I have eaten at concord olive garden many times. This visit was 8 people for a b/d party, realling bragging on it with people moved here from Texas. They brought food out on a plate of TRASH, YES TRASH. It had under the food toothpick, sugar packets and plastic off straws. They had used a plate of nasty trash and threw the food over it. Gonna take this to the tv, the manager didn;t even apologize and charged a big tip after no one eating their food. This made us sick. We still paid the bill over 150.00. The waitress saw the trash first thing and took off to the manager. She did not apologize to the table at all. This is to bad not to publish on the t.v. I felt the meal for all should have been free maybe charged for the salad, but we thought it would be nasty also after this. Am also gonna contact the food board as I was a cook for 20 yrs. Their license should be revoked, any cook saw what they were doing. How disgusting and nasty. NEVER EVER GO TO OLIVE GARDEN
This is obviously fake, or you're all knowingly trash-eaters in which you must have enjoyed the meal to eat it, not complain, pay the bill AND charged tip.
Nice!
No, they will stand firm and force weak people like this family and apparently you to pay for their screw-ups. They can't legally make you do anything, much less pay for something you did not order.
Did you order meat? No, you ordered the opposite - no meat. Did this family order a Trash Plate? No, that was probably off the menu.
Either way, by paying for that food, you agreed that it was what you ordered in some crazy sense of things. Heather, my advice, and I am qualified to say this because I was with a vegetarian most of when I was in high school, fully inspect your food NO MATTER WHAT. And if it's not right, why in the world would you pay for it? Are all of you that big of a pushover? If you didn't WANT that, DO NOT PAY.
And my mistake, I misread the complaint. They're Trash-Buyers, not Trash-Eaters. Also I had no idea that there was a large percentage of people the break down and pay a bill in situations like these. Obviously you don't believe too much in your own cause if you're going to pay for it and complain about it later.
Did you know there is actually a percentage of health reports on TV that are hoaxes? For example, the "finger in the Wendy's chili" turned out to be fake. The finger was real, but it was the consumer who put it in there.
How many of the people on TV didn't have the guts to refuse to pay for this wrongdoing that was upon them? Food on a plate of trash? None of it was eaten? Paid 150 dollars + tip? That's TWO REASONS to not pay. No. I don't believe it.
i had a problem as well. i ordered a chicken and it still had its head on and it was still moving, they kept insisting that the chicken was dead and it was my imagination however i later found out they just picked a seagull that was injured and served it to me.
Celebrating my nieces birthday with family and the food was just not good at all.The breadsticks were tough and salty the salad barely had any taste and the lasagna was salty. I haven't been here in a while and I just remembering the food tasting so much better I was very disappointed
Food just not good..breadsticks tough and salty, salad bland, lasagna salty and fettuccine Alfredo was dry.Very disappointed
