separating family
I bought 10 tickets to family event and they sent me 5 on one side of stadium and 5 on the other side separating my family. I called to tell them and see what they could do to make it right and after two hours on hold I was told there was nothing they could do! I then asked for supervisor, was on hold again and then they hung up on me. I submitted form on BBB and then noticed this group has 359 complaints in last 3 years with over 100 complaint in last year.
not receiving concert tickets for september 28th
Back in April 2018 I ordered 2 concert tickets to see Chris Young concert. We first received an email in August stating that we would receive tickets 48 hours before concert. As of today the 28th still NO tickets. My husband has been on the phone since 1:00 eastern time. They said in an hour you'll receive tickets. Hour passed by, still NO tickets. He calls back a second time a third time and a FOURT time. Still NO tickets
All they keep saying is we requested a resend from the seller
They take your money and you get NOTHING.
So because we want to see Chris young. We buy 2 more tickets and before we leave the house my husband gets an email EBONY HAS CANCELLED THE TICKETS WTH 😡😡🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

my tickets were not delivered on time and I missed my event
I bought my tickets for the Hasan Minaj show at 7PM for Sunday Sept 23 and I was guaranteed and promised that my tickets would arrive in time for the show but that did not happen. I paid about $250! I kept emailing for updates. I was in touch via email consistently to know about the status. By the time Friday came along (Friday, Sept21) and my tickets still have not arrived, I called OnlineCity Tickets. I was on hold for over 30 MINUTES! I spoke with Dan and he stated that they will contact the seller to issue me mobile tickets and he ensured me that I will have the tickets for the show. I get a call the next day, stating that they are not able to send me tickets via email and that there are no tickets available what so ever. This was highly upsetting considering I paid good money for these tickets and was guaranteed to have them prior to the event date. They blamed UPS for the delay since the freight truck had mechanical issued and of course UPS told me that the vendor (Online City Tickets) sent out my tickets late. They were not able to send my ticket until Monday Sept 24th (THE DAY AFTER THE EVENT) What good would the tickets be then? I want my refund and I will be sure not to use this service again. I have written reviews already and told other people about my experience. My friend and I missed the event due to others (Online City Tickets and UPS) and it is not fair! Don't promise anything if you can't deliver!
tickets charged to a stolen credit card number
I was charged $680 for tickets that I did not purchase. I immediately contacted Online City Tickets to tell them that the credit card was compromised and their response was that "all purchases are final". I also contacted my credit card company to cancel the card so no more purchases could be made. Despite this, Online City Tickets continues to dispute that the purchase is valid, even though they have no way to verify the identity of someone who uses a credit card number over the phone or computer. Repeated emails, the last being August 9th elicited absolutely no help, and now the customer service person is telling me that since the event is passed, there is nothing they can do and I should have just resold the tickets. Since I didn't purchase them, I contacted them immediately when I found out about it to have this fixed, I am not responsible for a purchase I didn't make. This is entirely disgraceful. It's bad enough to have your credit card stolen, even worse when the vendor where it was used are dishonest.

Sam Smith Concert August 25, 2018 @ Honda center Anaheim Ca.
I purchased online 2 tickets for the Sam Smith concert Thursday I believe and yet I still have not received them. I payed for the instant download tickets but haven't received an email confirmation even though my check out said my ordered processed. It's today and I don't want to be worried that my money was wasted and I didn't even get to go to the concert. I don't want to believe that this is a total sham and I was ripped off, or call every minute until it's fix. So please fix this!

OnlineCityTickets is a total scam. Bought tickets @ Winspear Opera House for $187 each. Turns out they were resold tickets with a $69 face value. Plus they charged a $300 fee above and beyond ticket prices for 5 tickets. Refused to refund our $. Filing a complaint with our bank and the FCC! Also filing a formal complaint with the State Attorney General's office.

I went into your system and typed in Elton John to purchase 1 ticket to his show in CT. I was able to find a good seat and purchased it using a credit card and printed out a copy. Today Aug 12, 2018, I went to checkmy email and noticed that you had processed a ticket for me to J. Cole whom I have no idea of whom this person is. I then checked your listing of upcoming concerts and J. Cole is not one of them. So why do I have a ticket being mailed to me for J. Cole and not one of Elton John who I ordered one for? I shouldn't have to resell a ticket which I never ordered or never even heard of. (J.Cole) I don't know what kind of business you are running but it isn't good practice.

I purchased concert tickets for Lynard Skynard the day they went on sale. I paid 97 dollars a ticket and bought 2, the total price for service charge and tickets was 260.11. When I got there I had the worst seats you can get, everyone around me paid 50 a ticket. I called to complain, they said the is nothing they can do and she hung up on me. I want some kind of compensation. This was our anniversary and a surprise for my husband. It was quite a surprise for us both. We paid 260 to watch a monitor and stare at the back of people's heads. Biught tickets through apple pay to Yankee and Tampa Rays game in June at Tropiciana field. Never recived my tickets ir the email to print them. Spend 3 hours day of the game and several calls and emails asking for my tickets. Several customer service and IT gave me the run around. I went to tje game. Paid for patking because Inwas told the tickets would be delivered to my phone 10 minutes before game start. NEVER recived them. Paid $125 and $25 parking and didnt het into game. Will never use them again. Awful site. Awful company

