and his team were supportive, knowledgeable and incredibly proactive. They caught even the most minor discrepancies caused by any party and made sure they were handled. They advocated for us at every turn, it really felt like they had our very best interests as their top priority.

Horrible Service! They are constantly firing someone and getting a new rep to help with the lack of service. Also complete liars as we were given final information before they even ran our credit. They constantly back track and take weeks to just reply. Do yourself a favor and do not use One Trust Hone Loans or CalCon.

Heath at LGI homes was very helpful being a first time home buyer I had no idea what I was walking into besides what my family has told me and when I went in each time Heath answered all my questions and made sure I understood everything he was telling me and answered all my questions when I was confused about something.

with One Trust Home Loans went above and beyond to help us get into our home. She is very knowledgeable and caring. She returns phone calls and emails promptly and truly cares for her clients. You cant go wrong with choosing her to help you with your home mortgage needs. We highly recommend!

Was dealing with an agent named *** who is either incompetent as heck or an habitual liar. He assured me my loan was good to go. Then after he collected $530.00 for an appraisal fee. All of a sudden there is a problem. And when I expressed my frustration with his misinformation he gets an attitude. At this point I told him to cancel because I was tired of him lying and I demanded my money be returned to me. Dont do business with these crooks.

Their rates are not great, but at least they have really poor customer service. They get phone numbers and emails wrong, they ask for information that has already sent, they do not communicate changes, they make numerous mistakes on documents (always check their work!), they send expected closing dates that they miss month after month, and they do not accept responsibility for anything. The whole mortgage banking industry stinks, but these people must be among the worst.

The mortgage officer Shannon Costanzi took my information to see if I could get approved and I never heard back from her. I left a message and sent her an email and she never responded. I had to hear back from my agent; information which also took a week and two days to hear im not approved for bogus reasons. I felt disrespected and discriminated against with her and this mortgage company. This is very unprofessional way to deal with customers. Please beware of them and consider other mortgage companies to get a home loan through.

One Trust now CalCon is the most unorganized financial institution I have ever dealt with. To process a loan took over 5 months, requesting the same documentation repeatedly. They provide 4 different loan closing dates and each time the day of or day prior they would need to cancel due to something they missed. Now the loan is in place on month 2 they did not send a May invoice that was due May 1. May 5 I called them, was told due to the recent name change they could not look up the current amount due and told me pay the old amount. Today May 18th I received a call from their collections department telling me I am delinquent. I have been on hold for the last 20 minutes typing this waiting for them to figure out what is going on...

One Trust Loans in Reno NV is the most unprofessional company we've ever tried to work with. We've bought and sold several homes in different states this company, didnt listen to us, they lied to us about a prepayment penalty & when we told loan agent she back tracked and said she'd explain later, we received email from a man saying he worked for them, one from Texas, one from CA. asking for bank info and he would pull-up our statements,when we told the agent her comment was he shouldn't have contacted you, really who gave him our info, her! She didn't know how to pull up our documents and said they had a fire wall, she'd get someone else to do. Our goal was to get a short term loan, our intent was to sell our home and pay off loan for new home, she without all documents first said a 10yr and we couldn't pay off for a year, then said we had to do a 30, still didn't have all our documents then after I told her we found out one a conventional loan you can't gave a prepayment penalty she then said we had to do a jumbo...what kind of scam is this. After questioning her she left us a message telling us to find someone else, this was after almost a week and half and no further along with them than the first day. She also would not return emails or calls. Stay away from One Trust Loans, unethical, unprofessional. I wish there was something lower than 1 star
