Orion Powersports: A Review of my Bike Purchase Experience
I recently purchased a bike from Orion Powersports and although it came with all the necessary parts to get it up and running, there were a few things that left me slightly disappointed. Firstly, the advertising promised an extra oil and spark plug but unfortunately, I never received them. It's understandable that mistakes can happen, but it would have been nice to get the promised items.
Another aspect that caught my attention was the "fully assembled" part of the ad. While the bike did come mostly assembled, there were still a few things that needed to be put together. Unfortunately, the instruction manual was quite vague, making the assembly process a little more difficult and time-consuming than expected.
Additionally, I would have appreciated receiving a title and bill of sale with the purchase. I'm still unsure whether my title request has been accepted, as I haven't received any specific emails regarding it. It would be great if someone could help me obtain my bill of sale and title as soon as possible, as summer is already halfway over.
Overall, my experience with Orion Powersports was good, aside from the issues mentioned above. I would still recommend the store for anyone looking to purchase bikes or parts, but with the caveat of being aware of their limitations and putting in a little extra effort to ensure everything is in order.
Powerful Performance: My Review of Orion Powersports for ATVs
I have to say, Orion Powersports did a pretty decent job. Although, I didn't really get a chance to talk to anybody during my visit to their website. Maybe it's this darn coronavirus that's keeping everyone away. Nonetheless, I was determined to find the perfect ATV and after doing a lot of research on Chinese ATVs, I ultimately settled on Orion Powersports.
At first, I was considering the Jet Moto. However, its power output didn't really measure up to what I was looking for. I wanted all the power I could get, and Orion Powersports seemed to offer just that. I had read somewhere else that Orion and Apollo bikes were known for their reliability, which put me at ease. But in the end, I was really after performance, and this particular model promised 21 horsepower.
I just hope that information is correct. I've got my fingers crossed that I get a white one, but who knows? With my luck, it'll probably be another color entirely. If that's the case, I hope they let me know before they send it out. Overall, I'm pretty happy with my choice and I can't wait to finally get my hands on my new ride. Thanks, Orion Powersports!
Feeling Like a Young Buck Again: A Review of Orion Powersports 250 Hawk
Bought me one of those 250 Hawks from Orion Powersports and let me tell ya, it's been a good ride so far. The price was unbeatable and that bike came right to my driveway almost ready to ride. Only thing I found was one of them screws was missing from the heat shield on the muffler, but I reckon they might send me one if I ask nicely.
Got that bike broken in proper and went for a ride today and it runs like it oughta. The manual reminds me of them ol' Honda manuals from back in the 70's, ya know, back when things were made right.
Now, I'm just waitin' on them papers to come in so I can ride it legally. I hope they come in fast so I can give an update on how quick them folks over at Orion Powersports work. All I'm waitin' on now is the certificate of origin and the bill of sales, and then we'll really be off and running.
Truth be told, I got this bike for my 64th birthday and it makes me feel like a young buck again. Orion Powersports has made this a truly great experience for me.
Unsatisfactory Service and Overpriced Products at Orion Powersports - Buyer Beware!
Alright, so listen up folks, I got quite a story to share with y'all about Orion Powersports. I was lookin' to buy my kid a bike, and, well, maybe I messed up a bit and accidentally bought a little tyke bike for 750 bucks. My bad, I know. But I thought, hey, maybe I could get a lil' help from the good people at Orion and swap it out for a better one if I paid the difference. But let me tell you, they weren't havin' any of it. They called me dumb on the phone, which frankly ain't a great way to treat a customer.
Now, not only was the service less than stellar, but the bike itself was pretty cheesy-made. I didn't even get any of them fancy warranty papers or instructions or even decals, if you can believe it. And let me tell you, ain't no way I could sell this bike for what I paid for it, it was way overpriced. I'm feelin' pretty darn screwed, and these folks ain't even willing to work with me to fix the situation.
