I had what I thought was a woodpecker in my house. The inspector came and said that I needed my insulation to be replaced. First, I cannot find the hole in my roof. Second, we just had a hail storm, they found dents not holes big enough to let in mice and bats. Third, if orkin had done their annual inspections as promised, shouldn't they have found an issue with my vents not being properly sealed and sealed them years ago? How did this hole magically get in my roof if not by hail damage from this year's storm?
I have not heard any noise since.
Desired outcome: Either no work done or work done for free.
