hi,
i purchased lenovo tab 2 from awok yesterday, but they send me default piece it did not start at all, i am really very disappointed with them as it is my 3rd very bad experience with them previously i ordered them a sony phone but it was heating and it went off, i gave a complaint to them and they said they will not refund my amount i need to rebook something, i orderd Alcatel one touchx phone but it went good till 3 days but on the fourth day suddenly it went off and a great thing is that they give only 3 days checking warranty if it is after 3 days they will charge extra for picking up and for repairing it is a bull ###, i mean i dont understand why this awok is selling things which are not working or default pcs they need to check first then keep for sale, every body is not sitting free for awok to purchase and then find defaulters and keep calling them and get angry, i paid through my credit card and i dont know what will be done.

I received defective fault product from sales team and i returned with complaint registration. From one month waiting still not received my device. Its a horrible experience i face with this awok. So many times requested call back service. useless support I received.
It is better to take legal action against the awok all over the UAE and government should close the company. UAE is good for law and order. These kind of business peoples misusing and spoiling the name of country.

I made call back request 3 days before and Today I received the call from AWOK support team, they were repeating the same story like " mobile keypad is working fine, we checked from our end and we will update to the concerned department"
I don't know who is the concerned department, After all, it's a small product and not capable of resolving the issue.

I purchased Item from awok end of last month.. they send the wrong item showing by the add . I contacted the customer service several times but same answer some one will contact me soon, I wasted a lot of time to contact the customer service even today ... but in between customer executive has mute or cut the call, , i am so disappointed I was sleeping and I contacted again and again to clear my issue but some one simply cut the call it's so bad attitude by the customer experience.. faulty smart phone and no pick up arrangement
I purchased a Xplay Dual sim smart phone from awoke and found the phone is not working properly and can't recognize sim card. The very next day I made a complain. They told me that someone will pick up the phone and I will be given a coupon code valued for the same amount. Unfortunately it's been more than a month, no one has come to pick the item up and neither I have got any refund. I use to follow up every alternate day..But no progress till now.

Dear Respected UAE editors,
My name is Mohammed Sheriff and I work for Emirates Group I am writing this email to complaint regarding Awok.com, it’s about safety I know UAE doesn’t allow anyone if the safety measure is not followed correctly, this shouldn’t be repeated to other customer’s as this is highly dangerous, that is the reason I felt I should highlight it to you all.
It was one of my worst experience with them and it was terrible. I ordered Enet E 60mobile from Awok as soon as I received i had kept for Charging within 10 minutes charger got busted and my power plug extension got damaged I called up customer care and informed about this incident. following day I received a call from them assuring that they will sort out this issue within 2 to 3 working days but nothing happened, after 20 days again I had to call and remind about my complaint, finally a courier guy to picked up the faulty item including my power extension on 2nd April. Again I called to check on status spoke to one of the supervisor Sagar, as per him they checked the charged there is no spot of damage and its perfectly working fine.
Actually they understood the problem before it gets escalated they have replaced new charger and informing me that it’s perfectly in working condition but luckily I took the picture of the charger when it got busted. So far I have still not got any response from Awok all my phone and power plug is with them.

I am writing this email for complain against the customer care or delivery man or how ever is responsible for this. I have order some products from awok.com order number. [protected] before 1 week. And I have paid for the order same time.
Product was not delivered. I have waited for 1 week. I called the customer care service they told with in 24 hours. But I waited again for 48 hours not yet delivered. And today I got a mail ordered has been cancelled. I called customer service again they told driver called me and I didn't pick. But wahali no driver call me. The delivery never happens and you dont get your money back.
Be careful with the flash sales and promo offers. Most of products arr fake even if they are delivered. They don't respond to any emails and neither does their service team know anything.

I bought the below 6 items Order Number #[protected] by total AED 121, when I am trying to download any application mobile phone system not accepting although the SD card inserted & always error popup.

Based on that I submit a complain [protected] & explained the issue, then after 3 days somebody collect the phone and gave me the attached paper & informed me that AWOK team will contact me for the refund.
Last Tuesdays I received the mobile phone back from Fetchr delivery with the same issue plus the wireless not working, so I spoke with someone from AWOK Team he informed me that he will not do anything because he didn’t find complain Number in my account and after 10 minutes he close the line in my face & I am sure the call is not dropped because I heard the survey IVR after that.
Again I submit a call request with AWOK team & nobody call me back.
Further today the agent opened the line & don’t talk till 7 minutes (you can check my calls history)
So please collect the Mobile phone from me & refund me urgently.
If I am not a valued customer & should be respected its fine, I will never buy from your website.

Dear Sir, I have placed the above order on 02-03-2017 for the subject mobile and received the item after 3 days. Same day itself, I found the item is poor in quality as wifi will not work properly after few meters away, very less sound while talking over phone like many and decided to return the product and filed a complaint. Later a courier company came and picked up the mobile and same time I requested that person also to check for all items and capture Photo also and he took the same. After that many time I called awok customer service for the follow up but no action for more than 1 month. Now one executive called me and told that they cannot refund money as the one small paper compartment is missing from the mobile packed box. So we area returning the item back to you.
Actually my complaint is about the product and the resolution is different. From this I could understand that they want to escape from the issue. Executive left the call with a propejustification.Now I need help and advise to resolve the issue.

This was the worst online shopping experience I have ever had in my life.
I bought a product worth aed 57.
1. Product is a failure so I request for return and refund.
2. Fetcher collected the product from me after 2 weeks another failure.
3. Waited for another 3 weeks to get a reply from your technical team another failure.
4. Your team requested to sent my Emirates Id details.
5. After 1 week i get a message to collect refund from Al Ansari exchange and I got aed 39 back.

Ordered few product at awok.com on 27/03/17 and paid the amount online through my credit card. After more than a weeks delay and the customer service unsure of when they could deliver the item then they ask to submit password, card no, cvv of credit card to proceed so i felt it unsafe, i cancelled the order and requested for my refund. Now after more than 10 days after the request and several calls to the customer care, i havent received my refund. They keep on saying "will forward to accounts and they would look into it".
