Benchmark Exteriors was great, with excellent workmanship and completed the job in a timely manner. The roof was done in one day and they made sure to clean up everything afterwards.

We are very pleased with the work. The crew was fast and the clean-up was excellent. We were very pleased with John, the field rep who handled all the paperwork and supervised the installation. He was a pleasure to work with.

They were easy to work with and did outstanding work. We gave them a significant deposit to start work last October. The weather wouldn't allow it to happen and the work was postponed until this March. We asked for our full deposit back and they gladly returned it. Excellent all the way around.

Benchmark Exteriors storm chasers come in with the storm and leave their customers high and dry. They absolutely dropped the ball on my insurance claim. No returned calls and they stole $1000.00 from me! Lie and say the check is in the mail. Worst run company ever! Incompetent, untrustworthy, and dishonest. Would not recommend this company.

We worked with John with Benchmark and it was a very pleasant experience. He was able to walk us through the replacement roof process which can be confusing. We asked for specific starting dates for our roof and he was able to make that happen. The quality of the work has been good so far with our new roof. I would recommend John and Benchmark for any future work we would need.

Benchmark Exteriors was excellent in handling our roof damage assessment as well as being here with our adjuster after we determined we had damage last summer. Due to the weather turning colder, the work was completed recently but Benchmark Exteriors kept us informed during the whole process. They were professional and diligent in following up to ensure we were satisfied with the work and the process.
