I ordered a product based on the picture on the furniture website and the manufacturer website. The delivered product wasn't the same as shown in the picture and Norris Furniture ain't giving me back the product or the payment.

We bought a Lexington Table and 6 Design Master chairs 'bout 11. They said the chairs were in their warehouse, but we had to wait for the table to come in before they could deliver. Finally, 'round March/April, they brought the table and chairs. But guess what? 3 of the chairs started squeakin'! They sent a guy to fix 'em, but he couldn't do it right then and there. So, they said they'd take the 3 chairs back to their place and fix 'em up while we were away for the summer. We came back in November , and guess what again? The chairs were back, but still squeakin'! I started callin' Customer Service at the end of November, left messages, even filed an online service order on 12/1. I kept callin' over and over again. Finally, today on 1/18, Shebly from Customer Service called me back. Can you believe it? They wanna send another repair person! I told 'em I want 3 new chairs, if they can find fabric that matches. If not, I want 6 new chairs. Just so you know, we bought these from the Norris Furniture Store in Naples, FL.

I spent $45,000 with this furniture company. The dining room table was delivered chipped and the leafs don't sit flush. The credenza I bought has 2 doors that don't open at all. They sent a furniture technician twice to my home, but they couldn't fix the table leafs and didn't have new brackets for the credenza. It's been almost 90 days now and I've made too many phone calls and emails to this company, but they haven't resolved anything. They don't even follow up after each email or phone call. They made me pay in advance for the delivery and promised in writing that the furniture would be defect-free. When the dining room table was delivered, I made it clear that I wanted a new table, not a repaired one. The technician even video called the manufacturer from my home, but they couldn't fix the leafs not sitting flush. Even if they could, I don't want a chipped table. Returning the table for repair is not acceptable. I want a new table without any defects. I made sure to document all the issues on the day of delivery in January, with their salesperson present. I sent them pictures and signed for the damaged table and credenza. Since the delivery, I've been clear that the table needs to be replaced, and I agreed to have the credenza doors repaired, which still hasn't been done. Please help me get this furniture company to order a new table for me and resolve the credenza issues or replace the credenza. If I have to hire a lawyer, I will, but I'd rather not.
