First I am upset that there is not a listed contact to report good ideas to. I think there should be a forum where members can "report or advise" on potential mismatches. There are both men AND women who post older dated pictures and they do not present as the pictures. My concern is mental health and well being. At first you may not be able to ascertain. My last experience was agreeing to text date a male who couldn't follow through on even asking for a date. Come to find out the man is severely bipolar. In one short amount of time he lied about other health conditions serious ones at that. Yet in the next moment he was as sweet as you could ask for. But you'd text something kidding and he reacted by calling names such as deranged. If he was on a low swing he'd shut you off in a conversation and not utter a word for days even if you were trying to explain what you meant. He disappears for an amount of time, yet than he'd ask you over yet only to call the police 36 hours later because you showed up concerned because of no social activity, shades drawn shut..etc. I am in the medical field and I knew this was not looking too great. But he'd turn it on and off passive aggressively. I don't suggest that people should be allowed just to post names of bad dates and/or rejection. I don't suggest at all this is a typical one gender problem because it probably exists across both sides. But I do think if there is a moderator board that you could run by someone in the field you may save someone a lot of heartache, frustration and safety concerns. This man can be very sweet but he is not in the mental health state of mind to date. He never asks on a date, he has a few mental health problems, supposed medical problems very passive aggressive because he says things that make you melt. Not sure what can be done here. If a member were allowed to prove as many scenarios that I could, there should be a forum where other potential members could proceed with caution. In fact I could list his name right here and part of me wants to only to warn the next victim. But until Ourtime addresses these important concerns I will not.

Reporting scammers
I have been trying to register a complaint about someone posing as a 55 year old woman who is clearly trying to extort money from unsuspecting men. Having responded to my profile in a very complimentary way and both provided and requested personal details, she (he?) pleaded for money to get them out of a sticky situation. This was clearly an attempt at...

I recently received a message via Ourtime from an individual calling herself Christina Shelley and entered into an online conversation, which appeared to be going in the right direction, however, when I suggested we should meet, she (?) advised me that she would be out of the country on the date I had proposed. I subsequently received a plea for money as she was apparently stuck in Turkey without the funds to get home. Because my suspicions were aroused, I requested more personal details ( bank, phone number, etc.), which, on checking, I found to be suspicious. I therefore ceased contact. This person is clearly a ‘scammer' and should be removed from your website before someone gets conned

scammers
I have used ourtime for about 2 months, I paid for more than that. But the real problem I have is someone else using my site to SCAM people out of their money. Something should to be done, I called the police in my county. They are investigating it.
I want to be paid back the money I have paid to this so called dating site. I don't dare use it now, because of the WARNING I get from Microsoft.
ourtime subscription
I registered for ourtime on the reduced amount of £8.90, I have recently unsubscribed from your service roughly a couple of months ago, although you are still charging me monthly. I have been into the bank to complain about this and have been advised to contact yourselves with a complaint. I am complaining that on January, February and March you continued to take the funds out o f my account. I would like this stopped immediately and a full refund for the last 3 months that I have been charged for.
scammer
There is someone I've been communicating with that I met on OurTime. Today he asked for $7000 to pay off the Turkish government as he is working there. He said there are 4 men working for him that do not have work permits and the police came to give him an order to appear in court this morning. His profile is "John 0224". He is listed as living in San Francisco but I'm sure he's not. He asked me to wire transfer money to an account in Turkey. I've led him to believe I will but that will never happen. I've sensed something odd about him since he had to suddenly leave for Turkey on an assignment...waiting for the day he would ask for money.
John0224 Scammer on OurTime.com
I too communicated with this person. He told me he was a chemical engineer working in Turkey. He also told me that he had employed 4 workers without work permits and now had to pay a fine. He asked me to send him $15, 000.00 to help pay the fine. I told him no and stopped all communication with him. He spent 5 weeks communicating with me on a daily basis to set me up for this scam.
fraud by member
I need to know if I report a fraud, what type of action will you take? Would I be better off informing this person's hometown police? On OurTime this person led me down the yellow brick road and then tried to scam me out of $900. I have all the emails, texted messages and pictures. I even have a falsified document from the UAE. Please tell me what to do?

