Dear awok .com,

I purchased last week an IPhone 4- 16 GB white..It was delivered last Tuesday February 21, 2017. I tried to used the fon but the problem is the iPhone is not ringing when there is a call. It's keeping on vibrate or silent only. I tried to checked in the settings but it seems there is a problem with this Iphone. Can you please change the item iPhone 4? And make it sure there's no problem with this item.

On 9th.Feb.2017 I placed an order no. [protected]. But the product mentioned above didn't have headsets, has Apps that are locked in German or French can't change to English, worse still manual also is German. Noticed this on 15th.Feb.2017 at around 11:58 after making my payment to parzel staff.
So Today called your center..talked to your staff Mr Ali on coupon no. 8142 at 1350hours and was advised to fail an online compliant for a solution to this. Below are attached pictures.

Ordered a product at awok.com on 01/02/17 and paid the amount online through my debit card. After more than a weeks delay and the customer service unsure of when they could deliver the item, i cancelled the order and requested for my refund. Now after more than 10 days after the request and several calls to the customer care, i havent received my refund. They keep on saying "will forward to accounts and they would look into it". I feel like i am being betrayed by the online shopping site. Please look into this and take necessary action for my refund.

I ordered a Chromebook from your website by mistake my need is laptop because the Chromebook will not help me at work I bought it for work and it will not help me i didn't use I just opened and closed the item still in the original package if you do favour to change it for me I will be satisfied because this Chromebook is useless for me reply to me please as soon as possible.

Recently I have purchased one mobile kagoo s9 along with other item
order # [protected], the total amount was 51 DH, but from my account you have deducted 76 dirham,
I have file my complaint many times through phone call and always got response saying our sales department will call you back, but now it has been 2 weeks and I did not receive any call nor any arrangement to compensate the amount.

Please let me know what should I do to compensate this amount or is it gone forever?

I have place HTC Desire 10 lifestyle, 32GB, 4G LTE, Dual Sim, White, but they send me different mobile.

The mobile phone package mentions the model: HTC desire 10 lifestyle, but only single nano SIM option. Also for records, the IMEI number: [protected] mentioned on the mobile package shows an entirely different mobile. How can it be possible,
I am really disappointed since last 10 days(from the date of receipt of the wrong mobile phone) because of careless service, wasting my valuable time and money.
no body giving proper reply about my complaint.

-quality is not as good as expected
-color posted (which I expected pink) was different with what was delivered
-item was too small (Nokia)
-it doesn't look real, it looks like a toy (S-color)
-low camera quality for both phones
-the item is too bulky (S-color)

I am requesting to change the 3 units to 3 pcs LG FX0 Android (transparent) which I also received and a very good quality as I compared.

I ordered 5 items, 2 of them arrived broken. Customer service support told me i need to file a complaint online. But the option "my orders" where i am supposed to leave a complaint, doesnt work properly! I just cant file a complaint online, and the last customer service representative just cut the line on me. I cant reach the customer service since then. I am left with 2broken items i cant return. Awful service.

I abhishek dey already ordered varois watches gold rings but one watch was defective and i complaint about it to replace but these mother####er sister####er worst cheap useless company thats why they r cheapest they didnt even bother to replace or reply about my complain query they just refused. Now i will go to dubai police woth each and every prove i have from order to complain and will handover to them will put a case against them. #### u awok mother####er #####es. U suck my ###. The above mentioned details are about the order which I placed online with awoke.com, that you send me. But unfortunately I haven't received my order till date. So I request you to go through the matter and arrange delivery as soon as possible

I placed an order on the 2nd December for 42 items, I only received 12 items. They only partially refunded me. They still owe me AED 306 but are now ignoring me. I keep calling them and they say someone will get back to me and return my phone calls, no one does. I have left messages on Facebook, no one has replied, I have left messages on their website, no one replies.
It has now been 8 weeks and still no refund.

I order HP laptop on Awoke.com, after 2 days I got call from awoke.com one lady called for order confirmation. I conformed my order after that I got call again after 2 days they are saying this product is not available we can offer you other product. I bought many things from awoke.com every time I am getting less items. I don't know what the management is doing . Its will show on website and you will order after long time they will call and say this product is not available. Its very disgusting. If anyone order please be careful with lots of lies. Don't believe on this online website, they are wasting your time you have to follow up lots of time for your product.

I ordered laptop on awok.com.they sent me a dummy laptop...non genuine charger..lcd without safety rubbers..page down button was fixed unable to press. While shakig there was a sound.laptop was Dell inspiron but box was having no name on it..normal pakcing box..without any seal..
I returned them back after a day with other box .now they are saying that they will deduct 60 dirham only for box..what the ####...only for 5 dirham box they are chargig 60..i will suggest you all never ever go to awok.com...its bullshut..

awok.com is a scam, it sends you refurbished items, the flash deals is a big lie, none of the items appear in it for sale and if often you click to buy with in time, it will say all items sold.
You can ask for non-electronic items from awok but be careful, they are of very bad quality.
And if you buy electronics, most of them do not work. i wish uae government takes strict action against this website.

اشتريت 3 منتجات من موقع اوك شاحن هاتف. كيبورد للايباد وايضاً اداه لتنظيف البشره واليوم وصلت الطلبيه ولَم اجد الشاحن واداه تنظيف البشره لا تعمل والكيبورد ذات حجم صغير وايضاً لديه شاحن هواتف وليس وصله للايباد ومنتجات هذه الشركه مما رئيته رديئه الأسعار جميله لكن لايوجد جوده في المنتجات اولا لا ظمانه في الجوده وايضا لا إتقان في العمل حيث ان بعضالمنتجات تصل والاخرى لا ومع ذالك لا تعمل !

I have bought x3 wireless chargers from awok.com immediately after i have recieved the goods i found not one of them are working, i then went online to log a complaint but the system was not updated it still said the product is in delivery.
More then a week i tried to log a complaint and eventually when this online complaint opened to the delivered goods the warranty has expired. I then logged a complaint on the goods that didnt hv a issue for someone from awok to atleast call me back as ive lost alot of money calling them and the call back request does not help no one bothers to call ive requested for a manager to call me but still nothing.
Yesterday the 14th of january 2017 adil called me to apologise but he cannot take the product back as its out of the waranty date... Really after i have explained to him the story. Truely awok does not care about their customer. Ive told him to check and see howmany goods ive bought and also check howmany times ive called and requested for a manager to call me back. This is really unexceptable and sporadic service. I didnt get the goods for free.

I would like someone who can deal with this issue to call or mail me not a normal techical support or customer care agent.

Dear awok management

I would like to file a complaint against my order placed dated on 7th Jan 2017 via order no [protected] for iPhone 5.Which is not shipped yet.Second complaint against my order placed via order no [protected] which is also not shipped yet.While placing my order the price was showing 3 AED but after placing order it was showing 12 AED which is injustice of business.The same day I requested for call back but until no response from awok end.If it's your customer service dealing with your clients then I would like to cancel my both order for shaving trimmer & for iPhone 5.