I purchased Grease Sing Along tickets at the Hollywood Bowl. I went online the day they went on sale and was redirected from my phone to Onlinecitytickets. I thought I was purchasing from the official website, but I was on my phone so I couldn't tell I had been redirected. I paid $1205 for a box of 4 seats, which is an exorbitant amount, but that is on me. I was enjoying dinner with my family in my seats when the usher came and asked me for my tickets. I had hard copy tickets which were mailed to me a couple weeks before the show. I was then booted from my seats because I was told they were reissued a couple of days ago to another person. The manager at the Hollywood Bowl said I should not have even been able to get scanned it at the front gate! Online City Tickets clearly stole my money and sold the tickets to someone else! They are criminals and have shady marketing practices at best. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
dave matthews concert was a safety hazard with police ordering us to leave
On June 9th I went to the Dave Matthews Concert at Jiffy Lube Live. For an hour before the concert it rained to the point where the parking lot was flooded. The police stop us from getting into the parking lot and told us to turn around and go home for our safety. boat were used to patrol the parking lot with cars up their windshields with water. We would have been breaking the law if we disobeyed the Police. For this reason I should have been refunded my money - $525.00.

I bought tickets for zone seating - since the price was so high I figured i'd be getting great seats. The seats are terrible! I'm in row 27, on the outer edge. I looked at available seats in front of us from ticketmaster...$65. I paid over $200 each for mine after fees! Fees alone for each ticket are about $70! Of course no refunds! I'm filing a claim with my bank. This is such a scam. I'll never buy from online city tickets!

Yesterday I had a very disappointing conversation with your team and learned that you cannot exchange my tickets.
Your sales agent Florence didn't inform me that my tickets are placed in the corner with a limited view. She told me that the seats are on the side with a great view! I feel misguided and I'm not happy with those seats.
Depeche Mode is my favorite band and I wanted to invite my Boyfriend for the concert. Having those corner tickets it would be a huge disappointment.
Please exchange my tickets to a location in Sector 209 or 223 in the first 10 raws. I hope you understand my situation.
Adding to the complaint above, I want to inform you that the name on my tickets is incorrect and not mine. I expect a total refund of my tickets.

tickets I was bait and switched into purchasing
This company is a total scam. I've been reading reviews all day and there are thousands of people that have been ripped off by these guys. The first thing to know is that they will bait and switch you. They will have a page that looks like the venue's website, but it's not. Then you click purchase tickets thinking you're actually buying tickets, but you are not. You're buying the possibility that someone will sell these guys their tickets after the show has been sold out, for many times their worth. I didn't see anything on the site at all that indicated they were a resale shop until after I submitted my order and then on the purchase confirmation I noticed what I had done. I immediately called them. So soon in fact that when I couldn't get a hold of anyone and I called my bank, they couldn't help yet because it hadn't posted. So, 2 days later when I got ahold of these people, they said "all sales are final." I asked if I they had tickets for me yet, the response to which was no. So I asked, if I didn't buy anything yet, no money has changed hands, then just cancel. To which they replied that there's is a policy of no refunds.
false charges on my credit card
I found a charge on my credit card for tickets to a show I did not order. I've used their service twice before in the past, I tried hard to reach their "customer service" and just got a blow off email. I believe their data has been breached and if you use them you'll end up with charges on your card from them you didn't approve of. Their customer service is no help.
same ticket sold multiple times
Bought 2 concert tickets for the Eagles in Vancouver, rejected entry at gate and was directed to customer service where there was a line of around 20 people. Most of us had the same issue from onlinecitytickets.com where our tickets have already been scanned by someone else, meaning that the same tickets were sold online multiple times. Disgusting behaviour.
Used the live chat on the onlinecitytickets.com website to ask for a refund but the online operators were not answering my questions at all. They kept asking me details about my ticket purchase and the situation, and the responses seemed to be programmed ahead of time.in the end, they just informed me that an email will be sent to me with a form I have to fill out with no mention of a resolution whatsoever.
delivery of concert tickets
Purchased/Paid for tickets to Little Big Town back in February. Was told via email tickets would be emailed to be by 5/3/18. Concert is 5/5/18, I've emailed & called several times. To be told the vendor is not on a set schedule they will be emailed in plenty of time. I have printer issues so I cannot wait to last minute, no concern on their part. Still haven't received tickets and its not 4pm 5/4/18. Will never use this company again angry with myself that I didn't read the reviews!

I paid 47.00 per seat for 2 tickets in balcony KK. They force you to select email as the method of receiving tickets and then charge you 6.95 for it. With their added bogus fees and charges it came to $129.63 . When I received the emailed tickets they had someone else's name on them and the price of 25.00 each ( total cost of 60.00) that was paid and they were balcony C which is the farthest from the stage. A total scam.
4/07/2018 ticket purchase for concert on 8/03/2018
I realized that the merchant did not actually have any tickets to sell me only after my PayPal account had been charged.
As soon as their office opened (8am CST), I called the Merchant and requested they cancel my PayPal transaction. The Merchant flatly refused to refund my payment made less than 13 hours earlier (had to wait for their office to open). He suggested that my only option was to re-sell the tickets (which he does not have) on his website.
The Merchant fraudulently sells tickets they do not have. I was completely unaware that this type of activity takes place. Paying a great deal of money -- for nothing.
This is not right!

I purchased 2 tickets for $346, they were suppose to be for section 109. I received 2 tickets for section 219. I paid way to much money to receive the wrong tickets and in the nose bleed section. I would like for the matter to be fixed or a refund for what I spent. I have attached proof of what I paid. The tickets that were sent are worth $50 a piece. Inexusable!