So, I reckon I'm gonna just return the bike and take the hit on the fees, because frankly I don't want nothin' to do with this company anymore. Y'all better take my advice and stay far away from Orion Powersports if you don't wanna end up in the same boat as me. They are the worst people, I tell ya, so buyer beware!
Product Review: Orionpowersports.com RXB150 - Fast Delivery, Average Bike Quality
Got me an RXB150 from Orionpowersports.com last 2-17, got it delivered in a jiffy on 2-24. Nary a hitch there. But I was hoping that the MCO would be with the bike, but nuh-uh, I had to fill out an online form and send it back to the store. Meh.
Then there's this thing about the carb - being at 5280ft, it won't go idle below 3000rpm. I guess I gotta make some adjustments on the fuel screw, or maybe change the pilot jet altogether. Who knows. I might even need to change the main jet too, depending on how it goes. The altitude's a killer.
Another thing that I noticed was the wiring job was a bit of mess. I mean, it was just hanging out below the rear fender like a raggedy band. Had to use some wire ties to make it better. A bit of a fixer-upper but I guess that's to be expected.
And then there's this horn - it hits the front fender. Ouch. I figure I need to relocate it to someplace else. Bending the bracket 'round didn't help none.
Last gripe was that the ignition coil was smack dab in the way of getting to the exhaust side carb bolt. Grumbled a bit but found out that it can be rotated upward so it wasn't in the way. Phew.
All in all, I'd give this a 3 stars outta 5. The delivery was fast but there were a lot of things to fix on the bike itself. Nothing major mind you, but it still feels like it should've been done before I got it.
Cool 125cc Pit Bike Review: Orion Powersports RXB
Found a cool little bike on Orion Powersports website. It's a manual 125cc Orion pit bike (RXB). Got this for my son who's 8 and he's been riding quads for quite some time now. He's already taken over my Quad (manual Raptor), so I figured it was time to get him something cheap and easy to use. He's big for his age, so the height is just perfect - one foot on the ground and one hovers about an inch above on take off and landing.
The bike arrived and I noticed I'd need to lock in those bolts, so spent a couple of hours doing that. Upgraded to a newer carb to make sure the bike runs smoothly. Adjusted the idle speed, and slowly broke in the bike. Finally got it ready for him to ride, and it works great! The rear shocks are a bit soft, and the bike feels heavier than some expensive bikes, but the frame is sturdy and strong, controls work great, shifts smoothly, brakes work well and sounds good.
The best thing was the quick delivery and perfect condition it arrived in. Honestly, I'm pretty happy with the purchase. Getting this bike was perfect timing since he's outgrowing his current quad. The whole family is excited about it, and my youngest is already asking when she gets her turn. Overall, I'd say Orion Powersports has some cool bikes and pretty decent prices. Looking forward to trying out some of their other products soon.
2022 CRF250F: A Powerful Starter Bike That Won't Disappoint - A 6 Month Review
I done did my research and read a bunch of reviews on this bike and let me tell ya, some of them ain't so great. But I decided to take a chance on the 2022 model and boy am I glad I did! A lot of folks out there say it don't have enough power, but let me tell ya, as someone tipping the scales at 220 lbs, I'm getting rooster tails in every gear! I broke it in just like you're supposed to and I also opted for the works to be done on it. And let me tell ya again, I recommend anyone ordering this bike to do the same.
Now, I gotta do a 6 month review on my video channels so stay tuned for that. But let me just say that Orion Powersports did a great job with this bike. Everything was torqued, greased, and marked properly. And let me tell ya a third time, we love this bike! Some folks say it's a great starter bike but don't let that fool ya, it's got plenty of power to put you on your butt if you underestimate it.
Now, the only issue we had was with the chain stretching. Ain't nobody got time for that, so we just went ahead and bought a new chain from Honda and now it runs like a champ, no chain play at all! So great job to the folks at Orion Powersports for putting together such a fine machine.
