I used this company for a skylight installation. I couldn't be happier. The crew was very conscientious. They performed the installation as promised and completed the job in the time promised. I highly recommend this company.

Because we were dealing with a deadline, they managed to complete all the work before the expected deadline. Work was done on time, efficiently and competently. The two employees were courteous and friendly. We have had work done previously with this company and each time we have been very satisfied.

Had 4 Natural Light Tubular Skylights installed May 2022 (two 10" tubular skylights and two 13" tubular skylights). The ECS Specialty Rain Gutters team was on-time, efficient, and professional. I had a lot of questions during the installation and they took the time to answer and explain what was happening throughout the process. Very pleased with the result and with the decision to go with ECS Specialty Rain Gutters. Highly recommend them.

I've had water flowing over the edges of the gutter on the back of my house during heavy rains. ECS Specialty Rain Gutters came out to see the problem and offer a solution. He explained that my gutter couldn't handle the volume of rain coming off the roof because it was too narrow, and because I had only one downspout. He submitted an estimate to remove the existing gutter, add an additional downspout, and attach them to an existing drainage pipe. I also decided to replace other existing gutters with the wider gutters and to put up gutters and downspouts in a couple of areas where there had previously been none. His inspection visit and estimate were FREE! He and his team were able to complete the job earlier than scheduled, and they did an excellent job. I found ECS Specialty Rain Gutters and field staff easy to communicate with. They have the perfect melding of professionalism, courtesy, and friendliness. I wish I could say that ECS Specialty Rain Gutters was completely fantastic. I did in my first review but chose to remove that review to relay what happened since. To be fair to ECS Specialty Rain Gutters I am writing praise where due but rating poorly because the whole situation became a sad shame for which ECS Specialty Rain Gutters profited & I lost. What occurred was partially untrustworthy from the start but I only realize that now. Having just moved in ECS Specialty Rain Gutters thankfully found the source of the leak into my bedroom on the one side of my flat roof condo in 2018. He gave me an invoice for the great work he proposed to do for that 1/3 of the roof. It included the scupper correction, a new downspout, added channels, larger drains & replaced sky lights. When I saw the square footage for the planned power wash & elastomeric coating ECS Specialty Rain Gutters explained that was only for this part of the roof which was 1/3 of entire roof. I asked why do part of my roof. I should have known it was going to be a problem when ECS Specialty Rain Gutters responded by saying he'll do the whole roof for the same price. Due to his meticulous dealings with the 1/3 roof I assumed ECS Specialty Rain Gutters was doing right by me with the other 2/3 (upper *** roof.) If ECS Specialty Rain Gutters had assessed the needs for the rest of the roof (ponding only- no leaves, debris or clogged gutters there) & did the actions needed to correct the issues I would have paid for that & the entire roof would be in great condition today. ECS Specialty Rain Gutters could have told me I had ponding issues there. ECS Specialty Rain Gutters neglected to do that & just coated it. Now I have 1/3 of my roof in perfect condition (his great job) but the rest with severe cracking & a garage roof leak with rotted wood. When I told ECS Specialty Rain Gutters I had water dripping on my head at the garage area in Dec.2021 he said he was going away & was booked solid on return until 2 months away. ECS Specialty Rain Gutters did not offer to send someone to patch the area. Other odd untruths occurred but no room allowed here: see my *** review please.
