OurTime.com being charged for service I do not use!

Please refund $127.74 for which I was charged on 06/22/2018 as I do not use or am even familiar with this account. I was alerted from my bank that I was charged for this and then also became overdrawn and charged another $30.00 fee on top of that. I cannot afford this nor want this service. I do not have a login and this site is very aggravating as to which I type anything now because of a 350 character limit.

OurTime.com change of important information.

The beginning of this month, I paid for one month's profile. It was Karen [protected]@Kare40.com. Because of computer problems, my computer had to be completely reprogrammed/stripped and I have a whole new account. What I paid for the one month; I should be continuing receiving your service and the change of account I should NOT be charged for. I deserve my time left. Please to keep your good reputation.

OurTime.com mature dating site

BEWARE BEWARE of this fraudulent site
Signed up and paid for a 30 day subscription.. after 1 week my profile was hacked, and I started to receive multiple messages from women throughout the world. None in my locale.. BTW I had signed up for man for man
At 2weeks I contacted the customer service with complaint and request for refund as The profile was not my profile
I was told they do no refunds. I stopped the automatic renewal immediately. Even received confirmation it was cancelled..
3 months later they started to make credit charges for a higher level Of service
I again phoned Customer Service, and was told My profile had been renewed at the higher level of service. i DID NOT DO THIS
I again told them my profile had been hacked, and closed several months ago, and the automatic renewal stopped
I asked for the charge to be refunded, and was again told they make no refunds
After some terse conversation she looked at the profile, but made no comment .
I said I was filing a complaint with thenFCC, and miraculously she said they would refund the $111. Charge along with a $3.99 service charge, and delete my profile.. The credit did go through after a few days
This site is a scam. Be very cautious, and monitor your credit charges.. it was about exactly 3 months after the first charge

OurTime.com billed for more than I wanted, the free browsing website was so misleading

I was billed over $111. and change. Originally I just wanted to browse for free then I got lead to other directions, I was willing to pay $3.99 but before I knew it I accidently hit a button that charged me over $100, I imeditally called and since it was after business hours I couldn't get through and figured it was a bogus site.
I called my bank and imediatley disputed the charge which they granted but was
later reversed for reasons that are still unknown to me.
After calling numerous times I was told that I would have to wait 60 days for any refund, so I did, after calling more times I talked to Jesse a few times and he said that he was going to submit the complaint to his supervisor, I called again on June 14th spoke to Jesse again and he said that his supervisor was waiting for a response from corperate and would email me as soon as he heard something.
I check my emails daily and finally today I spent my lunch hour calling Ourtime to speak to customer service only to be told that a email was sent on June 15th [which it wasn't, I checked both spam as well as my trash and nothing] to imform my that because I used the membership I could not get a refund, I have never used this site and feel that the money was stolen from me.

OurTime.com dating service

I did not sign up for this dating service but started getting "flirts" in my email. I opened the emails and found the profile of another Lloyd in Lancaster, SC. I contacted Our Time at their Customer Support line 866-727-8920 9 to 5 M-F. The operator who took my call was not very supportive. It took 4 tries to get the problem explained to her. When I finally walked her through finding out the email of the real member, she helpfully said "Isn't that you?" When I explained she needed to research this problem because I was getting someone else's email and the client of her services was not getting what she was paying for. The operator could have cared less.

This is terrible customer service and an invasion of my space.

OurTime.com romance scammer

I met a user on Ourtime in late April. His user name was Red46900. We started communicating on site, then on Google Voice bc I didn't want to give my real number until I knew him better. We eventually exchanged cell numbers and started communicating on a regular basis. He told me his real name was Michael or (Micheal) Rodrigo Ramos. He said he was 54 on Ourtime profile and from Tipton, Indiana. Later he told me he was 52 and from Elkhart, Indiana and that his boss set up his profile for him and mistakenly gave the wrong age and that the town was wrong because they were working in that town the day they set up the profile. He said he was widowed and had a 15 year old daughter. Said he was a civil engineer/contractor. When we first agreed to talk on the phone, he sent me a text and warned me he had a Spanish accent because he lived in Spain until the age of 11 when he moved to US with his parents. He is very smooth and gave lots of details about his life and job. He communicated regularly but never even hinted about asking for money. About five weeks into our "relationship" he asked to send me something and sent me 2 dozen roses and a box of chocolates. I started to notice some discrepancies in his stories and could not find him on google anywhere. He sent me pics immediately of him and pics of him and his daughter. One pic had an office building in the background that said it was in Hoboken, New Jersey. When I asked about that, he told me he and his daughter recently moved to Indiana from New Jersey so he could be close to his mother. We talked about meeting but he soon found out that he got a ten-week job in Florida building a bridge and we would have to wait until August when he finished the job. When I started pointing out inconsistencies in his story, he became vey defensive and had every excuse in the book. He suddenly didn't know how to text pictures and said he couldn't video call bc he didn't know how. Finally, this weekend he agreed to send me a picture of his driver's license to prove that his name and picture, etc. matched. I got it today and it is a fake driver's license. Where his signature should be, you can see the name of the website where he ordered the fake license. It's called ID Master.Top.

