We got our sidewalk lifted up to the front stair and I have to say that we are very pleased with the finished work. They had given us good counsel and very good service. They went above and beyond for us. Very organized and efficient.

Of the three places I got estimates, they gave me a reasonable quote for the work involved. On The Level Concrete Correction gave an excellent detailed explanation of what was all involved in the process as we had never had this done. We liked how they googled our property address and via street view was able to see what we were asking to have done. In a very timely manner, their team performed our estimates which included the site assessment and recommendations for each job. They took many detailed pictures which showed the measurements of the needed driveway and step landing corrections. The two gentlemen, *** and ***, who performed the work were professional, friendly, courteous, respectful and very knowledgeable in explaining what they were doing. The clean up on each job was excellent. They take great pride in their work, and it shows. This business offers top quality service. I would 100% highly recommend this company.

We just had On The Level Concrete Correction lift our 35 year old poured sidewalk, it had sunk a lot toward the house so to prevent the basement getting water leaks, we looked for help. From the first phone call I made (to Jane, one of the owners), I saw a company that's very customer-focused. Without any commitment from me she spent time to fully explain the complete process. We had several companies giving us a quote for the work, none spent the time like Jane did. John (another owner) came out and after looking things over was also great and answering any questions. When their crew arrive, they quickly mentioned a couple of very challenging areas, that if they couldn't would reduce their fee accordingly. But they worked diligently (even in 28+ weather), and were able to complete the job to our satisfaction and then some! A winning combination - customer-focused, great communicators, do what they promise at a fair and competitive price...thank you everyone at On The Level!
