+[protected] is my ooredoo number. My internet has been facing frequent cut off and disconnection and poor signals since the October of 2021. I filed thousands of complaints but they never fixed any problem. They asked me for details and I always provided them with and they asked me to wait for their reply but the reply never came and now there has been a total internet cut off in Algiers since Saturday afternoon. I am going crazy on how poor employees and poor management has been running this stupid service ? Ooredoo is simply worst. Poor ij everything. You do not even deserve a one star. I am totally fed up

I had a query regarding porting my number from another service provider to Ooredoo. Which I believe should be appreciated and I should have been attended well.
Firstly The employees there were not being clear with the information, and when asked again were horrible and rude with their behavior. No customer is supposed to be treated like this. And I really expect and would appreciate an action towards this incident.

My complaint is that of extra charges without anyone telling you of any upgrade and if you need assistance everyone tells you their own versions. i have been paying charges i do not understand and have been communicating on WhatsApp with the agency. I requested for 2 months for my package to be changed and was told it will be changed the following month. When my bill comes its still the same amount and i report it again and i am told the same thing again. I took that package because it suits with my salary. now am trying to cancel am being told to pay for an extra month before i can cancel. QR 253 was paid for the month of November. Please note that QR 308.86 for the month of December was not paid and QR 309.46 was the total bill for the month of January. Only QR 309 was paid. The remaining balance was 309.18 and in order to migrate the service, you should also pay the unbilled amount of 210 for the current month to be generated on 18 February 2022. Please also note that QR 30 is the migration charge.

I tried to call Ooredoo mobiles from MPT mobiles but Ooredoo's were not reachable although calling from Ooredoo to MPT was ok.
When I checked with MPT call center, it said that MPT side was ok and the malfunction was probably from Ooredoo side.

My sim card was hala until someone from ooredoo called me and offer shahry plan then i accepted it until i asked to upgrade the plan to silver qatarna and my plan was to use it for a month. After a month i asked and called them to cancel the plan i am using cause my partner offer me another plan which im using right now. I made a request to cancel the plan and change my sim to hala via whatsapp. They asked me to fill out the form and submit to them. I did fill out the form and paid for the bill. But i dont understand is that why i need to pay again for another cycle which i already made a request and do what is necessary. My account should not continue for billing cause i dont want it anymore but ooredoo making this hard for me to cancel everything but in the first place it was you who change and arrange everything and now i want to cancel i cannot and asking to pay again and again and again. If the customer dont want it anymore you should stop the plan right away and then pay the bill and thats it. I don't want to pay cause i just paid my bill and i didnt even use it and they want me to pay again to cancel and proceed with the process. I don't have money to pay again. I hope you will understand and assist me with this matter.

I am writing ths in regards to ooredo money . Its been 26 days i m waiting for the refund of the remitance i made on 29th june . The transcation was rejected my exchange and it shows on their app that the money is refunded . Bt all they do is keep pushing me and replies that it ll be done in one or two days . Home broadband installation
They booked me for installation on 22 July 9-1pm but they wasted my time for waiting and nobody came within that day. The customer service, even the supervisor could not help me and does not give any reason Why nobody came that day or if they are willing to install or not. This is supposed to be on 19 July but they kept on delaying it. Nobody from customer service can help me nor they can answer my question why they booked an appoinment but did not come on that day. Installation of Ooredoo One Plan Delayed
We had our first appointments scheduled on 31st May 2021. It was not installed because they said there were connection to connect the line. it was again scheduled on 01st June 2021. They arrived in the morning and checked where they can connect the line and found out that it was in another villa. There was a truck blocking the area. The guy who was supposed to install said he will come back in the afternoon but did not come back. He was asking about the truck that was parked where they were supposed to connect the line. I called the guy, and said to him that we do not know whose the owner of that truck. He said we should call the police. What can we do now? Should we call the Police just to move the truck? I asked him, what's the alternative, he said to call the Police. I told him I will just call customer service.

Issues:
1- Ooredoo subscribed me to a service without my knowledge. I came to know only on the next month bill. When checked with the customer service, he said I must pay that bill. There is no way I would register for that service, and they could not prove I did it. It must have been a system error on their side.
2- Without informing me, they suspended the service on that mobile because because of the payment while I'm outside the country. I had so many accounts (social, emails ...) on that mobile number. So I was left with no access to some of these accounts.
3- During the suspension time, service charge was still going ! Not sure what are they charging when they suspended my service.
4- The support staff is useless. A ticket I raised was closed the next day with no more details other than "we have resolved your problem" when actually nothing resolved. It seems they just close tickets without any reading. The same on whatsapp support, their replies indicate they did not read my messages.
5- They increased monthly plan cost to more than the double without informing me. I only came to know on the monthly bill.
