My husband purchased a pair of Easy Spirit shoes that were made in Italy about 6 years ago. He has used these shoes more for a dress casual use.
We went to church on Christmas Eve, here in Wisconsin where it was snowing, and all of a sudden when he was walking into church his feet were getting wet. The rubber on the bottom of the shoe had cracked, straight across the pad of the foot, and the rubber on the heal had started to crumble and fall off in chunks. Needless to say it was quite embarrassing . I'm not sure what you can do about this calamity, but this should not have happened. I have shoes in my closet that are 20 years old and the rubber is still in good shape. I figured they must have been made in China. I was surprised to see they were made in Italy. Please tell us what we should do with these shoes.

1. I have purchased nokia 6300 hansdet on 02 March 2009. From the begining itself I was having problems of poor battery backup and very low sound from loudspeaker.
2. Several times I have contacted nearest nokia care and enquired for the above mentioned reasons, they have just updated the software version and said now the problem has been rectifyied.
3. Once again for above mentioned reason on 07 Aug 09 I contacted nokia care ( phoenix services, 888 Khawaspura, Faizabad - 224001 Uttar Pradesh ). I told the problem related to poor battery backup and low sound from loudspeaker. Inspite of the problem related to battery they took only transreciever and returned the battery to me wihout checking battery and I was provided with a jobsheet no.[protected]/090807/20 dated 07 Aug 09 without mentioning the problem loudspeaker with target delivery date of 07 Aug 09 .
4. I visited the nokia care on 07 Aug 09 but the handset was not ready for delivery and I was asked to come on Monday i.e. 10 Aug 09.
5. On 10 Aug 09 at around 1356 Hrs when I went to the nokia care to take the delivery of my handset I found my handset was tampered while doing repairing since there were several scratches (One major scratch on A pannel near USB port, several minor scratches near upper portion of ON/OFF switch). In addition to that there were lots of thumb impressions on inner LCD.
6. When I told the matter to the concern dealing person, he refused to accept the fault done while repairing the handset. when asked for the complaint book and nokia care manager neither complaint book was provided not the manager came forward. Every staff in the nokia care start acting as manager and started giving excuses for the mistakes. At about 1500 hrs I made a call to your customer care and tolt the matter then manager came forward and accepted his service centre fault. On the instruction of Mr. Abid form customer care I refused to take the delivery of my handset and asked the manager to replace the pannel of mobile and arrange the delivery before 13 Aug 09 as I was leaving for Srinagar(J &K), the same was promissed by the manager of nokia care Mr. Vipin Pandey. In the same regards a complaint was logged by Mr. Abid form customer care with no. [protected].
7. From 10 Aug 09 onwards I have made several calls to nokia care regarding the delivery of my handset before or on 13 Aug 09 as I was leaving for Srinagar(J &K).
8. On 13 Aug 09 evening I came to know they will not be able to deliver the handset on 13 Aug and again promissed for delivery on 14 Aug 09 but unfortunately nokia could not keep the promises and On 14 Aug 09 I left for Srinagar(J &K) without handset.
9. Everytime nokia is promissing for a delivery date and failing for the delivery of the handset. Twice they have broken there promissed date of delivery.
10. You are kindly requested to look into the matter at the earliest and arrange the delivery of the handset.

I have a nokia 3110c phone. The problem is, everytime I try to switch it on, it only shows the nokia logo then flashes 3 times then continues to fully switched off. I switched it on again but same thing appears. I cannot open my cellphone to restore factory settings or change any settings. THERE IS A LITTLE SOLUTION... THAT WORKED IN MY PHONE AND OTHER 3-4 PHONES...
1. Remove battery, memory card and SIM for some 5-6 hours ( In my case, first time it consume 10 hours and 2nd time it consume 5-6 hours)
2. then after 5-6 hours, Only attach battery without sim-card or memory card
3. And start the phone, it works and then restore settings...
IF IT DOESN'T...THEN WAIT FOR SOME MORE HOURS...
OTHERWISE U HAVE TO UPDATE UR PHONE IN NOKIA CARE...

I was purchesing new noia e71 model from vikas sales at nadiad. A day after 2-3 I faced problem for menu. Menu key not open. After that I contcat to vikas sales. I purchased one nokia mobile, model. No.6300 imei no. [protected] from super telecom, super lane, bank road, rampurhat, birbhum cash memo no 471dated, 28.04.09 with other accessories on consideration of rupees 6750/-.
The said mobile set is not working as the lcd display is not visible, for which I sent the set to the said retailer on 04.04.09 & who sent the set to suri nokia service center, who returned the set giving a remark & ldquo; liquid damage” and sent back the set as it is. Now what should I do with this set? This is an inherent defect of the set. They advised me to repair the set from out side which may cost for about rs / - 1000/-. I bought a nokia e63 on 12.07.09. By 24.07.09 the camera stopped working. I gave it to nokia care and I was told that the software had become outdated. How can a software become outdated in 10 days which can lead to the camera not functioning? After that I was told that I will get the cell back within two hours. I got it back after several hours of waiting. When I got it back the problem was the same. I was told by the nokia people that I should stop using the internet through my cell.

i harish rawat purchased a nokia 5130 xpressmusic on 08mar.2009 from universal cellular point 4-5 chowk kc road nit faridabad. but after two month later a problem create that was network drop during call.i go to shop, he reply to go nokia care. i submitt my phone on 28 may 2009. after two days they returned the phone, that is ok . but problem was not solved. i submitted it 2nd time on 18 june with job sheet no [protected]/090618/37. after some time they call me that phone is ok. but prolem was not solved. i sumitted 3rd time with same job sheet no. but after three time repair my phone is not working .can u tell me what should i do
