I walked in and bought my truck from here
I walked in and bought my truck from here. They were friendly and straight up with all the info. I like the atmosphere and the staff. I can't wait to see how the service department does.
I got my car serviced (oil change and tire rotation) on 09/23/22
I got my car serviced (oil change and tire rotation) on 09/23/22. They told me I needed brakes, but I said no. Then, on 09/30/22, I got my brakes changed. The mechanic told me that three of the lug nuts were loose. So, on October 12, I called the Ourisman Chevrolet service department in Baltimore. I talked to Jermaine Haye. I started telling him about the loose lug nuts, but he interrupted me and said that I had my car serviced in September and now it's October. He said if the lug nuts were loose, the car would be wobbly. I told him that the tire doesn't have to wobble if the lug nuts are loose. He spoke to me so rudely and condescendingly. I had to remind him that I'm a customer. He said, "Well, I'll say it again, if the lug nuts were loose, the car would be wobbly." Whenever I tried to talk, he talked loudly over me. I couldn't believe it. I asked for his name, and he spelled it out. He acted so nonchalant. I won't be going back there, that's for sure. I can't believe how he spoke to me and his tone.
I hope I don't have to give a star for a review 'cause they don't deserve any
I hope I don't have to give a star for a review 'cause they don't deserve any. After much negotiatin' in what appears now to have been a bait-and-switch deal we bought a new auto from Ourisman Chevrolet of Baltimore on Security Blvd. We also bought all the protection and maintenance plans available 'cause we were told they were 100% cancelable and refundable in a certain time period. After checkin' out other maintenance and protection options, we told Ourisman that we wanna cancel the over $6500 worth of plans. Then the big run around started. The only person who could handle it had COVID, they were outta the office, they were with other customers, they were on the other line, and on and on it went. Finally, a portion was refunded and now we've been askin' and beggin' for 5 more months for our money to be refunded. This money was part of the car loan so we're payin' interest on our own money while they have it! Not honest people at all. This is the car dealership that gives car sales people bad names. P.S. Upon tryin' to submit it's necessary to give at least one star...the one star is for the clean bathroom.
I went to Ourisman of Baltimore on Thursday, July 15th to check out a Camaro they had listed for sale at $16,000
I went to Ourisman of Baltimore on Thursday, July 15th to check out a Camaro they had listed for sale at $16,000. But when they added all the extra fees like tax and tags, the price jumped up to almost $19,000. That's way too expensive for a car of that year. I asked the manager if they could lower the price to $18,000, but he said no and that the price was final. So, I decided to leave.
The next day, a salesman called me and asked if I would take the car if they lowered the price. I said yes, and they came to pick me up. We spent hours at the showroom and finally made the deal. However, the car had a problem with the wheel bearing, so they said they would fix it and promised to deliver the car on July 20th, five days later.
I didn't receive any calls from Ourisman, so this morning (the day of delivery), I called them to find out what time I could expect my car. That's when they told me that my car still wasn't ready and they couldn't give me a specific time. I asked for the manager, Eric, to call me (the same one who rejected my offer), but it's been three hours and I haven't heard anything from him.
I had made arrangements to get home, but now I'm stuck because I thought I would have my car today. This company has both my money and my car, and I haven't received any updates or information from them.
My name is John Doe and I bought a truck 3 weeks ago from Ourisman Chevrolet
My name is John and I bought a truck 3 weeks ago from Ourisman Chevrolet. It's a 2020 Chevrolet Equinox. They called me frequently, even late at night, prompting me to visit. I've previously purchased two cars from them, both Chevy Cruz models, without issues. Trading in my 2018 Cruz, they offered me $17,000. I regret trading it in now. They let me choose any vehicle, so I picked the truck. During the test drive with salesperson Victoria, I noticed the truck wobbled, but she didn't address my concerns. I emphasized my financial constraints and need for consistent payments. They met my payment terms. However, after purchase, several people pointed out the wobble in the left passenger side tire. I returned to Ourisman for repairs, having made my first payment. Mechanic Kevin quoted $1,000 for repairs. I was outraged and refused to go through insurance for pre-existing damage. I insisted on a repair without cost to me, threatening legal action. I plan to contact GM and the Maryland Attorney General's complaint department, as I won't pay for pre-existing damage.
