Awok.com open box of my mobile and scratches

i recieved today my order, , , October 14, 2017
my order is Samsung J5, nokia 3310, powerbank
but im very disaapointed with the mobile when i open the plastic i saw the box is open already and i check inside mobilethe mobile is tooo much scratch, the screw is already lost tread is open already its a second hand already, , , i will go philippines on friday u need to give me a new as soon as possible,

Awok.com defective items

Dear Sir,
I am very disappointed and angry about awok.com.
I received my shipment and It has lots of shortage and not the same ordered items.
1)Mobile holder had a lost piece.
2) Hand watch was defective.
3) Mic was not as we ordered .
4) Mobile cover was not as we ordered.

Items that have been ordered had replaced by another, and other items were defective.
I have contacted awok two times last week, they said that we will call you soon, , but nothing done.

Please contact me ASAP to change these items.

Awok.com enet e70, dual sim, dual cam, 5" ips, red

This my order number: [protected]
When I’m trying to download apps from play store I can’t because there’s is no insufficient space in the device even it’s 4 gb the mobile space I tried to solve the issue by my self I bought new micro card 8gb but still the same problem!
I hope some body from awok Dubai Customer service help me in this issue because some of my friends have the same problem and simply no body care !
So what can i do now !

Awok.com cosmetics / old expired stocks

Very bad experience with Awok.

I ordered for a scrub cream in Oct 2017, they sent me one manufactured in March 2015, going to expire in two months or so.

A Mascara for 20 AED which is already dried. So expired

A Lip Gloss, going to expire soon.
A shampoo manufactured years ago about to expire.
A tool box which is totally different than shown in the picture. like a small toy made of recycled plastic etc.

Did I pay hell lot of money for all the expired stocks that should be thrown out by now?

Awok.com refund money

I ordered one mobile for this website, I paid full cash for their website after that only. I am getting delivery date it was too late. So I cancelled my order. Then I received cancellation mail also there they are mentioned your order is cancelled we are refund your money with in 5 working days said like this.
Till not received my money... So any one don't believe this website

Sub: Fake L.G MOBILE SOLD BY AWOK.COM

• I have purchased LG G4, 32GB, 4G LTE, Gold – Refurbished from Awok.com- order number #[protected] dated 18-08-2017, and found that Its not working, I took the mobile to LG service centre and first thing, they confirmed that this mobile is not LG product and its Fake assembled from china, and this product is duplicate in the name of LG, Hence advised to return to the online company, and L.G company also advised that this mobile will not work as when you insert the sim it will show the signal but you will not be able to make any calls.

• I had logged the ticket with awok.com –ticket number [protected]…. Dated…2017-08-29 at 08:06:43

• But awok.com took their sweet time to pick up the parts and before the courier company took delivery checked the item thoroughly for physical damages and scratches and packing items and took a snap and said awok.com will get in touch with me.

After a week awok.com confirmed that they received the mobile and will shortly get back to be after checking the mobile. A week later mr. abdul called from [protected] …. And asked the reason for return advised him I have paid 445 dhirams for LG mobile based on the advertisement in the site, as I am not interested to buy any duplicate LG or assembled product from china in the name of LG. As awok.com is known for there worst services, as they know only to collect money and take the customer for granted and put them to maximum stress, and they are not interested to give any service to the customer.S.
But Mr. Abdul-[protected] from awok.com now started a new story that there is a scratch on the mobile while advised him when the mobile collected it was intact and thoroughly checked by the courier person, before collecting.

Hence advise the management of awok.com to wake up and give the service to the customers rather than only collecting money.
If awok.com do not resolve my issue I may have to lodge a complaint with police station for cheating and file a case

Awok.com old device received (blackberry)

We have ordered a Blackberry unit at Awok.com, and they send us an open box/old phone. We initially made a complaint about it, after 2 days they took the unit back and saying they will replace it with a new one. After days that we didn't heard from them, we decided to call them about the status, they said they cant replace the unit, and the only option they have is to return us the old unit they initially gave. So I have told them that we are not accepting nor taking the refund, but will just choose other unit and whatever price difference it have then we will pay., Which they refuse to agree as well. We have been contacting them from time to time but unfortunately, up to this time we haven't received any refund, nor replacement.

Due to miss communication Mobile network problem I am not receiving order delivery message from SMSA. Order was not delivered to my address return back to AWOK Please send again my order.I contact with SMSA Express they said the shipment was Returned back again so please send my shipment quickly. I waiting for my order so long solve my problem.

