I can't thank the gentlemen enough from this company! Customer service was top notch! Construction crew went above and beyond what I expected! ALL of their staff are courteous and professional and I was kept up to date on all progress every single day! To say I am 100% pleased with this company is an understatement! As a single mother of 3 and the work I needed was just before Christmas, Matt and his crew really helped me A LOT! The job was small to them I'm sure but a huge deal to me and they took care of it! After asking 3 other contractors for bids on the job, Matt and his crew took care of me within days! I wasn't taken seriously because I'm a woman, but Thomas Quality Construction did not discriminate! Thanks again to Matt and his crew, I am very thankful for all of you!

We are so pleased with our new roof and with Thomas Quality Construction. Austin is very friendly, helpful, and accommodating, and we felt confident about hiring Thomas Quality Construction to do the job after receiving the detailed information he provided about what needed to be done and how much it would cost. He patiently answered all of our questions. Once we had agreed to have them do the work, Matt Thomas was in touch to make sure we knew when it would happen. On the date the work was to begin, the crew showed up on time, put down tarps to protect the ground, etc., and worked hard all day. They were very professional, finished the job the second day, and cleaned up so well that we have not found a single nail in the yard. There was one place in the roof where the wood was rotten, and they replaced the wood efficiently before putting the new shingles there. When the job was done, Matt called to make sure we were satisfied. We are indeed very satisfied, and would recommend Thomas Quality Construction to anyone who needs a new roof.