OurTime.com scammer

His Handle name: bemylady12345

He contacted me around May 1, 2018. He told me his name was Frank Forsberg and was a fund manager. We started communicating via regular email- [protected]@gmail.com, tel # +[protected]. He said he lived in Houston.

He claimed he had to go on a business trip to Europe, including Germany. He wrote that he believed we had a future together. After emails everyday through June 5th when he asked me for my full name and address because he needed to send me some documents in order to close a business deal and he wanted to put my name on them and sent to me.

I told him we have never met in person and did not know him well enough and could not agree to that and he stopped all communication. He did not ask for money but I suspected that would have been the next step.
He claimed to work for Ziga Investments Limited, which I don't believe to be a real company based on my research.
He had called from different telephone #'s supposedly from Sweden and Germany:
+[protected] and
+49 157 [protected]

OurTime.com possible scam

On 6/6/18 I been having a conversation by the name of James Oliver. I told my son about it, and immediately he said he thought he was a scammer. I then looked on your website on how to spot a scammer and he matched just about all of the warnings. First he asked me to begin emailing. Second, he said he was from the US but is in Istanbul on business. I went back to Ourtime.com and his profile is gone. He said he was born in Germany, but was brought up in the US. His grammar tells me he wasn't educated in the US. He's telling me all kinds of things like he thinks I'm his soulmate, where would I want to go on a honeymoon...just way too much way too fast. His email acct. is [protected]@gmail.com. Is there anyway you can look into this to see if he has done this in the past. I'm worried that by clicking on to his email that he could instal malware. Please give me some advice so I know what to do.

OurTime.com I was the victim of a scam

I was messaged by a woman BklynBabe43 on April 7, 2018 she told me about a friend of hers who saw my profile and really liked it. she gave me a little bit of info about him and said he really liked my smile but he had never tried online dating before. She gave me his email address [protected]@aol.com.

So like an idiot I contacted him and he sent me pictures of somebody. He claimed to be an engineer specializing in complete electrical systems, medium voltage-power distribution. He claimed to be working on a big project that would secure his retirement. Then he was awarded the contract and he lost his luggage and his wallet and I am the only one in the whole world who could help him. He asks for $5000 and I tell him I tell him, two days later he asks for $10, 000 he's desperate. Three days later he asks me for $3000 pleading. So I told him I have no money to give him and I can't get any. I haven't heard from him since.

This guy was good he knew all the right things to say. He would send me love letters and loves songs and promise to love me forever.I could see right through him but someone else might not.

OurTime.com online dating

I paid for 1 month subscription.
Most of the messages I received were just flirts, most from the states. I live in canada.
After my subscription expired I did not renew. After a couple days I kept getting emails from our time. I had 11 new messages! Be still my heart (sarcasm) I renew for 6 months. All of the 11 messages were scammers. Just flirts, no pictures< no bios and to add insult to injury they were sent multiple times. Honestly if you are that desperate to make money off of honest people who are simply trying to find a partner you lower then pond scum.
One phone call, multiple emails from allen who sent his warm regards and still no refund. I sent a complaint shortly after looking at these so called messages. No response. I called on the following monday, 48 hrs later... Was told repeatedly the same line. Emailed, was given answers to questions I had not asked. This led me to believe my original email was never read. The second response was also deemed useless. Six month refund is requested. Make this right.

OurTime.com other consumers

I would like to report a scammer Aplachefl211. His photo had changed 3 time in 3 days and each one is different. One tried to extort money from me under the guise that he was in the military and requested I send money to his daughter in Africa.. The date of first contact was 050518. He presented himself as a military person. The next day the same username changed photos to 21 and definitely a different person. That was on 050618. On 050718, a different photo appeared. The first identified as only having one child, but the second and third identified as having 2 children. Other details also changed from first and second. When asked to explain, he stated his account had been "hacked".

OurTime.com unauthorized charge

Similar to another person below, I too was lead to believe that the monthly subscription rate would be $3.33 per month. I paid via PayPal. However, when the charges came through, I was charged $21.30 AND $90.41. They claim the $90 is for a six month subscription. They then informed me the $21.30 was for some type of premium service. I did not request any premium service. I used the site for 2 days and closed and deleted my profile.