ripoff/waste of money and time
WARNING, WORST SITE EVER. OurTime's concept is "if the person has a pulse, they are a match!" Their "messages" are not actual messages, they are flirts and likes or System suggested comments. I signed up for the site only to find that 90% of my 189 "Messages" were flirts and likes and from people all over the country and only one or 2 matched my criteria. The matches they suggest are just as bad, they don't fit my criteria, Why on earth would they send me 100's of messages and matches? It is the biggest time waster EVER. Try Match.com, it is way better and much nicer customer service. Don't throw away your money away on this garbage.

too many scammers on here “ourtime”
I have been scammed 3 times in a matter of 3 weeks. What the hell is going on here ? Here are some of their user names (1) USsweet30 his name was Mark Epstein (2) Lonnie Jef Adam [protected]@gmail.com.
This is downright disgusting thing to do and how they are allowed to get away with this is beyond me. When my subscription ends I'm not renewing it this is the only power we have.
Just finally called customer service to hide my profile / cancel my membership and report fraud scammer who tried getting over $550.00 from me today. I found him on Twitter and FB and then had truthfinder.com full in the rest. Let's see by day 2 he was professing his love for me, sending me YouTube love songs around the clock. Yeah widowed, father of 1, wife died of aggressive cancer and claimed to be a U.S. Marine on a peace mission in Western Africa. Ok red flags all over, immediately wanted to text me offsite. By day 3 he wanted to marry me so I could be his sons new mother. He was texting me from a California number. Next day he disappeared mid conversation an didn't hear from him all night. I investigated, He said in site he lived in Pennsylvania, one state away no big deal, but caught him lying about his age, then his birthday...He would never answer all my questions, sent almost scripted like texrs/emails when I called him a fraud he freaked out an d was going to end it with me...yeah after 3 days th e n sends me a pic from wherever he claims to be holding a sign with I love you Sara...my name is NOT Sara! Also with Sunday's military format date...11/3/2018! Ok now I'm curious but I played the game an d it only took until day 5 to get him to try to scan me out of over $550.00 for meds and a rush transfer fee so he could come home from deployment to start his new life with me because I was why his heart beat everyday, the woman of his dreams...blah, blah, blah. Watch out for these sweet talkers that portray to be the perfect man, and will fall madly in love with you overnight, ask you to marry them by day 5 and you never spoken with them or even met. Oh yeah he swore hr the would pay me back as soon as he got back to the states! Yeah...ok and I was born yesterday! Too many games and liars and scammers on this so called mature over 50 site!

Online scam profile
Dear Sirs,
I am writing to you regarding a male profile name freddy, who contacted me through your dating site 20 days ago 12/1/18 . He has been pretending to strike up a relationship with me, and today has asked me to transfer money 1700 euros to him via Western union, for a business deal, as his credit card has been hacked. I joined your site in good faith, that the people on here are genuine as they pay for the subscriptions unlike other sites that are free.
I have reported this incident to my local police and I also wish you to ban his profile and access to other people he may target.
His details are Frederic Leiganc telephone number [protected] email -

Hello, I was in contact with the same man with the same history and same photos above, his name now is Brandy Thomson and he says he´s from Amarillo - Texas - USA. He told me was robbed, in turkey and needed $2, 000.00 to come back home with his dollars, I didn´t give him the Money.
Hello! Did you know anything about the man in the picture?
Hi! Did the search result? Thanks.
flirts that I never sent to the dating site subscribers
I've been receiving messages from the subscribers that show that I sent them flirt messages and expressed my interest. This is absolutely unacceptable for me to tolerate somebody's tricks and to look like a woman-solicitor. It's not in my culture to initiate a contact with a men and it's insulting that your system plays games with the subscribers. I request your explanation and demand that you stop this practice immediately. One of the examples is the subscriber

unauthorized credit card charges.
I have submitted to OURTIME .com dating service to please stop automatic payments of my credit card on the this last automatic removal . I would never sign up for any automatic payment plan as I cant count on the construction company s I have been working for due to many reasons, weather and so on out here ... So just now I get another alert on my phone about another auto pay which left me with a negative 39 cent balance due. Now I'm going after OURTIME .DATING .COM for not stopping the auto pay I have requested and want refunded the last two payments takin with out my permission and choosing not to respect my request. Also when you have a question with a company and need to get in touch with them and it takes you 49 different sites to try to find the right contact number which turned out to be a FAX NUMBER .
scammed same storyline as about a year ago