I'm definitely gonna be buying from them again in the future, that's for sure. So keep an eye out for my reviews on Instagram and YouTube, just search #cr1s1s2009 or find me at ***@cr1s1s2009 on Instagram and Facebook. I been riding for years and let me tell ya, this bike is a whole lotta fun. I just gotta make sure I adjust the spokes as needed after the break in period.
Poor Customer Service and Misinformation: Orion Powersports Review
I got real frustrated with Orion Powersports when I tried to call them about my order. They got this option to check your order status on the phone but it's totally useless. I couldn't do nothing over the phone, and I was like what's the point? And then, when I finally got a hold of someone, they were super rude and didn't even listen to me. I was trying to talk about my SSR, but he kept interrupting me and saying he couldn't do nothing for online orders. And he even said that all bikes come assembled, which ain't even true. I didn't even get an option to choose a non-assembly one, and he kept insisting that I saw it but just don't remember.
To be honest, I just gave up and thought my bike would come assembled anyway. But then, when it finally arrived, it was in pretty rough shape. And it took way longer to ship than I expected. Turns out, Orion Powersports just ships them straight from the manufacturer, so my SSR wasn't even assembled in the first place. If that dude on the phone had just let me say what I wanted to say, and realized where my bike was coming from, we could have avoided all this hassle.
Overall, I ain't too happy with Orion Powersports. They need to get their customer service game up, and make sure they're giving the right info.
Beware of Orion Powersports: RPS Hawk 250 Dual Sport Not Street Legal According to VA DMV
I bought a RPS Hawk 250 dual sport from Orion Powersports. It said that it was street legal, so I bought it and had Orion assemble it for me. When I tried to take the MCO to the VA DMV, they wouldn't give me a title because the MCO said the bike was a dirt bike and not a dual sport or motorcycle. They gave me a certification form for the dealer to fill out, so I could confirm that the bike had the proper DOT equipment attached to it. I sent the form to Orion, but they wouldn't sign it or check that the equipment was attached to the bike. They wouldn't even send the form back to me because they thought I would forge it.
If you want to license the bike, I suggest you make sure it's legal to register in your state before buying from Orion. They say the bikes are street legal, but you can't find out from the MCO, so you have to buy the bike to find out. If you're looking for an offroad bike, then that's fine, but if you want to ride on and off road like I did, then be careful.
We tried to talk to several employees who refused to help and wouldn't let us talk to the owner of the company. It's a shame that they wouldn't even try to help us. I know I'm not the only one who had this problem, so I hope they fix it soon.
Orion Powersports: Disappointing Experience with RXB150 Bike & Service
I got a bike from Orion Powersports. It's a RXB150, and I ordered it from the website. It said it would take 4-8 days to get to me, but it actually took five weeks. That's a pretty big difference, considering I was really looking forward to riding the thing. When it finally arrived, it started up, but it didn't sound very good. I took it around the block to see how it felt, and the front brake and the exhaust both fell off. Can you believe that? I was able to find the bolts, thank goodness, but I was really disappointed that something like that would happen when I paid extra for "pro prep". It didn't seem like they did very much at all, to be honest.
So I ended up having to go through the bike and make sure everything was tightened down properly. It took a long time, but eventually it was running pretty well. I still had some issues with the carb and the fuel line, but I was able to fix those too. It was frustrating, though. I felt like I had spent a lot of money on something that wasn't really ready to ride.
To make things worse, I had paid extra for an expedited MCO so I could get plates and registration for the bike. Turns out, that was a waste of money, because Orion hadn't filled it out correctly. And that's not even the worst part: the bike is not street legal in my state! That means I can't even use it on public roads, and I can't get plates for it either. What a scam. I was really disappointed.
In the end, I had to sell the bike to someone who had some land where they could ride it. I took a loss, both in terms of time and money. I wouldn't recommend anyone do business with Orion Powersports based on my experience. They didn't deliver what they promised, and the bike wasn't even street legal. It was a big letdown.
