could misuse details by using the same to forge fake identity for themselves and using cheated user’s identity they will do criminal activities including taking SIM Cards, opening bank accounts, for stolen money, forging visa papers etc.

P.S. Kindly inform on what basis you or your organization have chosen our phone as we've no idea what's that all about,
Dr. Roger...why the delivery fees can't be deducted from the prize, your rules & regulations were clear but to show good intentions why not the prize is instead of 500, 000GBP is 499, 550GBP since it was mentioned earlier in your mail that the sum of prizes is about 91, 000000GBP. However, there's another way to sort it out, which is payment upon delivery, meaning the delivery fees will be automatically paid when the cheque is already available in FEDEX Qatar Office.

Nokia stolen the display of my handset

I gave my mobile (Nokia 3230) to sector16, faridabad nokia care, as there was some software problem. When I went to them after 2days for my mobile they said that my mobile is having some startin problem, which was not exactly, and they keep on delaying by saying that come after few days and so on. The main point of concern is that they have stolen the original display of my mobile. This I have made sure from so many local shopkeepers that my original display has been replaced by nokia care.
So I kanika mathur want the compensation for my mobile as soon as possible.

Nokia malfunction of keys

Dear sir,

I am writing this mail to your company with a lot of disappointment & dis-satisfaction
With the behaviour of your service staff at nokia care vasant kunj.

I would like to draw your attention that during last 2-3 years, your quality of phones going down the drain.

I am using nokia phones since 1996, and I have changed the phones as and when new models of phones are introduced by your company. But from last 1-2 years I found that the quality & after sales service going down & very poor. I would like to inform about my last purchase of you company’s mobile phone model no. Mentioned at the subject matter. I bought it from green park market new delhi on 2/5/2009 but when I start using this phone, I feel the keys of this phone was very hard, but I waited for some days
Thinking & keeping in mind that it may be because it is new. But to my surprise I noted
That there was major fault, that some time phone call automatically connected on my last
Dail number. On 3/7/2009, I went to nokia care vasant kunj & mr. V. Kumar told there is water problem in my phone & he had serviced it and return it to me, but the problem was not solved then I again went to nokia care on 9/7/2009 and at the front
Desk mr. Rohit had advised to replace the & ldquo;ok’ button, which I had replaced from there
Only after making the payment. After that I went out of station for 5-6 days and on 15/7/2009 the same problem in & ldquo;ok” button occurred. Then I again showed to nokia
Care vasant kunj & the gentlemen said that there is again water gone into the mobile.

I would like to mentioned that I am living in air-condition atmosphere at home, car, office or any where I am traveling and I am not stupid to jump into the swimming pool carrying the mobile phone in my hand. I would like to question that why your nokia care staff changed the parts inside the wall, how can we trust that they have actually changed the part or these is also a possiblilty that they just rub / brush & return to us
With part change bill, and if I have paid for part change I should have the guarantee of that particular problem. Otherwise it seems that you company have policy to extract the
Money from common people by fooling them & not entertain after that. If this is the modes of operandy I am sorry to say that very soon you company loose their reputation in indian market.

Therefore I request you to look into the matter & replace the hand set

I handed my cellphone in for repairs, approx 3-4 weeks ago. As it was under warranty they decided to replace it after 2and half weeks. I went to the store in The Bridge, Port Elizabeth, to collect my replacement phone on the 1st of June, 2011. On receipt of the phone, I discovered that the value of the phone is half of that of my original phone, and requested it be sent back and replaced for the same model, or equivalant model. To date I could not get a satisfactory answer from the branch in PE. Everytime I phone, it is either still with Johannesburg, or sent to Nokia. On phoning Nokia, they have no knowledge of receiving this phone.
I am a small business owner, and not at a landline during the day. I am losing business, and extremely frustatrated with the "non" service I am receiving.

my set was N-70 which i have submited to one & half Months back at HCL Nokia care Centre Green Park with Job Sheet no. [protected],which was not rectified & after one month they ask to submit again the set with job sheet no. [protected].
Problem was with the dku-5 connectivity and handsfree and still the problem is not rectified & nobody is ready to take responsibility.
Kindlly do the need full & return my Handset.

Dear sir,
I am a Major Head of the Department of Finance In J&K State of India. I had bought a Nokia N 70-I mobile phone from an authorised Dealer in jammu in Sept. 2006. It gave me good service till its Display started giving trouble in May 2008. The signal also was waxing and waning. I took it to an authorised service centre at Bakshinagar Jammu. The centre took an unusually long time to rectify the fault of replacing the Display Chip. This made me suspicious. I took the phone to another service centre at Gandhinagar jammu . To my astonishment I was told that while fixing the display chip the motherboard has been overheated and this has damaged the other functions. I was referred to a private service centre. I was told that the PCB of the phone requires replacement due to unknown damage caused by overheatig of the mother board. The estimated cost worked out to Rs.2600.
It is thus clear that service centres are being established without proper training of the staff working there. This is giving a bad name to the otherwise well established Mobile phone company. It is also not clear why people have more confidence in a Private repair outlet than the three authorised service centres in the city of jammu. the private shop is Anil Communications Bahu plaza SCO comlex, Jammu