Stock#XXXXXXXX My wife called 'bout buyin' a vehicle and they said we couldn't get the price ADVERTISED on their website
Stock#XXXXXXXX
My wife called 'bout buyin' a vehicle and they said we couldn't get the price ADVERTISED on their website. The lady she talked to on the phone said nobody qualifies for that price. Then the sales manager told her she couldn't get the price advertised on the website and gave us a much higher number to buy the vehicle. So I called to find out why we couldn't get the price advertised on your website, and they said I'd get a call back from the sales lady. Waited 15-20 minutes and called back, this time they transferred me to a salesman voicemail, which was full so I couldn't leave a message. Called back and explained this to the person answerin' the phone, and they said they didn't know who I talked to just 15 minutes ago and that they're really busy. Then they transferred me to another sales lady, who said Steve the sales manager would call me back. But the call never came. I'm just tryin' to buy a truck, I got cash. I printed out the screen with the advertised price. Me and my wife explained that I also qualify for a first responder discount. I feel like they're treatin' me this way just 'cause I'm a Police officer and the people we talked to are treatin' us real deliberate. I can't believe it's this hard to just buy a truck. The explanations my wife got and the price she was given was way higher than the advertised price, even after she gave 'em the first responder registration number. I'm gonna contact the MD Attorney General Consumer Complaint Dept, as well as General motors to explain the super frustratin' experience I had with this dealership.
Steve called me back and straight up told me to buy a truck in my own state! This place advertises sales they don't even have and told us "everybody does it". He was the rudest sales manager I ever met. I can't believe this place manages to sell anything, they act like they're doin' you a favor when all you want is a TRUCK AT THE ADVERTISED PRICE!

The dealership had a car for sale on the internet
The dealership had a car for sale on the internet. I asked about it and the dealer got back to me right away. They sent me an email right away saying that the price I saw online was the final price and there wouldn't be any changes. When I got to the dealership (about two hours after we first talked), I had to wait for an hour. Then they gave me a sales slip that showed a price that was $9999 more than what they advertised and confirmed in the email.
They don't honor the online price
They don't honor the online price. They advertised a dealer discount of 8371 and a GM rebate of 5750, but I wanted the 4400 rebate instead because of the 0% financing. The advertised price was XXXXX before taxes and fees. They have now changed the dealer discount on their website to something around 4000. If they had a dealer discount of 8371 plus a 4400 rebate, that would be a great deal for a XXXXX car. But instead, they added 5750. After I complained, they changed the amount of the dealer discount on their site.
In October, I went for an oil change at Ourisman Chevrolet Of Baltimore, LLC
In October, I went for an oil change at Ourisman Chevrolet Of Baltimore, LLC. Afterward, I started noticing the smell of oil. They told me it was just a bit of oil run-off and that it would burn off during my next oil change. However, it turned out to be a problem with the oil gasket. I informed them about what I had been told and even offered to pay half of the repair costs. I believe the dealership should also take some responsibility for the issue since I had informed them about the oil smell shortly after the work was done. The customer service was so poor that I am considering selling my vehicle and never returning.

My car has been at Ourisman Collision on North Point Blvd in Baltimore, MD since 12/29
My car has been at Ourisman Collision on North Point Blvd in Baltimore, MD since 12/29. I understand that mistakes can happen with shipments, but I'm getting 4 different explanations from 4 different employees as to why my car isn't done yet. I was told that my car would be ready on 1/10, but when I called on that day, I was informed that the part came in wrong. A week later, I received another call saying that my car is almost finished, but when I checked again a week later on 1/14, they told me that the part came in wrong again. This is after I was previously told that the part had been assembled on the car throughout the month of January. I've been given false information about why my car isn't ready, and it's frustrating.
My wife bought a 2016 Ford Focus from the dealership on May 6th
My wife bought a 2016 Ford Focus from the dealership on May 6th. In the next three weeks, we drove the car for about 150 miles. When we went out, we found a flat tire. We took the car to AAA and found out that the tires were almost 10 years old, from January . These tires are older than the car itself, and most car manufacturers consider them unsafe to use. We reached out to the sales manager, Eric L, and he basically said it was our problem, not theirs, that they sold us a car with dangerously old tires. I work on transportation policy, and if this isn't resolved, I'll report it to the MVA consumer affairs office. They shouldn't be able to pull this shady move on anyone else.
On 9/24, I left my car at Ourisman Chevrolet Of Baltimore, LLC for service
On 9/24, I left my car at Ourisman Chevrolet Of Baltimore, LLC for service. Unfortunately, they didn't keep me updated on the status as they promised. Frustrated, I decided to call the dealership on 9/27, only to be informed that the repairs would cost a whopping $1410.00. Kysha, the advisor, claimed that I had hit something with my vehicle, which is completely false. The folks at Ourisman are incredibly unprofessional and rude. I've never experienced such poor treatment before. It's important to note that I've never been involved in a collision with this car.
After going back and forth with Kysha, I decided to reach out to Chevrolet customer assistance on 9/27. I spoke to Chelsee, but she never got back to me. Feeling frustrated, I spoke with Ryne on 9/28, who assured me that she would email me the results within two days. However, she never followed through. Feeling even more exasperated, I spoke to Katie on 9/30, but she left me on hold and never returned to the call. All I want is for my car to be fixed. It's been sitting idle since Friday, and I'm in desperate need of transportation.
