i recive this Toshiba laptop on 30th of March 2017 at 6.00 pm. But the problem is when I connect to the charger it is not visible in the screen and not charging.Also switch off the laptop when remove the charger.I buy a new charger and try on this but the problem is same.Do suitable solution on this matter.My telephone number [protected].My email [protected]@gmail.com.My order number is [protected].

This device was post as 1 aed the other day, and because of that i buy one, ive already got it, and have it charged for 15hours to make sure it has the power that i needed. I charged my iPhone yesterday and was fully charged, now when i charged my phone again, it only reached for 50%, is this power bank a fraud? Thinking that it has 30, 000 mah? Please make necessary actions for this. Thanks

So far is not credited in my account I was waiting for more than 8 days no repsponds from your end I sent a mail to your sales team but I am reply from him through telephone you are registering complaint but no response even Daily I am sending call back request you are not calling me. I purchased some products under order ref-[protected]. however i would like to return one item which is the mobile unit Kagoo s12 which is defective from day 1 that i used. I called the costumer service so much ... and almost everyday mostly no one picks up.. well at the last i was told to submit a complain on your website that i could not open. The mobile is defective and does work only an hour after fully charged and the internet also is not working.

I want my money back.

I have ordered some few items but this ecxecutive doesn't give me to check I went my home I check there items is missing in this items website shows 7 peaces I checked both are in only 4 peaces and mobile not working plsss kind the needful call back me fast I am waiting I don't want this items I will take another item

My order number is [protected] and I've received product delivery confirmation message(awok.com) March 19, 2017. the following day Tuesday March 20, 2017 your delivery man with mobile no. [protected] called me for the delivery but I ask him to deliver my goods on March 23, 2017 thursday because I was in Al Ain on that time and he agree. Today, Thursday, March 23, 2017 at around 4.30 pm, I call him again and this time, I told him to deliver my goods in tipanan restaurant in diyafa satwa at 5.30 pm and he agree and confirmed to me to deliver my goods. I've waited your delivery man up to 6pm but he did not come so I phone call him again but this time he tell another story that he said he is in other area then he ask my name again and told me that my name is not in his delivery list. how come that my name is not in his delivery list when he was calling me many times for the delivery of my goods?.. and he is very rude and very unprofessional.

I want to return this item because it's too small. I want to take the next size. I paid by my debit card. Many times I was calling on your given number customer care. One of your staff I talked already but he said he's new thats why our conversation goes nothing. Please I need your feedback very soon. Pls call this no.below. Thank you

I brought from awok this item (olympia 10 pcs casserole set with glasses cover for 49 dhr) but when I received it it was only 3 pcs plus the cover answer it means that not the same item which I brought. Please finish this case as soon as possible and this is the order number [protected] because it took long time and no one can help from call centre

I made an order, where were 8 colors of choices on item, but no option to choose. So i placed an order, and for all day was trying to reach call center, I left a call back request, no one called, I hang up on the line for 15 min after I finally reached mr Rad. He was very rude, and said that driver will send me a color, which supplier have, and if I will not liked i need to proceed with refund. He said, he can't call me before delivery to inform about the color, as well I can't cancel 1 item on a delivery time. So I cancel all my order just because of this unacceptable service !

Good day... I had found out that there is scratch on the panel... And among the specs statedvis that it is touch screen but found that it is not so... I cant encode data since no word and no wifi on it. Please have it replaced by asus. I already ordered one but as of this moment I am already blocked by your system... I bought one iron box and car vacum cleaner from awok and it is the worst products in the world. I registered a complaint for service of iron box and they collected it from me and returned it says the issue has resolved and working fine. but the iron box is not heating. Please don't buy anything from awok it is just waist of money 100%. if you value your money please don't go for it.

Today ur man delivered. Then I tried to start but nothing, I thought may b after charge, so I put on charge but nothing happen, then immediately I call deliver man (Dileep) he gave his senior cell no. But that guy didn't take ph. While i'm calling continuous from 1pm to 4:30pm but no response I paid for labtap 459+18 dhs n took the much tension n from awok no help is there. While in that time I also call three times in office 04_3604242 but its gone in exchange n on long hold n not thing, so after this s story what I do I not understand who take responsibility n who ll solve my problem.

I received the item last Feb25 and was trying to use it but it's not turning on. I thought it's not charged yet so started charging it. As I check the following day (Tue. Feb28) it's still not working so I started calling your customer support but could not possibly connect. I would like to request a return or even to exchange this item because it's completely not working and it is really unfair that I paid for nothing. At first glance, you will be able to see that it has been already used because of the scratches at the front and back parts. I know that I am purchasing the item for a cheap price but still, it should be working. I did not buy a dummy item so I can use just for display purposes. Please refer to the pictures. I hope you will do something about this complaint because your company's reputation is at stake for selling defective items which are completely useless and as a customer, I honestly paid it in full. As I check your return policy it says that I can return it within 14 days but your call center mentioned within 24 hours that is really unacceptable.

I immediately phoned the delivery person about the problem and he advised me to call Awok.Please have the problem fixed by replacing the damaged tablet.
