iphone 4 - 16gb white — it's not ringing
Dear awok .com,
I purchased last week an IPhone 4- 16 GB white..It was delivered last Tuesday February 21, 2017. I tried to used the fon but the problem is the iPhone is not ringing when there is a call. It's keeping on vibrate or silent only. I tried to checked in the settings but it seems there is a problem with this Iphone. Can you please change the item iPhone 4? And make it sure there's no problem with this item.

On 9th.Feb.2017 I placed an order no. [protected]. But the product mentioned above didn't have headsets, has Apps that are locked in German or French can't change to English, worse still manual also is German. Noticed this on 15th.Feb.2017 at around 11:58 after making my payment to parzel staff.
So Today called your center..talked to your staff Mr Ali on coupon no. 8142 at 1350hours and was advised to fail an online compliant for a solution to this. Below are attached pictures.

Ordered a product at awok.com on 01/02/17 and paid the amount online through my debit card. After more than a weeks delay and the customer service unsure of when they could deliver the item, i cancelled the order and requested for my refund. Now after more than 10 days after the request and several calls to the customer care, i havent received my refund. They keep on saying "will forward to accounts and they would look into it". I feel like i am being betrayed by the online shopping site. Please look into this and take necessary action for my refund.

I ordered 5 items, 2 of them arrived broken. Customer service support told me i need to file a complaint online. But the option "my orders" where i am supposed to leave a complaint, doesnt work properly! I just cant file a complaint online, and the last customer service representative just cut the line on me. I cant reach the customer service since then. I am left with 2broken items i cant return. Awful service.

I placed an order on the 2nd December for 42 items, I only received 12 items. They only partially refunded me. They still owe me AED 306 but are now ignoring me. I keep calling them and they say someone will get back to me and return my phone calls, no one does. I have left messages on Facebook, no one has replied, I have left messages on their website, no one replies.
It has now been 8 weeks and still no refund.

I conformed my order after that I got call again after 2 days they are saying this product is not available we can offer you other product. I bought many things from awoke.com every time I am getting less items. I don't know what the management is doing . Its will show on website and you will order after long time they will call and say this product is not available. Its very disgusting. If anyone order please be careful with lots of lies. Don't believe on this online website, they are wasting your time you have to follow up lots of time for your product.

I ordered laptop on awok.com.they sent me a dummy laptop...non genuine charger..lcd without safety rubbers..page down button was fixed unable to press. While shakig there was a sound.laptop was Dell inspiron but box was having no name on it..normal pakcing box..without any seal..
I returned them back after a day with other box .now they are saying that they will deduct 60 dirham only for box..what the ####...only for 5 dirham box they are chargig 60..i will suggest you all never ever go to awok.com...its bullshut..

awok.com is a scam, it sends you refurbished items, the flash deals is a big lie, none of the items appear in it for sale and if often you click to buy with in time, it will say all items sold.
You can ask for non-electronic items from awok but be careful, they are of very bad quality.
And if you buy electronics, most of them do not work. i wish uae government takes strict action against this website.

fantasy wireless charger for smartphones
I have bought x3 wireless chargers from awok.com immediately after i have recieved the goods i found not one of them are working, i then went online to log a complaint but the system was not updated it still said the product is in delivery.
More then a week i tried to log a complaint and eventually when this online complaint opened to the delivered goods the warranty has expired. I then logged a complaint on the goods that didnt hv a issue for someone from awok to atleast call me back as ive lost alot of money calling them and the call back request does not help no one bothers to call ive requested for a manager to call me but still nothing.
Yesterday the 14th of january 2017 adil called me to apologise but he cannot take the product back as its out of the waranty date... Really after i have explained to him the story. Truely awok does not care about their customer. Ive told him to check and see howmany goods ive bought and also check howmany times ive called and requested for a manager to call me back. This is really unexceptable and sporadic service. I didnt get the goods for free.
I would like someone who can deal with this issue to call or mail me not a normal techical support or customer care agent.
