But when I received it ws wrong item it was a beauty product then I send back pay extra money so I waited for their delivery again according to their customer service represtative so we need a refund until now we cannot contact them

Please help me to get my refund as per above mentioned order dated May, 23, 2020.
They are not replying in my compalint after so many follow ups, email and without proper contact we can speak with.

I hope you will help me to get my money back or get equivalent product, items that will compensate my loss. Also resolve it in urgent manner

I have order from awok.com om 4th april and paid aed 247 from my credit card, still awok didn't return my amount or deliver the product. I just saw alot of people facing the same issues and awok is scamming people.
Awok is scam website so please people do not buy from this website any more. Awok do fraud and looting people hard earn money.

I little bit research about the owner of awok, the guy name is ulugbek yuldashev and team is lars øivind haakenstad and denis all are fraud.
There office is 3202 aa1 mazaya business avenue jlt.

I will visit there office tomorrow and will try to get my payment from there. I will not allow anyone to scam with me and take my money.

I paid the above order 21. May.20 however untill now 01. June.20 still not delivered. No one picks up thier phone, will never answered on hundred emails I sent asking for update and follow ups. Stay away from awok.com online shopping. Disreputable cheating business must put to end.

This is the worst online store I ever experienced. I cancelled my order on feb 10 2020 but till now may 29 2020 I didnt received refund and no replies to my communications. After a long research and phone calls I figured out the authority which awok.com comes under. Thats dmcc free zone, here is the link and procedure to make complaint about awok.com to authorities. Go to dmcc. Ae-at the bottom clk support-help center-dispute center - click on others dispute center - small blue window pops up scroll down to last then click on creat case - then fill ur details. Thats it.

I had placed one order on 24th April order 61651334A1 and no updates regarding the delivery after 1 week. No response when I try to contact their customer care number. Already fedup of keep following up with them as they are giving automated emails only from [protected]@awok.com

So I decided to cancel my order and Till today i have not received the refunded amount in my card account.

I ordered Laptop on 27-Feb-2020 and I cancelled on same day. I paid through card. I try to call several times, most of the time nobody attend the phone, 2 times only they attend the phone send the mail after my compulsion they send the reply only on Mar-17, after that no response. Already two months left. But still refund is not received.

This is to inform that Awok had agreed to refund my amount for the faulty items returned to Awok. Till today i have not received the refunded amount in my card account.

Despite my several emails and phone calls, neither my amount nor the items was replaced.

I have ordered xiaomi Mi 9T pro and screen Protection. After placing my order they have already deducted the amount on my account. After a few days. I received a call telling me that the item isnt available and so they will refund the money back on my bank account. It has been 5 days already and i havent even getting the money nor receive any phone calls from tech support.

my first experience in this website, don't even try to purchase on awok. com, i order a watch a G shock gx 56bb. the price was irresistible so i decided to order it, two days ago i was so excited i received the item. wow a ladies watch in the box of G shock. then i complaint about the item i received, i sent a images of the item. then i received an email stating that to return the item i am responsible for the expenses. that's not right, they have the liability to all the products that come in and out in their premises including the cost of return. i do purchasing many times in different online shopping website but only on awok.com was totally horrible experience.

I bought a dress from awok.com a month ago and asked them to collect it as it was not at all the size mentioned on the site.. aside from that, I raised a complaint to have it collected and have been following up for a month+ ... but their after sale service is more than PATHETIC..

I purchased a laptop (Apple Macbook A1342) with one month warranty from Awok on 17th August 2019 through order number 992-599-72A-1. The product I received was not working properly. A complaint was raised and the item was collected back from me on 18th August 2019. Claim no.[protected]. I called the customer care several times and they are informing me it is under verification. Now it is almost 1.5 months since the item is taken back from me. I have asked for refund. Till now there is no update. They have responded that verification is under process.

I made order with Awok.com - Order 10005016A1 already 10 days completed I don't received my order yet when asked to delivery team they said to contact awok and when I send mail to awok they said contact with delivery team please help me
I have to leave for India as soon as possible this will be very helpful me if it's resolved

I bought a fan in Dubai, UAE from AWOK.com which is from a manufacturer from Egypt. The warranty says I have a 1-year claim and I bought the product on 04/19 and broke down in August 2019. Called Awok as they are the distributors and they said they will not honor the warranty due to their internal warranty policy of 3 days. AWIK is a scam. The customer agent said he would inform management but I never received a call back. Their customer service is horrible. They sell extremely poor quality products and they know that these will break. Please dont buy from AWOK.com

i received a broken item and put a complaint they took the item and when i asked the delivery man what should i do now i need my money back he tell call the customer service it is been 1 week trying to call them no one answer more then 100 call customer service 0 they are the worst i send email and call no one is answering

I like to inform that I order one mobile nd there information that I will got on 31st ...so I ordered in 28 July...but still now I didn't receive my order...now 3rd August...can I get today or tomorrow my delivery..plz..7days now..so kindly request to u.. this is happening for me 2nd time.. only on 1st time I got in one day..but after start late delivery..4 days 5 days..now 7 days.. sorry..

Awok will not given my refund since last 21st June 2019. My complaint number is 451561067409. I called more than 50 times and mail to awok 30 times so far. But all sales/support team not given any solution for my refund. I spend almost 50 DHS for calling this awok people to get solve..and refund 135 DHS ..but no hope...

I ordered last July 11th for camping backpack and 2 unit of Bluetooth headset - blue and yellow. Expected delivery date is on 16-18th of July..
After a couple of days, I received an email saying that the yellow headset will be delayed. On July 14th, I received the blue headset and the backpack. I've waited patiently for my last order to be shipped. Unfortunately, 11days had passed and there is no message from AWOK. So I decided to send a follow-up email from their customer support. After 48hours, they responded saying that it's not available in the warehouse and they already ordered from the supplier and they prioritize my order whatsoever. Then now, 25th of July, I received an email stating that I cancelled my order. Another email came. If I want to cancel it, I wouldn't wait for 16days and will cancel it right away! Another email came, refund has been processed. Let's wait and see for the refund credited in my account for a 22aed worth. It's my first time to order in AWOK and I am soooooooo disappointed! Fix your system guys.. bad service!
