It was my first shopping experience at awok.com and it was terrible.
I ordered 2 items online using credit card on delivery. and still not received till now and the order under processing till now and i send mail to [protected]@awok.com and I still have not got any response from them even after reminders.

brand new mobile not working
Dear team,
I perches this mobile from awoke online last week and since first day when opened shipment mobile is not working even not yet started, than I call to your help line number many times they advise to lock tbe complaint online..
I need new working devices as I pay money for brand new mobile which was clearly mention on your website the time of booking this devise but when I opened mobile was not working and yet not started after charging too.

The worst thing in Awok.com is that they dont care about there customers. One always-busy customer care line for all customers and when you catch the line you hear unqualified people answering your call telling you procedures that you have to follow which will lead to nothing but ignoring rights as a customer. I have received a faulty tablet and I barely manged to inform them. They told me you cant file a complaint until 24 hours pass from your receiving date. This is so bad and awok.com is simply the worst online shop.

And now Sept 6 i open my tablet its working but the video is always forward even if we didn't touch.. i want you awok to fix this or change the item.. I take mobile form awok and when I receive it it was damage from first day i cant use it and i contact the company they take it to fix it and they bring it back after more than 2 weeks and untel now its same problem nothing fixed,

Hi, there Awok.com I am complainging about the mobile I ordered from your company, its an HTC One mobile, last Aug 21 they delivered it to me and when I open it and try to connect to Wifi option is not switching on, I tried the option that I will reset the phone ad I tried it but the problem is still the same, its just keep updating after the update the problem is still there Wifi still not switching on, it will again update but after updating the problem still the same I tried it for how many times in a day but still has the same probem, I called the person who delivered to me but the man said I will cal the costumer service and I called and they said I will file a complain in your site thats why I wrote you my complain and hopefully you can help me with this problem, for I ordered a lot of your items but its my first time to order a mobile, some of the items are ordered before was all fine just now I experienced a problem from the item I ordered from your company, please help me fix this issue or change the mobile or refund my money. Dear Readers, This is to bring to your notice that I place an order from Saudi Arabia, worth US$ 427.73 on 10th August 2017 with Awok.com (which is based in UAE).
Upon deduction of money from my credit card, the shipment status on Awok website stated from 15 to 17 August 2017 and by 16th August 2017 the estimated delivery status / date disappeared.
I spoke with Awok phone representative, who did not provide me the exact reason for the delay, instead saying that I will receive my order ASAP.
I even gave an option to deliver the items which are ready for delivery and the balance items may come once it is in stock or ready instead of waiting for all the items to go in one shipment/parcel.
I made 6 call back requests; sent complain via email for which I received only automated acknowledgement only.
Finally, I have to say that still I have not received my order.

Awok is cheater company, delivered defective items and not replaced from KSA. any item received defective we have to sent at their location own expense. means if you order 100 SR goods and its defective need to pay more than SR: 100 for return the shipment. I face many cases like this and stop to buy from awok and suggest all to not purchase from them.

awok.com is no:1 online fraud company selling low-quality product and doesn't provide any warranty claim as they promised. Hope UAE goverment will take necessary action against this company to save the people's hard earned money.

Open the box. Try using it first time. Put an onion in it to chop and here it goes "the chopper breaks". Such a low and poor pathetic quality plastic they use that its of no use. Irony is call their complaint center and they will not attend call for more than 15 minutes. Very bad experience.
I have ordered a moto 360 2nd Generation smart watch on awok.com and got delivered with the old outdated moto G mobile phone which is not even equivalent to the price of which I ordered.
Please do not order or use awok for any purchases for electronic devices especially mobile phones and smart devices.

I recently ordered an iPhone 7 plus to Germany, the order number is [protected]. The iPhone was said to be delivered on 9-11 August and the order hasn't even been confirmed as of 7th august. The website made us upload pictures of our credit card and passport and most importantly they charged us with the money already and there is no sigh=n of delivery.
We hope you contact us and update as with what is happening as soon as possible and if the delivery is not possible then please refund us. Our money has been taken and this is looking to me as a scam so i strongly hope you reply to this. The progress of the delivery is stuck on that part since 4 days now, I am attaching the piccture.

I purchased the item on 05/08/2017 and on receipt understood the product is a damage piece.
Tried sending a mail to [protected]@awok... and got a ticket number, however none contacted myself and when i contacted their support team, they have no idea about the complaint.
i was asked to go to their site and raise a complaint, however today (being the second day of delivery) still the status shows, out to delivery. and hence cannot raise a complaint.
The support service officers, both Shilpa & Syed - both are impolite and not willing to help the clients.
i have been a frequent buyer from Souq.com and have never encountered such an issue.
