3 days ago, I recieved my order from awok the samsung s5. When I open it I saw the device in the upper side of lcd have little bit open, I want only to change the phone or to refund the money.. Please change the item because the samsung is not good condition.

I bought items from Awok.com lately. While adding my address I selected Riyadh city where I live. Next mandatory option was to select Area. I tried hard to find my area if listed but poor website showed few names only. I was unable to proceed checkout hence I had to choose another area from drop-down list and mentioned my area in next box. What worst and surprising show was when I saw my mobile number belongs to UAE. When I tried to correct my number with Saudi Arabia's code it shown invalid contact number. This was sign of cheap portal. Most awful experience was Awok.com customer service who really doesn't exist. Unfortunately this thief didn't left option to cancel my order. Therefore I would like to warn you please stay away from such fake website.
change of delivery location
Last friday june 9 2017 I placed an order to awok but accidentally put the wrong address. Now theres an option there where you can change the delivery location but its not working... Ive tried it several times but still not saving.. Ive even tried requesting for a call back but they didnt even help me.. yesterday I received a call from someone confirming my my orders.. I also tried to asked them if is it possible to send the parsel to my preffered location but they asked me to file a complain.. so pls pls pls I need a immediate responce from you guys I dont want may parsel to be delivered in a wrong address.. or ill cancel it.

flash sale of samsung galaxy tab today
I participated in the flash sale today at 1:50pm waiting for long hours and when the deal unlocked I entered all my details but I couldn't process the order as I was getting error as "unable to connect to the server, please try again later". This error I got even when I took just 5-10 seconds to fill up the form and click on take me to the deal. This is a clear case of cheating and fraud. They're just duping customers and necessary action should be taken against them and I want my tab. I also have the screenshot as a proof of my claim.
No response from awok customer care. They say its problem from my side, my server. Funny excuses for cheating customers.

I spoke to an Abdul Halim on the phone to Awok.com regarding my issue. I made an order a number of days ago and in my error I uploaded pictures of the wrong card. I was annoyed that I was not made aware of my mistake rather my order was just cancelled. I had been expecting the delivery to come today but now I have had to make the order again.
When on the phone to Abdul Halim I asked when my refund will be processed. He responded to say it will take 24 hours . I asked again when does the 24 hour time period begin and he replied to say "Oh My God". I felt like he was treating me like an idiot showing his frustration with me asking a straightforward question. I have worked on the phones in the past providing customer service. It is not difficult to be nice and polite over the phone and I found that Abdul was quite unprofessional. I strongly consider it to be unacceptable and I won't be speaking highly of Awok.com again.

Worst service ive ever seen. The technical department was supposed to refund my product and didnt do it and starting saying lying and said that the product was damaged when the person who collected it did a check on the product. I had purchased a scooter and was ask to return it with the box. The person who came to collect it, saw the scooter and said he couldnt take the scooter because he didnt have a car and in fact came in a bike. The second time someone came after 2 days, they asked me to remove the box because they didnt have space for a box. I removed the box and just gave him the scooter and now they wont refund it and saying that I should have given the box even though someone from their company said they dont need a box. Very uninformed staff and have a very ill mannered and rude way of talking to a customers. Would never buy or recommend this company for anyone.
I would rather pay more money and get from elsewhere than from AWOK again.

On Wednesday 24.05.2017 I ordered a Enet E70, Dual Sim, Dual Cam, 5" IPS, Gold mobile phone, as soon I placed the order I realized I have entered the wrong phone number.I send a mail informing you of this error( of which I got no response), I also called and spoke to someone on this very day and I was told the problem has been rectified.To my surprise today 27.05.2017, I have just received a mail informing me that my order has been cancelled.It seems nobody bothered to rectify the problem.What do I do?Order again and wait?Why was my order cancelled without informing me first?

I purchase some items online on awok.com, I received one fan which is not working, I make complain for this to customer care . now I receive call that there will be no replacement or refund but they give me coupon of same amount that I can use for next purchase within 7 days, means if I don't wish to purchase more items from them they are forcing me to do so with delivery charges for next purchase.

Today morning I have received the mobiles, enet e60 is working properly as soon as I inserted the battery and enet e30 isn't working and it is showing as plane white light on the mobile. I ordered HTC electric kettle, kagoo mobile and 1 shades 3 days back. Order no order no.[protected])I didn't got the chance to open my orders during the delivery time (May 14, 2017 around 5:30 pm). But in less than 10 mins after your delivery man left, i opened it and to my surprise, i saw the kettle was damaged. It was not in it's proper shape. I called the guy who delivered it, and he instruct me to call your customer service no..The next day (May 15, 2017), i spoke to one of your customer service representative and I was informed by her that she can't assist me regarding the matter.she just told me to send email regarding my complain.

I made my order last May 6, 2017. I decided to pay it online by using my debit card. I was waiting for it to be delivered to me but no one contacted me on that day May 8, 2017. WhenI tracked my order I was surprized to i k now it was bwen delivered to me. How come? I never receive any od those items I ordered. While Calling to Support through landline found agent lies twice, 1st lady inform I will receive call from the technical team for assistance for which she will update only the order remarks and I can go through with the same order for future reference. 2nd call another stupid agent Ms Amrita informed there are nothing updated for which i am asking and also she cannot log complaint i wait more than 5 min for supervisor support but she informed same i will receive call from supervisor by end of day today. still didn't received any call from anybody.
i will must share my experience in the market for well reputation.