When I called the customer service number, the group of operators is located in the Philippines. The first operator made it very obvious that he was reading off a script and trained to talk in circles in order to frustrate me and encourage me to give up. I eventually did cut the call off because it was obvious that operator was not going to resolve the problem.

I called again and the second operator did refund some money. I got back $77.50 out of the $111.71 which I was charged. This site is NOT worth the money, and the company quoted one price on the screen but charged considerably more. NOTE: They also set your account to auto-renewal automatically. If you do decide to use the site, you might want to turn the auto-renewal feature off.

I absolutely do not recommend this site to anyone.

OurTime.com bogus feature

I subscribed to the dating service hoping to contact others with whom I shared interests. The most important feature of the site is the instant messaging chat feature. It never worked. For every single member that was shown to be online at the time I tried to contact them, including those with whom I had prearranged virtual meetings, I received a message the 'so-and-so is offline', the moment I hit the "SEND" button. When I reported this problem, the representative could not fix it and said he would elevate it. i never heard back. When I followed up, the next representative insisted that there was no technical problem, that those members just weren't online. While I was on the phone with him, I tried to contact every member showing online (20 or more) and every one of them showed 'so-and-so is offline'. That's just how it is, he said. He could not fix the problem because he never acknowledged that there was one, he would not allow me to speak to his supervisor, and I could not get a refund. THIS DATING SITE DOES NOT DELIVER WHAT IT ADVERTISES, DOES NOT DEMONSTRATE THE LEAST CONCERN FOR ITS CUSTOMERS, AND SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO PORTRAY ITSELF OTHERWISE. *******DON'T WASTE YOUR EXPECTATIONS OR YOUR MONEY ON OURTIME.COM!

OurTime.com dating site member

I responded to a posting from a James Harold Dart from Van Buren, Arkansas. Wanted to be just friends, since I live 1200 miles from there. He responded with photos, texts, etc. He represented himself as divorced; however, later, after I was personally involved, met him, fell in love with him totally, I learned that he was still legally married. Also, I learned that he used the same profile, photos, texts with other women and had several intimate relationships since his wife left him 7 years ago. How does a person do something about a person who so misrepresents himself and devastates a woman? I was a widow and vulnerable and he used all of it against me. Please do not let him do this to any other woman. Thank you.

OurTime.com reporting scammer - cshelley

Cshelley is a fraud. She contacted me via Ourtime approximately one month ago and we entered into a q&a on line, initially using their chat line and later on our personal e-mail addresses. Her location was recorded as ‘Hatfield' and my interest was piqued as I have family living in Hatfield, Stevenage and Hertford (I note she has now changed her location to East Hertfordshire). Over a 2 week period, we exchanged details, however, whenever I suggested we might meet, at a time and location of her choosing, she was very elusive. Over the next fortnight or so, she advised me that she was on business in Turkey and then, out of the blue, asked for money to get home to England as she had paid out more than anticipated and still had to pay shipping charges on her purchases. She also gave me a phone number to contact her on, but this turned out to be a call box in Istanbul. I asked some more relevant questions, to which she was again very evasive, and, when it became clear to her that I was not going along with her story, she became abusive.
I have retained copies of all our correspondence, should you require further information.
I was lucky, all I spent was my time, however, please deal with this as soon as possible as I would hate to think of anyone else being conned.

OurTime.com meet people to friend date online

In the first week of July 2017 I meet a man by the name of Steve Raul Harvey, Birthday June 6, 1960 of Valparaiso Indiana. Native of Spain ( White 57 year old male).

It was my second experience to the online dating services as I ma not a social media person but was persuaded by friends and other that good things do happen from meeting people that you have things in common with online.
Both experience were bad but noting like this. I've actually been living a nightmare waiting to happen. It is now my reality.

This person told me after we exchanged number that we would meet in a couple of weeks as they were needing to travel to Egypt to resolve deceased fathers estate and receive his inheritance, as his father was an Executive for Enron in that Country. All arrangements had been made by the Fathers company managers. The Father had left Steve millions worth in GOLD and the Executive in his death were suppose to turn things over to Steve. He eventually sent me a copy of the certificates, and authentication of storage for this raw GOLD.
He was set up with attorneys by the firm to be able to transport this merchandise to the US.
Within a week, he began saying that he would need monies and the attorney fees were more than anticipated. His bank account had been compromised as he was unaware of banking policy abroad. Cant fix this issue until he return.
Instead of the one time court appearance the attorney made several and wanted more money that he did have at his disposal.
I don't know just how much information you actually need but only now do I realize that this has to be a scam.
Thousands and thousands of dollars have been sent. Three trips home cancelled for one reason or another. Only to include needing more money. My proceeds from my home have been sent. I have lodged a complaint with ICE services. My bank account compromised and restricted. Leaving me with NO finances.
In the beginning he had a scripted questionnaire. We asked and answered each others questions for a week at the least. We appeared perfect for each other. He called me his sole mate.
We talked day and night and day. Even while working were in touch.
He sent me drivers license, passport, pictures upon my request until he couldn't anymore. Because he sold his phone and swapped it for a cheap phone to gain funds to keep above float while there in Egypt resolving the estate.
In January I purchased and recently sent him this phone. Now I don't know who has the phone, or where it is actually.