I know Orion Powersports might argue with me about this review, but I stand by what I said. They didn't do a good job with the bike, and their rush shipping didn't help. I'm not the only one who has had this kind of experience, either. I wish I had just gone to a local dealer and bought a bike that was ready to ride. Don't make the same mistake I did.
Orion Powersports Complaints 11

This is a company that sale really [censored]ty bike and have even [censored]ter customer service I wouldn't recommend Orion to anyone I I'm about to sue this company I bought the 150xL one enduro paid for work prep to have them assembled the bike and the damn the start falling apart day one I have all documents of email about my complaints back and forth with them I've email the website and been reaching out to the on the Facebook page this is a very hard company to get in touch with about issue with your bike I wasn't even trying to get my money back just parts to fix the bike the never had an replacement engine ever on the site I order exhaust pipe back in aug 2021 it June 19 2023 and I haven't gotten a call about my parts yet so basic a brand new bike is still still in the garage the can't be road I bought the bike Aug 9 2021 i started contact them same day and eventually start order parts from the by Aug 16 2021 same year and month they do not honest there warranty policy I'm seriously about to sue because they had my money for a couple years now time for this issue to be resolved don't give Orion any money the don't care about there customer all they care bout is your money

Effortless Online Shopping Experience with Orion Powersports, But Small Payment Issue
Orion Powersports has a great online store, which makes ordering a piece of cake. I found it really easy to navigate through the website and find what I need to buy. The checkout process was also very convenient, although I did face a little snag. When I tried checking out with my Amex card, the website said that it would work, but it didn't. So, I had to call up their customer service team to clarify the issue. Turns out, they don't accept the Amex card. It wasn't a major inconvenience, but I think it would be better if they update their website to avoid such confusion in the future. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase, and I would definitely recommend Orion Powersports to my friends.
Terrible Customer Service: Avoid Orion Powersports at All Costs
Orion Powersports ain't no good. Can't get nobody on the phone and don't even know who they are. All they care about is grabbing your cash. If you get a busted bike, they don't do nothin' but tell you to handle it with the shipping company. Ain't no help comin' from them. Honestly, save yourself the hassle and keep away from these fools. Ain't no customer service to speak of. If I could, I'd give 'em a square zero stars.

Orion Powersports: Great Prices with Excellent Customer Service
Orion Powersports is an awesome place to buy a brand new dirt bike for an incredible price. I went on their website, orionpowersports.com, and found the perfect one for me. The only problem was that after I received it, it seemed like they didn't tighten the spokes like they said they would, which caused my tire to be completely out of balance. Not only that, but I also didn't receive my oil like I was supposed to.
After riding my new bike for about twenty minutes, it started bogging and I had to run it on half to full choke. It was a real shame because I had high hopes for this bike. However, I do have to give it to Orion Powersports for their customer service. They were able to resolve all my issues and made sure I was satisfied with my purchase.
Despite the setbacks, I would definitely recommend Orion Powersports as a great place to buy a dirt bike. Just make sure to double-check that everything is done properly before riding, and if there are any issues, don't hesitate to contact their customer service team.
Orion Powersports: Unreliable and Unaccountable in Shipping Practices
I did my research and saw some complaints on Better Business Bureau regarding Orion Powersports. I am experiencing the same problem as some others. I ordered a $10 part and I am still waiting for it to arrive. The issue now is that they are blaming the shipper for the part being broken. It's unbelievable how they are refusing to take responsibility for a broken part even if there is a picture showing that shipping couldn't have caused the damage. It's a typical fly by night business practice that really puts me off.
Mixed Experience with Orion Powersports: Easy Navigation & Good Products, but Disappointing Customer Service
in their report, but Orion Powersports didn't care. It was frustrating and I had to go through a whole ordeal just to get a damaged product refunded.