I bought a new Chevy Equinox LT from Ourisman Chevrolet Security Blvd on 1/18
I bought a new Chevy Equinox LT from Ourisman Chevrolet Security Blvd on 1/18. I got the warrantees from Ourisman, and the finance person told me they were "optional and 100% cancellable." But when I found a better deal, I asked for a FULL REFUND on all the warrantees. After lots of calls and emails, they finally gave me a cancellation form to sign on 2/22. But when I asked why only one plan was listed, they said that choice covered all plans. On 3/16, I got a refund of $3450 in my bank account, which is way less than the $6561 it should have been. Since then, they've put me on hold forever, connected me to the wrong person, hung up on me, and just given me the runaround. I'm paying interest on that money, and they won't even talk to me about the problem. I really need some help.
I bought a car in April
I bought a car in April . I told the dealership to register it in Illinois 'cause I'm working in Maryland temporarily and gonna move back home by the end of the year. It's August now, and they extended my temporary plates till the end of August. But they say Illinois sent my plates to my house in Illinois (someone checks every week), but I haven't received them. I've called Maria (salesperson) and Steve Oxendine (manager) many times. Steve said he'd call me back, but no calls. I even left messages for the general manager, Kunta M, but nothing. It's getting frustrating. I don't know what to do next, especially 'cause my plates will expire soon.
On 11/7, my husband bought a 2017 Dodge Charger from Ourisman Chevrolet of Baltimore, LLC and traded in his 2015 Ford Edge
On 11/7, my husband bought a 2017 Dodge Charger from Ourisman Chevrolet of Baltimore, LLC and traded in his 2015 Ford Edge. He paid $5,000.00 in cash for the transaction. They gave us temporary plates that expired on 1/7. However, we haven't received our registration or permanent plates yet. We tried contacting the dealership multiple times, but they haven't been helpful in resolving this issue. We live in North Carolina, and because our plates have expired, we can't drive the vehicle. It's frustrating that nobody from the dealership is returning our calls or helping us find our registration. We even checked with the NC DMV, and they confirmed that they don't have the VIN for this vehicle in their system. We asked Ourisman for a tracking number, but they haven't responded. Now, I'm stuck with a vehicle that I can't drive because of their negligence and failure to fulfill their contract of registering and providing license plates.
I went to Ourisman Chevrolet Of Baltimore, LLC to get some work done on a car that they sold me
I went to Ourisman Chevrolet Of Baltimore, LLC to get some work done on a car that they sold me. They admitted that the work was done before they sold it to me. However, after driving the car for only 1,000 miles, I noticed some problems with the brakes. The pedal feels really soft, the car pulls to the left when I brake, and there's a lot of squealing. On top of that, there's a ton of brake dust. Now, I have to spend $370 on labor to replace my front brakes and left front caliper. The parts alone cost around $500. It turns out that the job was done incorrectly by their so-called "certified/highly qualified" technician.
When I brought up these issues to the used sales manager, he basically called me and my service department liars and thieves. He said something like, "Do whatever you want, we're not responsible anymore (even though my technicians never make mistakes), and go away." It was really rude and unprofessional.
Another problem I have is with the licensing fees I paid for the vehicle. They charged me a whopping $588.xx, which feels like a rip-off. In Florida, where I'm from, it costs less than $100 to transfer a tag. The salesperson knew that I was transferring a tag, but when I asked for a refund, they didn't do anything about it.
Overall, I'm really disappointed with my experience at Ourisman Chevrolet Of Baltimore, LLC. The work done on my car was shoddy, the staff was disrespectful, and they overcharged me for licensing fees. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
I bought an SUV on Feb 29, 2020
I bought an SUV on Feb 29, 2020. The finance director, Charles C., made a mistake on my contract. He added a $4K warranty that I didn't want and it wasn't on the receipt I got on the day of the sale. Because of this mistake, my monthly payment went up. I had to sign several different contracts in the following months (May , Oct 2020, March ) to fix this error. It took almost a year and a half of back and forth between the dealership and the bank to finally send the warranty amount to *** in Nov 2021. Charles told me multiple times to hold off on making payments while we were trying to fix the issue with the new contracts. He sent me different contracts in the mail and said the dealership would pay off the loan and start over because it was their mistake, but the bank denied it. So, the payments kept piling up while the problem remained unresolved because I didn't know which contract I was under. Despite being told that it was taken care of, the issue wasn't resolved and I couldn't catch up with my missed payments. Unfortunately, my car was repossessed. I had to drive 2 hours to the dealership five times over the course of a year and a half to talk to Charles in person and try to fix the problem. Charles wrote a letter saying that the dealership would send me $100 each month to make up for the difference in payment and that I would receive a reimbursement check of $3,326 in my personal checking account. The initial reimbursement amount was $1351, but it increased to $3,326 after the repossession. I've been in touch with Charles since May about the reimbursement, but I haven't been able to reach their financing department or get any reimbursement. Charles C. and the dealership won't answer my calls, texts, or voicemails. They sent one $100 payment on Nov 16, 2021, to ***, but haven't sent anything since.
