First of all, they’re overcharging by thousands of dollars on a standard wheelchair.
Second of all, I had to pay for a part on my wheelchair that’s less than a year old. The footrest. Despite paying for it, they don’t have it, and I paid them last week.
It’s dangerous to be partially paralyzed and have a wheelchair with a broken foot rest. Oh, and it’s also dangerous to have an $8K wheelchair tip over also, when I leaned over forward and I then fell to the floor.
Their product is not made in the US. Maybe that’s why they break down all the time.

Recommendation: Stay away