I can't go into all of the ramifications of the experiences, but no one should treat people in this manner. This profile or person should be blocked, and followed up on criminal charges to avoid this happening to someone else.
My life as I've know it is none existing. It is turned upside down. He was to have Uncle send me some of my money back and this has not happened, yet more money needed.
Now I have been bombarded by several person pressuring me encouraging me, scamming me and saying everything will be okay. It is not okay! Not at all.
I cant believe that I fell for this but in the moment it all seemed legitimate enough. Always a great answer even when suspensions kicked in. Always kinda accommodating to get me some sort of proofs although probable not enough. Basically I trusted someone at their word and I feel it was all lies to con me out of all that I have and possess.
I hope that it was not wrong of me to name this person but, I dont know how to warn others or for you to be informed to take appropriate actions to assure your customers a safe and pleasant experience ( if possible) that doesn't involve money.
People get into hardships. Yes, but is unreal that cruel people pray on the good god fearing people that do have a big heart.
I never have done social media, No Facebook, twitter, linked in. nothing and my first experience is this.
I dont know what you can or will do for me to make me whole but maybe other can benefit from my story.
The real nightmare for me has just begun, as I try and get my life on track

OurTime.com attempted romantic scam

Met a man (?) on Ourtime and we developed a relationship. In a short period of time --- about 4 weeks--- our relationship evolved into what I thought would be a life journey for the rest of our lives. He wrote me love letters via emails every day, called me every day, and texted me often throughout the day. He sent me photos every day. I was told he was going to Austria on a business trip for two weeks. It wasn't long before he had hiccups with Chinese steel being shipped in containers followed with difficulties getting the funds transferred so he could clear the containers and come home to me. We had never met in person. Then he asked me to help his with funds in the amount of $25k. I told him I didn't have that much. I immediately began to research him on line and discovered several major discrepancies between what he told me and what I found. A couple of texts later he told me i didn't deserve him because i was questioning him and didn't trust him He operated under the name of Robert Privee but I have strong reasons to believe he was a 3rd person using Robert Privee's identity along with photos from Age Skinstad from Norway (famous Norwegian cross-country skier and coach and creating this fictitious person. He victimized Robert Privee, Age Skinstad, and me and probably many other women. I have all his emails, texts and the photos. What can be done to stop this despicable person.

You just have to know that if someone is asking you for money ...they ARE a scammer. Period.
Don't be embarrassed to post about in forums like this. The more people read about scammers the less vulnerable and naive they will be.
I was scammed, also. After 6 weeks of daily communication 2 and 3 times a day this person asked for money. In an instant I knew I was scammed.
Keep talking about ...help others learn!

Everything that was mentioned in the first email above was exactly what happened to me. When he told me he was going to Austria I said since I live so close to the airport I could meet him there for coffee... Excuses followed. Fortunately I figured out the scam while he was "in Austria" I noticed he was always online when it was "mid-night, 2am, 3am etc" Austria time. Also he sent picture of him in "Austria" snow. Look that up and it was beautiful weather. I thought that was weird. I confronted him by text, he called and I guess he did not like what I said so within 1 hour he blocked me so I reported him. Yeah look up Age Skinstad and see pictures of "Robert Privee"

OurTime.com fw: [final notice] ticket #133121 "ourtime & seniorpeoplemeet" abuse of services [suspension-alert]-!

The following message has been sent to my home/personal email address repeatedly, despite that is NOT the address I signed up with People Media accounts. It is a back up account used in case I forgot my passwords and was supposed to be SECURE. I have called People Media and they say there is no such account number as above, nor a threat to close my accounts. Therefore, I am notifying you that you have a breach of security as whomever is sending his now has my personal account! What can you now do to secure my information and guarantee any loss of personal information they are getting from my personal account and contact addresses? PS My accounts with Ourtime and SeniorPeople Meet are not locked so I know this is a scam. I have gotten repeated emails for a month now.
