Received a letter that my appliance policy was about to expire if I didn't call to renew. Talked tp Dustin on Feb 24th 2;20 PM..He said my policy could have been puit on by my builder. When I asked him what was covered and how much it cost he said he could not tell me because anything past 90 days did not show. My builder did not put this on. He says name of his company was Omega Home Care out of Jacksonville, Fla. So This is accross state lines. This is a scam And I'd like to see these guys OUT OF BUSINESS !

Claimed loss: No loss but they tried to make me believe I had a policy and wanted me to to re new Appliance coverage which i never had

Desired outcome: Put this SCAM ARTIST OUT OF BUSINESS
