My order still under review for more than 8 days
I called many times awok " the cost of my calls was more than the order itself " asking to talk to manager but all employees were giving me same reason " please upload your ID & visa card copy " even i request them to let me talk to the one in charge but they keep saying that they will call me back with no response.
Please be noted that you do not have any right to get my personal details especialy regarding my visa card copy.
Why this time you request this & my previouse times which i bought from AWOK you did not ?.
Please help to close this matter & let someone contact me to see how we will do regarding this issue.

Hello my name is ankit I was trying to order a pillo and pillo case however I have to complete 40 dhiram I did I chose some more product but unfortunately it was showing some error like your basket is empty. Your are not honor I tried 3 time then I sent a mail to awoke they send a link for make new password I go to the link and made new account but in nxt morning when u check my balance 140 dhiram deducted from my account and u got 3 pot which is almost same drive refuse to take the product because he said I have done the delivery in my system I called customer care after 2 dates it's completed from delivery in process
Now I am so irritated and I want to refuse to take 1 box 2 I used pls send Somebuddy for collect it..

I have been cheated by this company in several orders..., it seems that if the order does not give benefit to them then they simply cancel the order by saying payment did receive though amount already been debited to your account. my last two orders were cancelled even after fulfilling their all requirements (documents upload etc.) on time. After filing complain no response.. I called several times and even talked to supervisor but no feedback yet..! i suggest all not to waste time placing orders on this site..

product lies - not as what we have expected
Date of incident: 24 july 2017
Complaint description: ordered 4 items and arrived today. Product is not what was as described on the application when we ordered.
1. The learning tab was made of plastic (We were expecting a functional one), the box was already open and the product was damaged when it arrived.
2. The wrist watch is not the same as the photo.
3. The pots and pans are too small! And not non-stick as described on the website.
4. The bracelet was okay.
Desirable solution: either refund or product change with the same worth.
refusing to deliver the missing item which should have been part of delivery
AWOK sold a karaoke speaker but without mike and they refused to entertain the complaint though they agreed it should be part of delivery.
They mentioned I should check it in front of delivery guy who had left
in jiffy after delivering not even verifying my identification . I had raised a formal complaint with AWOK which they responded after 5 days asking me to upload photo after which it would be addressed within next day.
I uploaded the photo same day and called the complaints servicing guy myself next day who responded very arrogantly and said the missing item cannot be delivered as it is my mistake for not having
checked by unpackaging the delivered item then and there.
when i warned him of complaining to consumer complaints section
he responded very arrogantly and said do whatever you want and complain anywhere they don't care.
I want to return the items you send to me because that was all wrong.

I am complaining about my 12, 000 mah power bank and the olympia 10 pcs casserole set with glass cover
I have ordered Olympia 10pcs Casserole set with glass cover and 12, 000 MAH Power bank under track order # [protected]. However, I have received only Olympia 6pcs casserole set instead of 10pcs set and the power bank is not working.
Further, please be noted that I have raised a complaint via Awoke mobile app very next day of my shipment for the same and still it is showing in process without any positive action from your end.

Yesterday my parchel got deliver. I open it and try my things i bought and got 2 items got a defect. First, The Vtech Kidiminiz Interactive Pet Puppy. The battery got leak so its rust. I try putting new battery but it doesnt work. Second, The Quartz Touch Unisex Resin Band Watch. This is not what i expected. It is clearly not the same in the picture. The quality is so bad. Plus it is broken as u see the time doesnt show properly. I would like it to be exchange as soon as possible as i waited for long time to get my items. - This product that I received was not even EUROLUX brand as described in the item. The worst part is when I tried using it, it was good for 1-day use. I was not even able to stitch a thing. They provided a sample piece of cloth there and when I tried it the machine broke immediately. WASTE!
2. Fantasy Wireless Charger For All Qi Certified Devices, Black 1
- They sent this with a box tampered with no user manual and much worst the pad(s) that was supposed to be attached to the phone to get it charged (which I saw on youtube) were not provided. The product look liked neglected for a long time because of the packaging (old and brown colored box.)
I am unable to attach the picture for the wireless charger since I don't have a copy I'm here at work when I posted this.

canceling my order without my knowledge about it
One of the delivery men called and asked me about my order, I told him that I'm not available that day please come tomorrow I will be at that address. I tried calling him back three times to reassure with him and he wasn't picking up, today I received that my order was canceled. Due to my past experience with online shopping, postponing my day for delivery was definitely a no problem, but I've never knew they would cancel my order without my knowledge about it.

your flash sale is just cheating common public, almost every day i get your flash sale but though i fill it in 9 to 10 seconds your page never changes and after few seconds it says product sold or not available, then later on when you chek the screen it gives message as 20 seconds, actually today also i got samsung galaxy s3 frontier for 320, when i completed all the filling options the page did not change as usual and i also got the message product not available within 9 seconds as i was checking in stop watch.
but on the product the screen says 56 seconds, which is not all true,
so guys just want to cheat public as flash sale, first of all when i am login into my acccount when the red button is activated when i press the button the product should automatically get into the cart. instead a screen pops up and ask you to fill first name, last name, id number, email address and finally captcha which is the manipulator will not go to the next screen and after some time as usual message product not available or sold.
where as all this activities happens in 10 to 12 seconds where as your actual screen near the flash sale area shows as 56 seconds.
its a clear cut cheating
when all other products when we press the red button goes to the cart automatically, why is the flash sale doesnt go to the cart directly. as for the flash sale we wait and keep checking by luck we see red band activated but unfortunately you are cheating and wasting our time.
which i plan to bring to the notice of the authorities

I ordered something from awok on 7 June it supposed to be delivered 12-14 June I got delivery msg from 12-15 June like this
Your shipment for order# [protected] has been sent for delivery
I was waiting last 11 days for delivery but finally I got mail that as per my request delivery has been cancelled ohh nice its ware of time I don't know when I cancelled my order but they don't have any reason if you can not deliver so awok should inform within 1-2 days not after 11 days of waiting its fully fake and waste of time I am very disappointed with this I never expect like this it's first and last time thanks

I called the customer care team at Awok and spoke to operator 8237 Alija and all I could hear fro her is ''you will get a call from an agent OK!'' and she kept on repeating the same thing again and again, with no support of when would i be getting a call back from them.
At the same time I had placed another order from Awok.com on 14 June 2017 at 20:19:10pm and make a payment by Credit card however this was delivered the very next day. (Order no: [protected])
Totally dis-satisfied with Awok.com!