Besides that issue, their website was easy to navigate and had a good selection of products. I appreciated that they had detailed descriptions and pictures of each product so I knew what I was buying. The prices were also reasonable compared to other websites and retailers.
Overall, I would consider buying from Orion Powersports again in the future but only if I felt confident that the product would arrive undamaged or that the company would handle any issues with professionalism and efficiency. If you decide to order from them, just be aware that there may be some bumps in the road and make sure you have all the necessary information to file a claim if needed.
Orion Powersports: A Total Joke Consumer Review
Orion Powersports should be called "Orion Power Problems". Don't waste your time filling out the Klarna credit app. It's a total joke and waste of your time. When I tried to pay with my debit card on their app, I ran into some issues. I was so frustrated that I had no other option but to use Paypal to complete the purchase. As if that wasn't bad enough, Orion's app showed a higher price than what it should be after taxes and shipping were removed. It felt like I was being misled and I wasn't happy about it. Despite all the frustrations, I finally completed my purchase and I'm excited to receive my bike. I may even order more bikes from Orion Powersports in the future.
Great Bike, Slow Customer Service for Replacement Parts
Bike been ridden great, it came with all the stuff you would need, and delivery was fast too. Seems pretty sturdy and well built too. My son absolutely loved it. Only downside is that some of the cosmetic parts were damaged. Coulda been cuz of shipping or maybe they just sent it out that way. I told the people at Orion ‘bout the damaged parts, but I still haven’t gotten any of the replacement parts. And it’s been over a month since I told them, ever since July 27th. If it wasn’t for this issue, I would have given them 5 stars for sure.
Orion Powersports: A Frustrating and Unreliable Experience
I recently bought a bike from Orion Powersports (orionpowersports.com) and it wasn't quite what I expected. I paid for pro prep so that I wouldn't have any assembly to do and thought it would arrive ready to ride. However, it arrived missing some parts and wouldn't even start! I was pretty upset because I had put my trust in them to prepare the bike and now I was unable to ride it.
I tried to get my money back, but they refused. And to make things worse, I still haven't received the certificate of origin that I need to register the bike. Without it, I can't prove that I own it, and I definitely can't ride it. It's frustrating because I just wanted a fun new bike, and now I have this headache to deal with.
To top it off, Orion Powersports isn't so good at customer service either. They never answer their phone or respond to my emails, so I feel like I'm just stuck with this bike with no help in sight. I wouldn't say this is a trustworthy company to do business with.
Orion Powersports: Cool Bikes & Great Service, Except for One Thing
Yo, I gotta say, Orion Powersports is pretty cool. I was tryin' to snag a SSR70, but they were outta stock or something, so they sent me an Orion 21A 110 instead. It was kind of whack that the SSR70 was sayin' it was in stock, but whatever, you know how it is. They gotta update that availability quicker so people don't get mad like me.
Anyways, I gotta admit, the Orion 110 is sick! I copped a sticker kit for it to make it even cooler and now it looks really fly. My kid is gonna flip when he sees it. Plus, it's got some serious speed, even with my big ol' self on it. I'm 6'3 and 270 pounds, but it can handle me no problem. That's what I'm talkin' about!
Overall, Orion Powersports has got some tight products and I would definitely buy from them again. The only thing they gotta work on is getting their website updated quicker, but other than that, it's all good. Peace out!
Decent Bike, Poor Customer Service: My Experience with Orion Powersports
? But the positive thing is that the shipping was fast and my Dirtbike was otherwise in good shape. I had no trouble assembling or starting it, and it runs smoothly. There were a few scratches on the plastics but that's not a big deal. Overall, it is a decent bike for its price. However, I wouldn't recommend buying from Orion Powersports due to their poor customer service and lack of accountability. It's disappointing that they couldn't help me with the missing parts and broken lever. Hopefully they improve their customer service and follow through on their promises in the future.