Awok.com refund money not received

i order last aug 2 den i decided to cancel my order which is not even process yet, i received an email that my order has been cancelled my order # is [protected] i have even followed up by calling ur customer service and told me to wait for 2 weeks and my refund money will be reflected in my account now it is two months still you did not return my money. i have submitted a lot of email but theres no reply from you . no single agent called me. so this AWOK is a scam. how could u just take money from people? ...

I order some item in awok.com i order same day and i cancel it also because i have mistake to put in shipping adress my full name.Then awok.com processed my item that will be cancelled .Awok.com email me that my refund money is directly contact in may bank account.Hope they process to refund my money in my bank account soon.They not give me days how many day i need to wait to refund it.Hope awok not a scam.And hope customer Cervice contact me.This is my order canceled [protected]

First my parcel is too late
And now the samsa sent me a message to collect my package from Allith, sir how can I collect it from Allith
It is about 130km far from my Mentioned address
My Address is in Jeddah
Not in Allith
And now they have rerouted my parcel to riyadh
Sir I think this is my first and last shopping from awok
I have never saw a service like this

Awok.com an iphone 360 case (product no: 1295003)

I had ordered an iphone 360 degree full body protection case ( color black) along with several other items and unfortunately found this item broken from the volume button control side, therefore need an immediate replacement with a new one. Looking forward for a quick response with regards to the replacement. And this time fully checked and delivered.

Awok.com order confirmation

Order confirmation should call not only one time. I was waiting for my order to move for 3 days as i had previous transactions with you where I did not face any issues so I assumed it will be same. This time I was informed the reason why my order didn't move, even after paying online, is because i wasn't able to answer the call to confirm. I felt that your responsibility of trying to call me again to confirm my order is as important as you receiving the payment so maybe you can somehow do something about this in the future so we can avoid this delay. Looking forward to continue my patronizing your products.

Awok.com worst power bank and mobile phone

Hi.
I had received the items. But I bought (#[protected])1 power bank 50000 but it's not working. I had put full charge and I had changed my mobile.only 20% charged and the power bank battery finish. U had cheated me. And previously I had bought a mobile it's too slow and hanging too much.

Please advise .

Awok.com complaint regarding with the 6 pcs of bowl I received

Hello!

I am writing you a letter complaint regarding with the 6pcs of bowl I received last September 04, 2017. My Tracking Order # is [protected]. I am really disappointed for the very first time with the item I ordered in your website! As I can remember, to this bowl set, I should receive 6pcs BUT unfortunately, I only saw and received 5pcs inside the box (1pc of plate and 4pcs of small bowls).

I was trying to call the courier who delivered in our house because of my disappointment with the items, he didn't even gave us the receipt and just get the payment very quick!

I am hoping for a quick response in your side. Thank you!

Awok.com iron polartec electric iron which is broken and technical defect.

Hi, awok.com I am complaining about the irons. I ordered 2 olampia irons from your company but when I received from the courier its not the olmpia its polartec and it had broken the handle and second one is not responding. What about the company which u show on awok shopping. There is a huge mistake u have to replace. I had ordered many times but u dissapoint me first time. Please which u show in order u have to diliver that not other please and chek the first. My ordeer no is [protected]. Plese it it and replace it.

Awok.com I am complaining about the worst service ever

I bought a tablet from AWOK .. and after receiving the item & start use it, i found it different than what i expected, it is like a tab for a kid not for an adult to be used.

I make a complain & asked for refund & someone called me investigating about this, then after many days, another one called me, how rude he was during this call, they asked me to pay 40 AED to collect it & they will deduct 15% from the amount in order to check what are they gonna do with it.

then i asked to talk with Customer Service manager, but the employee refused & closed the phone without telling me anything.

the worst company, the worst service, the worst customer service EVER.

Do not buy from AWOK anything.

Dear All, I would like to share with you my experience with awok, Before I buy that sugar phone I was asking them detail information from awoke customer service . They told it is original and perfect when I received it was not working at all and earphone for sumsung and charger was broken and phone was fake! it was so funny, such a [censor] company, I have returned that phone and requested refund, almost 2 months they are finding everyday excuses, such terrible company, frustrating me, I will suggest you not to buy any product from awok, all are fake and lier

I deliver this product today 3.30 pm but its small size so I want to replace it to large size. Please chang it for me. I dont want this product.
