Was talked into new fiber wiring for optimum tv and internet was with a tech for 3 hours while he changed it out was told at the end of it we have a problem it will be fixed by our computer dept in a few hours then you can start using your service, well 8 hours later no service then I’m told it’s on the pole outside and we need 72 hours to fix it now I have to miss work to wait for a tech to fix it I want my pay I’ll miss that day reimbursed since if the tech was competent he would have checked the pole before he left