Also notice a lot of widowers who have one child and both his parents were killed in an auto accident in Europe.
Why so many sickos out there.
I can't believe I fell for the looks and such a fake story OMG
The story starts out with a good looking financial secure widow. Both of my experiences were been that were in Europe.
They both start off so eager and happy and looking for love and living everything about me.
Then it starts to get strange. Both men lost both parents in an auto accident.
Then there is money coming but they need assistance with a transaction.
This guy today lost need when he said his parents were killed in a terrific auto accident.
I immediately blocked him.
I can't believe I fell for this TWICE.
OMG
scam
I joined the Our Time site on December 28, 2017. On December 29 I was contacted by member named: Betahalf2geda
He is not who he indicates and I believe this is someone who is preying on widows. Once he shared his name I checked and could not locate him as a resident in the US. He should be Blocked from the Our Time site.
From December 30 to January 3, 2017 he asked me for phone number. I denied but gave him my email. My mistake. Then I noticed that his grammar and language were awkward for someone who had a college degree. He said his name is Colin Sullivan and owns a company, Luminary Energy that is based in Louisville, KY, USA.
Below is the last communication:

Colin,
It is very hard to know who I am communicating with on-line. You said I could ask you anything. So if you are in New York then how about coming to Wilmington, Delaware for lunch? Or take a picture of yourself at one of the landmarks so that I know you are there and who you say you are. I am just being very cautious. There are so many people disguising themself on line. Yes I did look up your company. It is listed to an apartment address in Kentucky. Are you still living there?
Anyway your comment about 'completely barbaric' seems to be hyperbole. So at this point I assume you want to move on to find someone who is less questionable and more receptive to a continuing on-line conversation rather than meeting face-to-face. I am not expecting to change anyone nor would I expect them to be someone they are not. Wish you a successful business in New York.

I've been in NYC for few days now.

Colin,
I am surprised that you have not confirmed when you are coming to New York next week. Since we last communicated I tried to find your company and where you are located. No listing anywhere KY, CA or any other location in the US. No phone number or address for you anywhere. Really? How does anyone find you? Anyway I am becomming very concerned that you are an Internet scammer. You will need to prove otherwise. No response to this request will confirm my suspicions.

Colin,
Oh my you're right. I have not dated in decades... but I have lived and worked in England for several years. I do know British English so perhaps the version used in the UK is much different than the South Africa version. I would welcome meeting you in person when you're on the East Coast. That would make me feel much more comfortable. I also understand that the Internet can be a place where 'bad actors' play havoc on our lives. As mentioned I am just being cautious in this crazy world. So let me know when you are out East so we can meet up. I do appreciate your sentiments. You have a brilliant week week too. Wish you all the best, Heide

Replying to Colin Sullivan Scam:
I have read through the post above and i can confirm that this said individual is a friend of mine. I have met with him and know him as a good person and as a friend. I opened the profile for him and convinced he join. He was quite skeptical but eventually joined after frequent pressure from me. I can confirm that around December, Mr Colin was going about with his work while communicating to Heidi. I was also informed of this and i impress him to meet with her which he was not willing to at that time. He eventually stopped contact as he choses to meet someone but not online.
You may contact him for proper identification.
Thanks.
Scam alert!
I was scammed.
I used their free trial. Thekey word is "free". 5 days were enough for me to understand I don't want to use this website anymore, I didn't find anyone who I would like just a little bit. So that's why I decided to delete my account.
I contacted customer service to tell them that I no longer want to deal with them and asked them to stop my trial. Instead of doing it they charged me in full!
All of my other attempts to reach them have failed.
My Microsoft Outlook account has been hacked and all the emails I send out are going to everyone as coming (FROM: 'OurTime.com'.
Not so great for business.
Never even heard of this website before but now my business is shut down until I can get their virus out of Microsoft.

Profile was Roberto Francisco, 63 year old widower from Los Angeles. First contacted Nov 14, 2017. His profile was taken down after He contacted me. He did not ask for money or account information yet. His picture was found on YouTube as a known romance scammer. Information he gave was he was originally from Italy but holds dual citizenship. His mother is 96 and still lives in Italy and has a son in medical school in Italy. I just want others to be aware of him. I did not suffer any losses. The attached picture was not his initial profile picture as the profile was taken down right away.