I Kunal Mahajan Having a Nokia Mobile N73 music edition.I buy this handset from Ludhiana Kipps Market Showroom on 11-Dec-2008.During these 6 months i am facing a problem many times, So i go for repair at your Nokia Care( Model Town Centre).Our mobile problem is Charging, Back Heating & Joy Stick problem.I submit my mobile at your nokia care centre many times.But I am not satisfied regarding my mobile. Nokia nokia award promo

Nokia award promo sent me e-mail that I am winning the sum of 250 000 pounds and for delivery of the check to me by fed ex, I have to pay a fee 300 pounds. I paid it and a few days after mr. George carell, claimed agent from nokia - london, 2nd floor berkley square house, old traford, london w1j 6bd, made me a call again that I have to pay one more fee this time for anti-terrorist certificate - 1200 pounds.
I sent to mr. George carell by western union the sum of 500 pounds only and for another part of the sum he told me that will help me. Everything was ok till the day he made me a call again this time for another fee for second anti - terrorist certificate - 3500 pounds and I didnot paid nothing because I understood that this is a big fraud. Do somebody will protect us? Where is nokia?

me also i recieved the same email, i doubt that it is fraud as they are sending to me name of a person who is cash officer at nokia to send to him courier fees, if they are true why they don't send to me official bank account by the name of the company where i can ensure of it
any way i completed the theme to see its end and when i reached the step of transfering money i prayed to allah (صلاة استخارة ) and believe me noone except allah can tell you the right path, and i went to 3 offices of moneygram and western union, and every time it stops for a reason either they have no exchange of currancy or they didn't accept dollars i have, so it stopped from allah, at that time i became sure that my doubts are true and it is fraud, also when i send them email asking why i'm sending to person not nokia or courier company directly they didn't answer me and evade

my wife recieved the same text today, same code and web address...it's def a scam..please beware !
no one gets 900 grand for owning a nokia especially when it's not even a nokia
ps the latest scam number is =+[protected] if anyone feels the need to bombard this number with texts be my guest!

got phone text exactly same as Ihmu sucks same code EMAJN same live email same 900, 000 pounds. It sounded good for one minute but my phone is samsung

Nokia i will not deal with nokia i2 again

Dear All,

My name is Ibrahim Khaled and I am an Egyptian Citizen. I bought a new mobile “NOKIA 7100” from one of your stores herein Egypt on 28/03/09, next day while I was trying to use it I found out that it is not working so I went to the store they told me that I have to leave it for a week so that they can check it out and fix it, , and I did, But unfortunately they kept the mobile with them for 20 days and then they called me and told me that it was changed, I took the new one and next day while I was trying to use it I found the same problem and its not working I went again to the store and met the manager he told me that I have to leave the mobile for another week so they could send it to the service to fix it and I left the mobile for another 14 Days because as usual they didn’t fix it in the exact date, any were, I took my mobile and went home I tried to use it but I was so shocked as the mobile was still unfixed and when I called the store they told me to give it back to the service to be fixed. Actually I am so disappointed from i2 and starting from today I will not Buy any mobile from it again I will buy from the competitor (Raya) and I will tell al my friends about this story and I will send it to the newspaper to make a counter advertising.

فعلا توكيل فى غايه الكسل والمعامله سيئه جدا ومنتجات رديئه انا اشتريت موبايل من سنه 2007 وحصل فيه عطل فى سنه 2009 ورحت لفرع مساكن العبور اللى هو فى فرع صيانه والموظف من غير مايتعب نفسه ولا يتحرك من مكانه بيقولى انه معندوش قطع الغيار بتاعه الموبايل لأنهم وقفو التعامل مع النوع ده قلتلو طيب انا اعمل ايه ما انا شاريه منكم هما دخلو سلعه للبلد وملزمين انهم يوفرو قطع الغيار ولا ا اسافر يعنى المانيا اجيبها الموظف رد عليا فى منتهى البرود والتهكم بيقولى والله انتى مالكيش عندنا غير سنه الضمان بعد كده احنا مش مسؤلين عن الموبايل قلتلو سنه الضمان يعنى تصلحو الموبايل فرى وبعد السنه دى انا اتحمل تكاليف الصيانه وانتو ملزمين بأصلاحه يقولى نسبه تصليح الموبايل لا تتعدى 50% وعمال يقولى ياه ده موبايل قديم قوى ويسخر منى هو من سنه 2007 بقى قديم اوى وهو انا يعنى حمل انى اجيب موبايل كل سنتين بلألافات حسبى الله ونعم الوكيل فيهم

Nokia scam and cheating

I have purchased my Nokia 6300 on 28/01/2008 from a distributor in Faridabad. It started creating problems somewhere in Dec'08, so finally I had to take it to the Nokia Service center at Sec-15 Faridabad for the first time on 7th Jan 2009 to get it repaired. The problem was that the cell gets switched off itself and blinking lights on the display it would take more than 15 minutes to restart and then again switch off itself.The service center repaired the phone and I collected it back.But the problem persisted again a few days later. I had to resubmit it on 14th Jan 2009.They again repaired it and this process continued for 4 TIMES till the warranty of my phone got expired on 24th Feb 2009. Now when I again went with the same problem to the Service Center they said that I will be charged for repairing my phone.I communicated to Nokia customer center too through e-mails, in the beginning they assured me of repairing it under warranty but after sometime they too stopped replying my mails. Please tell if 4 services could not repair the damage can another PAID service will be able to get the problem solved.
